We had an amazing weekend at City by the Sea House hosted by Sarah! The home was perfect for our family stay—spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. One of the biggest perks was the ample parking, easily accommodating both our vehicles and our 25ft boat. The dedicated water spot made it incredibly convenient for launching and docking. The swimming pool and hot tub were a huge bonus, making it even more enjoyable for both kids and adults to unwind after a day on the water. Sarah was a fantastic host—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a great place to stay with easy boat access, plenty of space, and awesome amenities, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Went for a girls weekend. We had a wonderful time. Location was great. We loved the home. Plenty of room for relaxing. Very beautiful and clean. Communication was very easy with the host. We definitely will stay again. Having a private pool made our stay even better. Thank you to our host.

We felt right at home. This will be our “go-to” place for all of our visits to Port Aransas. The heated pool made the visit even more enjoyable.

Have been coming to port a since 98’ just in past few years have we gone over to airbnb and jojos house has been the best. The house was described perfectly. Everyone was able to sleep comfortable there is not enough words that can express how perfect this house is. My family really enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be coming back.

House was just what we needed for our fishing trip. Having the canal was awesome. Wish you were available for our next trip in August but someone beat us to it. We will look this one up first in the future.

A terrific location near the beach and nestled among family-friendly neighborhoods. The heated, peaceful pool was greatly appreciated! Fun stay in Port A!

Wonderful home! Looks just like pictures. Very clean and PERFECT location! 3-8 min drive to everything! Great size for a family of 6 plus my mom. Loved our stay! Responsive host.

This was a great little studio. We stayed at the Sandollar complex many years ago and was happy to see it was still available. We had a little glitch with our door lock, but Devin helped us as soon as he could. It is also walking distance to a number of places and easy driving also. Also, right on the water. Thanks again, Devin!😃

Amazing place to stay. Extremely clean and just as described/photos. Very short walk to a peaceful beach that wasn't crowded at all. Sheldon was proactive and helpful in making sure we got checked in easily and left very helpful instructions. Pet Friendly & priced right!

Amy’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway for our little family and fur babies. It’s quiet, close to the water, and in a safe neighborhood. Great restaurants are nearby, Port A and Corpus aren’t too far away. We will definitely be back as Rockport is one of our favorite little places to escape to.

This a great spot with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We’d stay here again!

Eric, Is awesome. I stayed for 3 months. The place is quiet, clean and Eric will get back to you in minutes for anything. Highly recommended.
