We really enjoyed our stay! The view of the island was amazing. I think it was the the best view we have ever had at an Air BNB. Delano and Beige were very helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Gene while he cleaned the pool everyday. The pool was a nice place to relax after a long day sight seeing. Our room had everything we needed and more, including beach and snorkeling gear. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Thomas!

Stacie and Mark were fantastic hosts! It was our first time to the island and we appreciated the advice and recommendations they shared with us. The house is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning! It provided everything we needed for the beach and for cooking meals at home - grilling steaks on the patio and enjoying the view. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend NorthSide. :-)

We had a great week at Down Yonder! Easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. Beautiful view. Private. Great pool for our kids. Extremely clean and nice layout.

From the hummingbirds to the pool to the delicious restaurants right down the street, this place was LOVELY. It was like it's own little secluded park with so much wonderful St. John Wildlife to see behind the gates. You really felt like you were in your own little world right off the main road while just being a short walk away from the Dolphin market for groceries and supplies, and several restaurants and bars. We had some initial confusion with how to get in and with the wifi but James was super responsive! We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

Loved this place! Close to the airport, beautiful view, hosts were helpful and very responsive. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The pool was pretty cold because it is covered however we didn’t plan on using it much. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about Casita Del Mar. It is the perfect Caribbean vacation accommodation. Gorgeous views, wonderful pool, great location next to secret Harbor beach. Close to the ferries to St. John. We had a blast! Our hosts were very communicative. Everything was as easy as you could hope for.

La Sirena was the perfect location for my family of six (three adults, three kids ages 6-9). The location gave us access to many great snorkeling locations and (once I got used to driving on the island) was not too far from anywhere. The view was wonderful, our kids loved the pool, and it was a relaxing trip overall. I can't really imagine how our trip could have been better. This house was a large part of that. The house would have been tricky to find on my own, but Dena was responsive the whole day leading up to our arrival and Trevor did an excellent job leading us up to the house. He also told us about the ins and outs of the property and gave us some local recommendations for food, beaches, and hikes. We spent part of every evening looking for shells in Kiddel Bay (we found some good ones), and spent the other days in Cruz Bay or at the North Shore Beaches and never felt far away. It is also very, very close to Salt Pond Bay where the snorkeling was A+. Highly recommened.

Drew was friendly, helpful, informative, and responsive from booking to check out! The home is beautifully decorated and maintained. The porches provides a peaceful and cozy space to enjoy beautiful views of the island and ocean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This home was exactly was we needed for space for our group, great location to our friend’s villa for the wedding was a plus, great location to restaurants and public beaches. Did an excursion per recommendations in the guest book which exceeded our expectations! Very responsive to an issue we had during our stay. Clean and included several beach/pool amenities which helped us out a great deal! Certainly would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter's guest house. The view from the deck was amazing - including fantastic landscaping, the pool was perfect, and all the amenities were great. Peter was very responsive and kind and helped us a lot with feedback and suggestions regarding things to do. Please do as the other reviews suggest and insist on an all wheel drive 2 door car such as a Jeep in order to get around and make it up and down the driveway.

A beautiful, spacious and comfortable home near beaches and national park trails. Outstanding view with plenty of outdoor seating. Host was great at communicating and provided a wonderful experience. Would stay there again!

Joyce and her daughter Lisa were incredible hosts, responsive and caring, staying with us on whats ap as we navigated the narrow winding streets of the old part of Charlotte Amalie to get to them and proving excellent directions. Couldn't ask for more caring hosts. Be aware Charlotte Amelie is hilly. I was recovering from an injured ankle so I could not take advantage of walking down hill and tgen back up to the waterfront ( a little more than a mile away). I appreciated living in a real neighborhood, not a tourist location.

We loved our stay at Blue Skies! It accommodated my entire family leaving us with common areas to come together but also separate sleeping spaces for privacy. Shawna and Marina were very responsive and helpful with recommendations and suggestions. The view was amazing….from ability to see Magens Bay and beach to several rainbows during the daily showers.

What a great week we had in St Thomas! We were pleasantly welcomed by Camille with communication ahead of time and throughout our trip top notch. Having someone meet us and take us to the villa was very helpful on arrival since we had never been before. Peter communicated and checked in throughout our stay. The villa was gorgeous. Well taken care of and clean. The view was unbelievable, it was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the location, even though it wasn't in the hustle and bustle of it all.

