Our unit was 2nd floor. There’s stairs and an elevator. The hosts were amazingly responsive and helpful! The place has everything you need. We stayed 3 nights. You just need to put on your bathing suit and walk over to the beach… there’s chairs and an umbrella. If you need more, you can rent them. We needed two extra and it was $30 for the whole day. They give you towels, too. Plenty of places nearby to walk to, but we explored Miami and ventured out. Bed was comfy and the place was quiet. Perfect spring break getaway!

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

We just left yesterday and can’t wait to return! The room/resort were perfect! Everything you need. The pools were great and such a quick walk down to beach. Right accross the street from amazing fresh juice, smoothies, and açaí bowls which we made trips daily for. We walked to Publix and Walmart. Quick uber to food or we walked next door to playa for great food. The beds were cozy and we slept great. The view from the porch was beautiful and peaceful. We couldn’t ask for more! No long elevator waits and room is right off the elevator! Thank you so so much for an amazing week!

Our week-long stay at Naomi’s was amazing! Beautiful apartment, amazing bayside views, rooftop pool and hot tub, and nearby shopping and restaurants. Close to everything!- caught the big bus tour and boat tour at Bayside a couple blocks away. Easily got Ubers to Miami beaches, Wynwood arts district, and other sights. The in unit washer/dryer was convenient, and the beds were super comfortable. Thanks Naomi and Shawn!

Beautiful location right on North Miami Beach. Very quiet, everything is within walking distance. The free Beach Trolley takes you right down to South Beach as well. Very secure building. Sunrise is breathtaking!!!

This place was nice! Location was great and the apartment was clean. The view was amazing and the host was very accessible and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. A couple things to note, there is a $40 check in fee if you have to check in after 9pm. Also, the building maintenance person came in to check the smoke detectors while we were there. It wasn’t a problem and they didn’t take too long to inspect, but we didn’t have any advance notice so we were hesitant to open the door to a stranger. As soon as I reach out to the host to let them know what happened, they quickly clarified and apologized for not having any notice.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Jeff's Miami condo was truly stunning -- amazing views, beautiful decor, luxurious amenities! I highly recommend this location if one is looking for a stylish home base in Miami. Close to great restaurants, shopping and Miami's top sites, this condo checks all the boxes.

Lily was super friendly and very responsive! She let us check-in early and check-out late. The house rules were clear and we didn’t have any issues. The house was perfect! It had plenty of beds for everyone and the location is right in the middle of everything. I’d recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay in Miami and would book again!

My family of 12 people spent 11 wonderful days in Miami. We were hosted by Global. Great location! Great host! We felt safe and secure. Parking is available at the front of the house. The house has a gate for extra security. The host Terry went above and beyond to ensure our stay was very comfortable. He was kind and welcoming, readily available and excellent with communication. We all had a wonderful experience and did not have any concerns during our stay! The house was clean, modern and very comfortable. We felt at home during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking lovely homemade food and there was a large living space where we could eat and socialise together. We enjoyed the pool and there was plenty outdoor space too. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again! The house exceeded our expectations. So much, that we skipped a day of our activities to enjoy the house. Communication was 10/10. Would love to come back and stay her next year!

Our family of 7 adults and 2 kids had a great stay at this Airbnb. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all the meals and the pool was warm and clean! Nani was very helpful and prompt at answering questions! We had a bonfire 2 nights which was very fun! We rented the electric scooters for the week and had a blast!! We did take a day and went to South Beach. Very fun but traffic is congested in Miami. Must travel early or late. Thank you for a lovely spring break!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Miami was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as described (if not better), clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The location is ideal — in a quiet neighborhood but very close to all the main attractions, beaches, and great spots to eat and hang out. The space is modern and well-furnished, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor patio — a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. A big thank you to the host as well, who was always kind, helpful, and super responsive. We truly felt at home during our stay. We would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Lara’s place was hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The place was sooo beautiful and CLEAN! It was in a perfect spot, everything about it was amazing and so accommodating for our family. The place was great but so was Lara herself! She’s genuinely someone I could see our family having a friendship with. All in all the place was perfect in all aspects and we already said if we were to ever come back it would be to this home.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

Tastefully decorated, spacious unit with beautiful view of the marina; updated modern bathrooms and plenty of comfortable beds, linens and towels. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality cookware and everything needed to prepare meals. The walking path across the street is safe and pleasant at all times of day or evening. Loved that there were only six floors and the elevators were always available (unlike most high rises in Miami). The host was very responsive when we had a question about one of the showers, and overall, the the condo is a great value. Highly recommend for young and old families alike.

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Great apartment right on the beach with newer kitchen. As a bonus small room with a crib and bunch of children books which our 4 year old enjoyed very much. Location of the condo is great as well, not too far away from hustle and bustle of south beach but good enough distance to be quiet. The only drawback is that the pool was cold, from my understanding it does have a heater but during our stay it wasn’t operational.

Stayed in Brickell many times and this unit had one of the best views and is ideal for anyone visiting Brickell. The host was very attentive to any questions or needs and the unit was pristine, I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to everyone, thanks again for everything !

Would highly recommend Marc’s place. Beautiful condo, just as seen in the pictures if not better. Scrupulously clean and well equipped. Best location: quiet residential neighbourhood, 3 minutes from the beach and very walkable to the heart of Ocean Drive. Marc comes back very quickly to answer questions or provide recommendations.
