Отличное расположение, приятные апартаменты, есть небольшая парковка у дома и есть все необходимое в апартаментах. Из минусов отметил бы только, что кондиционер когда был включен, он дул каким-то вонючим воздухом и в стиральной машине был карандаш под резинкой и в моменте использования он выскочил и запачкал все белое белье

Sean is a very pleasant host to deal with. The apartment is really good for the value. It’s situated in a very nice neighbourhood close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve had a wonderful week in Paphos and enjoyed our stay in the apartment - it was very clean and extremely well located apartment. It had everything we needed including toys, games and the inflatables for the kids. The pool was fantastic for a morning dip and the close proximity to the town, restaurants and the harbour made everything easy and accessible. When our son had an accident on the beach and we needed to take him to the doctor Andreas kindly offered us help, and checked on us to make sure our son was ok. Andreas, Thank you again for all your hospitality and your kindness!

Die Kommunikation hat immer gut geklappt und Anna war stets bemüht, einem zu helfen. Das Meer ist fußläufig 2 Minuten entfernt und das Apartment liegt direkt an der Promenade und ist somit sehr zentral. Der Fußboden war sehr kalt, und ein paar Utensilien haben wir in der Küche vermisst. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und können es sehr weiter empfehlen!

We had a great stay here - the apartment was modern, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. In colder weather, the heating worked quickly and well. And when the sun came out, it was lovely to be able to walk down through fields to the coast, straight from the door! Natalie was very friendly and helpful in communication. Would highly recommend staying here, and hope to return!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft. Sie war genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Kommunikation war super easy und das hineinkommen in die Unterkunft auch. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und vermissen Zypern schon jetzt sehr!

Sea La Vie #2 was pristinely clean and modern. The sea view was breathtakingly beautiful, with lots of local restaurants, beaches and tourist attractions within walking distance. The seafront was literally 2mins walk away at most. Nikolas was extremely polite, helpful and flexible; the check-in instructions were clear. Dad and I hope to stay again.

Nie można nic złego powiedzieć na nasz pobyt w tym miejscu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, świetna lokalizacja jeżeli chcesz odpocząć od miasta. My mieliśmy wynajęte auto więc wszędzie mogliśmy dojechać w kilka minut. Z chęcią odwiedziłbym jeszcze raz to miejsce. Pozdrawiam

miejsce warte uwagi było wszystko co potrzebne mimo małej przygody która się przytrafiła , udało nam się dogadać z gospodarzem i dokończyć miło swój pobyt do końca

We loved our week in Nicola's place, it was perfect! Everything was as described, and she answered any questions we had instantly. We would love to stay here again, and would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful home in great location. Stephan the host was excellent answering any questions we had very quickly. There is everything you need in the property for a wonderful, relaxing holiday just don't park on the drive which we did when we first arrived & nearly damaged the car. Stephan does tell you not to park there for this very reason in the welcome pack! Lots of places to eat & drink within close walking distance & if you don't want to drive, the bus stop is just a couple of minutes away & just a short trip to Coral Bay or Paphos. All in all a great choice for our 1st Airbnb booking 😀

Everything was amazing :) very clean and pretty flat, great communication from the host. maybe the only thing that could be added is a bottle of cooking oil for the common use, but apart from that everything was there (salt, pepper, good cooking pans, towels, tea)

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La piscine est plus grande que l’on imaginait. La terrasse est très agréable !La proximité des épiceries est un vrai plus. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces et cuisine très bien équipée. On s’est senti chez nous. Christina a eu la gentillesse d’être flexible sur notre horaire de départ

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geräumig und in einer schönen Lage – ideal zum Entspannen. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend: schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Very nice studio for two persons with balcony. Clean and well equiped. Owner runs small shop downstairs, so checking in, out and contact is very good. Studio is located close to the beach and port. There are plenty of resteurants around. Bus stop to the airport is located 30 seconds walk from the apartament. Nice holidays hopefully I will come back in the future.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Frank qui nous a fait un super accueil ainsi que sa femme. Le logement était très propre et tout équipé. Il est très bien situé pas loin de la plage et restaurants et il y a une magnifique piscine à disposition. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement si vous voulez passer un agréable moment. Un GRAND merci à Frank et sa femme pour leur accueil, bienveillance et gentillesse 😀 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

We spent 10 days at this beautifully little hideaway on Pissouri Bay. Such a sweet apartment - just open the gate and you are so near to the beach. Irina was a helpful and friendly host who looked after us well and equally gave us all the space we needed to be peaceful 'downstairs'. We would love to come back as soon as we can!! I stayed at Sylvias apartment out of season for 4 weeks, she was a great host easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. The location was perfect for me, right above the fishing shop on the high street with access to the Marina at the back. The apartment was furnished well and was comfortable, the weather was cold to begin and the aircon unit worked with heating which was essential. My friend came to stay for one week and used the sofa bed, which was really easy to put up and she said it was really comfortable. I felt very at home in the apartment and Sylvia responded to my questions straight away. I would definitely visit Latchi and stay at Sylvias again.

We had a lovely, relaxing 5 night stay, just what we needed. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and right next to the Marina. The apartment had all the amenities you needed to make you feel at home. It takes less than a couple of minutes to walk from the apartment to the Marina and all the nearby restaurants. Sylvia kept in contact with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this apartment on Latchi Marina if you are looking for a lovely place to stay. We would most definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for a couple, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was right in front, and the outdoor seating area was a great place to relax. The heating with the air conditioning worked well, which was great for the cooler spring nights. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and we especially loved the huge windows that let in lots of natural light. Would definitely recommend!

Een heerlijk weekje in dit appartement van Sylvia. De accomodatie kwam overeen met de foto’s en was erg schoon, fris en rook lekker door de aangesloten luchtverfrissers. Bij aankomst stond een fles mineraalwater klaar en een chocolaatje. Hier was ik behoorlijk aan toe na een lange reisdag. Fijn dat hier over na is gedacht. Sylvia komt over als een warm en vriendelijk persoon en was proactief. Tijdens mijn verblijf vroeg ze hoe het was en of ik vragen had. Ze heeft me toen geholpen met informatie over de buslijnen. Ik heb een fijne week gehad. Bedankt Sylvia!
