My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Francois’ place! The view on the Miami River was beautiful and the communication was great. He was was so nice and friendly to talk to on the phone! He even called us to give us some restaurant recommendations when he saw that we were going to the Florida Keys next. The artwork in the home was fantastic. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you, Superhost Francois!!

Very good location! House is used and remember decades but maintained quite well but do not expect luxury. Layout is good for more families. House is very spacious and location is the key here. Parking no problem. Restaurants and beaches in minutes. Great host, well communicating. Overall excellent.

It was like a home to me. We have stayed there for 44 days with my wife and infant boy. The place was super clean. Host was so helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place.

Robert has created an amazing oasis for any on a working vacation in Miami. If the Keys is on your travel itinerary, Roberts place is the perfect location. Robert has stocked his place with everything you need. That big leather sectional with reclining seats is heaven after a long day trip to the 7-Mile Bridge. I will be back. Thank you, Robert.

Great Airbnb stay! Pros: Many beds Fairly clean in general Cool game system in living room Ac system and showers were working perfectly Many towels Cons: Bathrooms only have shampoo conditioner and no bodywash for some reason 🧍 Bottom floor bathroom drain had hair from previous guests. There does seem to be mold or some damage to ceiling of first floor bathroom shower The backyard does not match photos whatsoever lol. But it didn’t matter much to our stay. The pull out sofa was a little dirty with crumbs and was broken off from main sofa unit so it would keep moving. These are all nitpicks but hopefully the feedback can optimize the stay for future stays. But awesome value and would take it over any hotel!!

Great spot in a nice little neighborhood. Peter was very responsive before and during our stay, there was plenty of space, very comfortable and was perfect for what we needed on our vacation. Plenty of towels and sheets, lots of pillows, great kitchen supplies, and easy parking. Both groceries and plenty of restaurant choices nearby, lovely walking path right off the neighborhood, I would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Quiet, and very enjoyable. The Lanai was a great place to sit in the morning and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet. The house was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed to make it HOMEY!

The property was delightful. Being on the lake made it very comfortable for my family extended stay. The house was clean and well supplied with amenities like a washer dryer and access to the lake. The owner was very responsive and even bought a new hammock for us while we were there. I did have to cut my stay short by a few days and the owner wasn’t open to refunding the difference, but other than that the stay was perfect! Great place, great owner. Would stay again

Our family of six was very comfortable here and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the backyard is so relaxing, I could have stayed out there all day. We didn’t want to leave so soon, but we will definitely book this home again!

Lovely stay. I combined a work trip with a short stay in Dania beach. Bridget was wonderful with communication and the place was lovely. I especially enjoyed the deck outside. For fitness enthusiasts, there’s a park close by with bodyweight/calisthenics equipment. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great stay! The place was just as described and in a great, private location! Lots of space in the home and beautifully decorated! Would stay here again! Michelle was also extremely responsive and communicative—she accommodated an early check in and some flight cancellations we ran into!

Place is well managed. Thanks. Only confusion was where to park the car. Initially, I parked on the back. I didn't recognize the front as parking spaces. Other than that minor issue, everything went very well. Thanks and keep up the good work!

We had a great time at Monica's AirBnB for our girls' trip. The location was good, a short, 10 minute walk to coffee, shops, and some restaurants and Ubers were easy to acquire to and from the house. The house was the perfect size for 8 adult women, and came clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pool is a plunge pool, so don't expect to swim laps, but it made for a great happy hour hang after hours in the sun at the beach. Monica and her co-host were super responsive and attentive to us. They made everything very easy and we were happy with the lodging.
