The home was perfectly spacious with plenty of room to lounge. The two living areas were robust and had ample seating for the family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for a home cooked meal. The outdoor space is limited however this wasn’t necessary for our trip considering the cold weather. This place is perfect for families who need a space like home. I’d highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at Chandler's place and I loved it again. I previously really enjoyed it in the summer, but the winter stay was still great. The sunroom area is a little drafty as it is over the garage but a new fireplace with remote warmed it up. The rest of the place was cozy and the decor is truly amazing. It was a great retreat for me while visiting nearby family. A nice game of pool and curling up to read in the multiple sitting areas was a great way to spend some downtime. I love being near downtown, but I had to make multiple back and forth trips across town and to the hospitals and the quick access to the interstate was helpful. I was glad for a lack of snow with the steep street, but they did make sure to add salt to the driveway when it needed it. Chandler was again a very responsive and thoughtful host. I reported a couple of minor issues to her and she was quickly on top of them. I would love to stay again when I'm in town!

This place was perfect for getting ready for my wedding. The pink tones made it girly and being super close to my venue was a plus. It was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to any bride!

My recent stay was exceptional. The condominium was aesthetically pleasing, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The host provided exceptional attention to detail throughout my stay. I am confident that I will return for another visit.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice, cozy home away from home. The accommodations were exactly as described. Thuy was very quick to respond to our special needs. She was also kind, friendly and compassionate.

We were visiting our daughter in Iowa City but there were other guests so we needed a place that was near but that also would be fun,and give us more room than a hotel room. This condo is was perfect. It was modern, very clean, and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. We didn't cook as we were at our daughter's for meals but the kitchen seemed to have everything one would need. Nice sets of dishes and glasses, and ample cutlery and cookware. One other nice feature of this condo is its location - close to restaurants and shops in the downtown area.

Kaleb’s place was perfect for or stay in Coralville. We stayed 2 nights. We didn’t spend much time there other than to sleep and shower. We were welcomed in the late evening with an extremely clean place, easy lockbox entry, lights on so no fussing in the dark to find them and a small adorable electric fire place, on. One night and one morning we heard a few foot steps from upstairs but really not noticeable. We had nice cold drinking water available in the fridge. Several Coralville and surrounding area brochures to help us plan our visit and a nice binder with apt. Info and how to work things was also available. Kaleb was quick to reply to questions. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood and driveway parking. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Coralville.

Great place to stay! Our family and puppy had a great time, it felt like home! Earl was a great host who always responded quickly! Check-out process was easy too (not a ton of cleaning required). We will stay again on our next visit to the town!

very nice stay! clean with all amenities for cooking and living (washer/drier) and two bathrooms was a huge plus! Nice balcony and two very large beds. felt right at home.

We had a fabulous stay. Mikes was very good and quick with any communication. I loved the big bright windows and the openness. The fact that the bathroom was nice and warm was a treat after a shower. Everything was perfect and we felt right at home. The location was perfect while visiting our son at U of I. Bluebird cafe is our favourite sport and George’s bar is a gem. A true old style local neighborhood bar We will definitely book again.

This is a great place to stay in coralville! Within walking distance to the arena which was super nice! The space is modern, beautiful, and comfortable. Lots of extras available if you are traveling with kiddos which was super great and unexpected! 100% would recommend and I’m sure we will stay again!

This was a very nice condo, with quiet neighbors. A very nice host and close to the shopping area.