We felt very lucky staying at Horizons because as we explored the island, we quickly came to realize we were in the best location and probably in one of the best houses too. The house is comfortable and spacious, and the sea breezes through the louvres made everything feel cool and airy even when it got hot outside. The deck views and bathrooms are especially wonderful! We spent most of our time between Salt Pond Bay and Lemeshur Bay as those beaches are nearby, beautiful, and have great trail access and snorkeling (and way fewer visitors than the north side of the island) but it's really quick to get everywhere else too. We were really well taken care of by the owner and by her on-island manager. I can highly recommend this lovely house.

We had a great time staying at the VibeInn! It was spacious, clean, and had lots of amenities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Karen and Nigel are gracious hosts that go above and beyond. They have created a relaxing, welcoming home for your stay. Words that come to mind : Convenient but feels remote, breathtaking views (high enough to look into the bay but still feel connected to the action), extra extra clean and immaculate, perfect house layout, caring and attentive hosts, luxurious, concrete-walled quietness, safe and secure. Safety is so important to us. Their home was built with love and hard work, and it shows! A true tropical heaven!

View is amazing! Roads are extremely steep and bumpy so 4x4 is necessary. Be prepared to have dogs (some friendly, some aggressive), cats, iguanas, and birds on the porch with you. Lawnscaping men also work early each morning right at the house and there are no blinds in the bathroom so be aware of that. Overall a good experience, primarily for the amazing views.

This was our second year in a row at this incredible home, and we adore it. The views are unbeatable, and morning coffee on the patio is pure heaven. The house has everything we need, and Erin, the manager, is responsive, proactive, and a joy to work with. We cooked most meals, stopping at the grocery store when we landed in STT. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we did enjoy a Friday night dinner and amazing fish tacos at Heidi’s Hilltop Grill. TIP: Our first year, we rented a golf cart from Rachel’s, which was great. The second year, we walked everywhere—and wow, did we get our steps in! Easily 10K+ a day between morning walks and beach time. Honeymoon Beach is less then 10 minutes downhill, but uphill on the way back. If you’re looking to tone your calves, this is the place—our neighbors thought we were nuts! The Beach is absolutely pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. Drinks and food at Dinghy’s make it even better. This is THE place to stay on Water Island!

We wish we were there right now! This home was exceptionally well supplied for our group of nine; plenty of dishes, utensils, kitchen tools, pots, and pans and towels (bath & beach), and beach equipment. We cooked all our dinners there, and the appliances all worked well. There was an abundance of comfortable outdoor furniture by the pool where we loved sitting in the shade, looking out at the amazing view. The beds and sheets were also very comfortable. We did not use the air conditioning because there was a nice ocean breeze the whole time we were there. Emma was extremely responsive and helpful in all her communication. I would highly recommend a four-wheel-drive car to come down the steep and bumpy driveway.

Star villa was a great find in an amazing location (5-10 min walk into town) on St. John. Bob and Marlene were out of town during our stay but Mike took amazing care of us the whole week. The AC in the bedrooms was amazing after long days at the beach. The pool is large, clean and perfect for cooling off after hot days. The view from the villa porch was amazing. I definitely recommend renting a jeep or some other 4 wheel drive car to terrain the steep hills and rough roads on the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a well rounded place to stay in beautiful St. John and the amazing hosts (and Mike) were the icing on the cake!

What can we say… absolutely stunning house and view. We stay at a lot of Airbnbs around the globe, this one is a favorite!

I really don’t want to write this review for fear this villa will never be available when I want to come back but… Villa Capiz hands down the best choice we could have made for our honeymoon trip. This Villa has it all from a extremely well stocked kitchen (minus food and drink) to comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds, there are coolers beach chairs/towels, drinkable water from the faucet and so much more. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We spent our mornings and nights in the hot tub overlooking one of the most majestic views you will ever see in your life, I promise you the pictures you’re looking at for it, although great, do not do this place or the view justice. The Villa is also completely private to the point you feel your the only ones on the mountain. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing. We loved the Villa so much that most of our stay on the island was spent here. Do not look any further you found your dream place right here.
