This is an older home that has lots of cool architectural details. The kitchen had great appliances and was well equipped. It was an easy walk to Cole Park and a few restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when back in the area.

Love this place memory foam beds and tvs in every room is amazing we will be back!

First and foremost, Erin was a great host. She was attentive and always in communication with us during and after our stay. As for the property, it was the perfect setting for our impromptu reunion with dear friends. Would definitely recommend Erin’s place to serve as your Port A vacation hub.

This is our third time staying here and we love it. We went to a concert in downtown which was just a few minutes away and did some shopping the next day. Our family and our dogs love the place and can’t wait to book it again.

The house was perfect 👌🏻 they also have a golf cart you can rent which was convenient. The beach is a 3 minute drive but the house is totally worth every penny!

The place was amazing ! It was more beautiful and spacious than advertised ! Not only was it a great stay but it was cozy and felt like a home. I needed some extra time for check out and the host made it an easy process! Me and my family will definitely be coming here every year !

If you’re visiting Rockport, I highly recommend staying at Cast a Wave. This place is spotless and has everything you could need. Karina was an outstanding host! She was responsive and accommodating, going out of her way to suggest activities for my stay. My kids also loved the available playground. When I come back to Rockport or Corpus Christi, I am staying here!

We LOVED Janis’s place! It was about a nine min walk to the beach- and right at a place on the beach where cars can only park on the back part of it, so it felt really safe for the kids. It’s also right near a life guard stand. The place had everything, really more than everything, we needed. The pool was so fun, there was an adorable playground in the backyard, my kids had the best time! We can wait to come back!!!

we feel we were in home. Phil like family member to take care us. we came down to birding. Phil provided a lot of information for birding and also took us to the museum where he and his wife volunteered. wonderful couple and we had a lot to talk about like old friends. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. the location is perfect to everything. we had wonderful week. Thank you. Phil.

Perfect spot for a fishing trip on San Antonio Bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Super quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy stay, which was what I needed.

Beautiful home. Ocean view and within walking distance. Host was pro active and so friendly. Easy to communicate with. All appliances are high end and handy. Washer and dryer in unit. Bed is very comfortable as well. We felt right at home.

Francisco has been the best host. He lives close enough to provide us instant support whenever needed, which also gives us a sense of security, but also far enough to leave us all the privacy we need. He would proactively inform us of upcoming local events, weather alerts and advices. He is also very kind in taking care of the weekly waste and recycle bins collection, and help with saving and forwarding our mails and deliveries. The place is right in the middle of everything. Within a 15 mins drive can take you to the airport, state aquarium, shops and restaurants in downtown, the beautiful north beach along the coast line, all the major shopping malls, giant retailers and all the popular places where the locals hang out. We shouldn't have experienced so much of Corpus Christi if we have stayed at Mustang Island. The flat is clean and looks as described. Everything is designed to the tenant's convenience, suitable for both long and short stay. Highly recommend!

Kelli's place was very clean, peaceful, and so comfortable. The location is serene and quiet and the relaxing on the back porch area was one of the highlights of our weekend. The beds and couches were comfortable and relaxing. Kelli also has plenty of amenities and seems to have thought of everything a traveler often forgets such as bandaids, hair spray, and lotion! We look forward to returning to this place again during our next stay in Rockport.

This was our second time staying here and let me say it did not disappoint. Everything was so clean and spotless. The home was very nicely decorated. There was everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you Troy and Jamie for all you do!

We are 2 couples that vacation every October in Port A. Having stayed in many Port A rentals (and previously owned a rental in Port A) Sean's condo is the perfect location, very spacious, nice updated kitchen (although lacking any food storage bowls) and super clean. I will say, the secondary bath rooms do need to be updated. (Don't know about the primary bath, we stayed in the second bedroom). The shower head in the hall bath is super low, my husband is just under 6 feet tall and the water hit him at chest level. Handheld would work better. Toilets are older/low and didn't flush completely...every single time. The 3rd bath toilet is in a very crowded space and the toilet paper holder kept falling down. The couches were not very comfortable, but I get it...it's a rental and furniture takes a beating. The hallway outside the door is super dark and extremely hard to see to unlock the door when we would come back at night. That's not Sean's fault, that's on the builder...

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

William was extremely nice and responsive if we had questions! The unit was really clean and felt comfortable! The bed was really comfortable, as well as the pillows! We will definitely be booking again!

This ground floor, adorable spot with easy parking and super lovely short walk to beach was a delight. We hope to be back! Clean pleasant and homey. Easy parking for a rented golf cart and extra spots for vehicle, lovely pool and porch. Responsive friendly host and ease of access to all of the town and shore!

Amazing place to stay. Extremely clean and just as described/photos. Very short walk to a peaceful beach that wasn't crowded at all. Sheldon was proactive and helpful in making sure we got checked in easily and left very helpful instructions. Pet Friendly & priced right!

This is our "go-to" place in Port A. It is a Fantastic location, has easy and walkable access to the beach, and is pet friendly. The layout and bed arrangements are perfect for us.

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!
