We had such a pleasant stay, with helpful communication from the friendly hosts, start to finish. The cottage is cosy, stylish, and really felt like a home away from home. What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

We had such a lovely stay - the photos cannot quite do the beautiful view justice. The house was spotlessly clean, and the perfect size for five adults, a baby and two dogs. The dogs had such a fantastic time running around the garden whilst the adults enjoyed the hot tub! Andrew's instructions were perfectly clear and he was very helpful and responsive during our stay. There are so many beautiful walks in the area. The house is full of modern amenities - the showers are fantastic. Highly recommended!

We’ve had three lovely days in this cottage which tastefully decorated with no unnecessary bits and pieces, so we had space to put our stuff. Exceptionally clean. Really close to nice places to eat and Booth’s supermarket is fantastic. The town itself is so pretty, the river walk is pleasant to do in the evening. We went to Sizergh Castle that was very interesting. Loved the whole area.

Most relaxing weekend we’ve had in a long time. We discussed venturing out to the country bios available but decided against it, treetops cottage is just too nice to leave!!

Sue's house was perfect for our stay in Masham. It is well situated in the heart of the village and comfortable and cosy too.

Our 2nd stay here it’s so peaceful and quiet exactly as we like. For walking you can walk from cottage on several different walks to suit all capabilities. Cottage is so well equipped there’s no need to bring anything. Weather was perfect for us which made our visit more enjoyable with sitting out on the back garden after a nice walk. If you need that peace and quiet this is the place to go.

Lovely, clean, spacious lodge in a lovely setting with a perfectly placed hot tub. The lodge meet all our requirements. Plenty of storage space, extra bedding provided and all the essentials. Highly recommended.
