Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

L'appartamento è tutto nuovo ed è impeccabile. La sua grande qualità : lo spazio ! Les stanze sono grandi. Oltre il dormire, c'è spazio per chi vuole fare il suo yoga. La distribuzione delle varie stanze è ideale perchè sono ben separate l'una dall'altra dallo spazio comune : salotto/sala da pranza/cucina. L'appartamento è calmissimo, e allo stesso momento a 20 metri di un artera più animata con tutti i servizi. La localizzazion è ideale sia per camminare sia per prendere il traghetto, il vaporetto o l'Aliguna verso l'aeroporto. Perfetto per un soggiorno breve o piu lungo. Grecia, il notro contato è stato perfetta di gentilezza e reattività. Chi non avrebbe voglia, tornando a Venezia, di non prenotare un'altra volta questo'appartamento.

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

Жильё соответствует описанию и фото. Кондиционер в каждой комнате. Оборудованная кухня. Отличное месторасположение, близко до моста Риальто, при этом в тихом месте.

This place was amazing! The perfect, “insider experience“ of Venice. Coffee with locals around the corner, Centrally located to everything, watching the sunrise at the Basillica, and on and on. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Stefano was a wonderful host, and communicated well through my stay. The location is perfect for exploring Bassano del Grappa and the local area, and is walking distance to all the historic parts of the town. There is free parking just outside the Centro Storico, but visitors with luggage should note it is a walk uphill to get to the main part of town and the apartment. Better to drop the luggage first and then park the car! Overall I loved my little stay and am looking forward to next time.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber, gelegen in einer tollen Anlage mit Pool ( noch nicht verfügbar, der Jahreszeit geschuldet). Die Ausstattung war sehr reichlich, es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Der Eigentümer ist sehr, sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen, sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat auch vorab eine Liste mit guten Tips für die Umgebung übermittelt. Die Lage ist super, msn gelangt schnell an den Strand und in die "Hauptstraße" mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Den nächsten größeren Supermarkt erreicht man in 5-6 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Ottima esperienza ! La posizione è perfetta , l’appartamento è in ottime condizioni , molto accogliente ,molto pulito e attrezzato di tutto quanto c’è bisogno . Ottima accoglienza da parte della proprietaria ,anche molto gentile nell’omaggiarci di una bottiglia di spumante per festeggiare l’inizio del nuovo anno ! Grazie !

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, appartamentino corrispondente alle foto, pulito e ordinato. Il signor Fabio è una persona squisita, che mette subito a proprio agio i suoi ospiti partendo già dalle conversazioni telefoniche. L'appartamento è vicinissimo alle fermate del bus urbano per cui facilmente in 20/25 minuti circa si può raggiungere l'isola di Venezia. Inoltre il quartiere è fornito di servizi. Lo consiglio.

My family if 5 stayed in this apartment t for a few days in Venice. The room with 3 single beds was great for our 3 teens. It felt very authentic to Venice! It’s a bit tricky to find at first, tucked in between some buildings down a narrow alley, but once we found it once this wasn’t an issue and it felt like it added to the charm! Great neighbourhood and we found it an excellent base for exploring Venice. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

Amazing stay, Rudi the host is just brilliant, met us at our water bus stop with umbrella in hand as it was very rainy and late, walked us to the apartment and gave us lots of advice and recommendations. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. From body wash to coffee 👌 Thank you 🙏

I can’t say enough great things about our time at Lisa’s air bnb in Venice! The place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Amazing location just far enough away from the busy areas but everything was easily walkable so we felt like we were living where the locals do. Very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Lisa couldn’t have been nicer or more communicative the entire time. She even met us when we got off the water taxi to make sure we found the place. I will 100% be staying there again the next time we visit. We all loved it!

Lovely stay at Aqua Apartments, host was extremely helpful texting and calling to arrange check in and recommend local bars and restaurants. Great location everything in a short walk away. Room was lovely and clean. Thank you.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

Lovely place in the center of Venice on a cosy market with plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless clean and perfect for our family of 5 Check-in was really easy and Mirko was a great host Will certainly go back to his place if we visit Venice again

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

O apartamento é completo, limpo e gostamos muito da localização. É um bairro bonito, tranquilo, longe de muito movimento, fácil acesso com vaporeto ou a pé. O anfitrião sempre foi muito atencioso. Recomendo.

Amazing and relaxing stay at Casara Cal de Mez. Amenities are the best of any Airbnb I've ever known! This was a great mid vacation retreat to relax and recharge. Communication was clear, full kitchen with cookware and essentials, local products, food and drink available as well. Perfect!

An exceptional Airbnb. Great location for bus into Venice and short walk to Mestre train station. Lara was really helpful explaining transport options and suggestions to visit. The apartment was spotless, with everything we needed, comfy beds and great shower. Thank you Lara, you've thought of everything, a real home from home. Highly recommend.

This apartment was everything we could have wanted. So beautiful, in a great area and such warm hospitality. Christine met us at the Vaporetto stop, walked us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment is close to wonderful restaurants and walkable to all areas. We loved this stay.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.
