This property is beautiful. It is 9 miles north of the airport. It is intimate and safe. We loved the beautiful pier and private beach. The interior of the property had everything that we needed. We were especially appreciative of how helpful Terri was in hosting us. Her attention to detail and attentiveness was amazing. Thank you again for the wonderful time!

Chad’s Villa is beautiful the property is absolutely stunning and right on the beach is a major plus this is now the whole families favorite trip we’ve taken! We loved spending time on the beach right out our door! It was truly a picture perfect paradise! Their whole team is so kind, Derek brought us daily coconut water from the beach. Terri helped us plan just about everything we could think of from stocked groceries to fun things to do for the whole family. She helped us book our travel and transportation which is such a huge help with kids. This allowed me to relax with the family without worrying about all the trip organization! I also have to say being outside of town was so much nicer than I expected! It allowed us to have time away from the noise and just enjoy being together! I highly recommend staying here! Great place in a great location. Very good restaurant and bar on site. Centrally located on the island. Host's were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again if we make it back.

We enjoyed Sapphire Beach Resort and all of the amenities and wonderful staff! Ed's place is located feet from a pool and a few yards from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the ocean with tea in the morning and wine before dinner! Ed's place is very well furnished and had all of the kitchen and bath items we needed (and more). Housekeeping was done daily and very well. Loved the Tiki Bar and Saturday BBQ's. Front desk folks were extremely helpful and made arrangements for shuttle flights, taxi pickups, and golf cart rental. The Gem restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you for having us!

Joe’s place is exactly what we were looking for: quiet, relaxing and wonderful environment overlooking beautiful waters. Joe and his wife are very friendly and helpful giving ideas on what to do and go including a river trip to amazing Mayan ruins. They lent us some bikes and we enjoyed our rides in the mornings along the seafront. Joe took my husband fishing one day too. There is a town just down the street where you can get baked goods, great vegetables and restaurants if you don’t want to prepare food. So in all, we enjoyed our stay at Til-ta-dock and have only positive things to say about our trip and stay.

It is in a nice secluded and quiet area. The house is nice and well kept. There are quite a few resort/bars near. Keep in mind it is about 40min golf cart ride away from San pedro.

Tuto is absolutely gorgeous, quiet, and peaceful. The staff are very hospitable, friendly, sweet, and kind. It is away from the crowded tourist streets but close enough to hang out in town when you want to

I had an incredible stay at this beachfront property in San Pedro, Belize! The stunning ocean views, peaceful atmosphere, and direct beach access made it a dream getaway. Angel, the host, was amazing—super helpful, welcoming, and always available with great local tips. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and best of all, no TV! It was refreshing to disconnect and fully enjoy nature. If you’re looking for a relaxing, beachfront escape, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
