O apartamento fica em uma região ótima, próximo de tudo, acolhedor e muito confortável. Bem equipado e a Gaby deixa produtos para facilitar a hospedagem. Muito fácil de fazer o check in. Recomendo bastante!!☺️

The location met all expectations, with a fantastic and walkable area that provided easy access to numerous restaurants. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment was contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Additionally, Publix was conveniently nearby for purchasing necessities. Overall, the experience was both refreshing and relaxing, precisely as anticipated.

Perfect stay for Miami Art Week 2024. Alexander was a pleasure as my host. Great Communication and response time. The building staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again!

Nice location,quiet community access to everything. The apartment was brand new,spotless,comfortable,pet friendly 5 star !! Thank you James Instructions easy to access. My only minor complaint would be pool not heated in the complex however if theweather was alittle better probably would not matter

Apartamento bem localizado, bem próximo a bares e restaurantes, cama confortável, limpo e agradável. Apesar de ser um pouco pequeno, atende bem duas pessoas. O único detalhe é que não há estacionamento incluído na diária. O valor do estacionamento no prédio é de 40 dólares por noite, mas há possibilidade de estacionar na rua, pagando por hora.

The Yacht Club at Adventura is a gated community and we felt very safe during our visit! The heated pool was perfect and we met several "snowbirds" who have stayed here for the past several years. The Miami Mall is within walking distance, but nearby restaurants required a 5-15 minute drive. We enjoyed the great running/walking trail that is located across the street! This was our first visit to the Yacht Club and we are definitely planning to return next year!

Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, fornito di tutto l’occorrente per una famiglia. Host gentilissima e disponibile. I nostri asciugacapelli non funzionavano e prontamente ce ne è stato fornito uno nuovo. Abbiamo potuto fare il check-in posticipato aggiungendo una piccola somma. La zona, bellissima, è residenziale e ben servita. Siamo completamente soddisfatti.

Nuestra estadia en el departamento de Ninoska fue perfecto en todo sentido. Ninoska siempre estuvo atenta para hacernos sentir como en casa y que disfrutemos a pleno nuestra estadia. Esta ja foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos em Fort Lauderdale no apartamento do George, e foi excelente, como ja era esperado. Local bem localizado, apartamento excelente, com uma otima vista e muito bem cuidado. Com certeza uma otima opcao para quem vem passar alguns dias em Fort Lauderdale. George tambem foi um otimo Host , com informacoes claras e respostas rapidas.

We had an awesome, relaxing vacation. Erick was very responsive and extremely accomodating with our flight changes. The heated pool was fantastic and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back!

Wir waren super happy! Eine tolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man benötigt. Bushaltestelle super zu Fuß erreichbar und leckere Tacos um die Ecke! Lieben Dank an Leda für den Tipp🥰 Schöne Bepflanzung in Garten und Wohnung und Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder 🤩🌴🥭

This was the perfect spot for our friends Bachelorette Party ! We had the best time and the air bnb was perfect ! Beautiful spot and area ! Looked exactly like the pictures ! Would definitely recommend to others who are looking for the perfect bachelor/bachelorette or just a weekend with friends ! The host was so friendly and quick to respond! We had a great time at Greg’s place! He was an awesome host. The place is spacious, great area with everything close by. The pool was the best part which the whole family enjoyed. It had a heater which was a plus. I would definitely stay there again.
