Très bel appartement et conforme aux photos. J’ai apprécié Hibba car elle a été très réactive, disponible et remplie de petites attentions. Levée de soleil depuis l’appartement qui vaut le coup. L’appartement sent bon et super bien rangé. Un balcon filant très agréable. Endroit venteux qui fait trop de bien avec cette chaleur constante. Je recommande et remercie encore Hibba pour son accueil chaleureux

All in all I'm very satisfied. Spotless clean apartment, with everything necessary incl. washing machine, iron etc. It's in the residential tower, feels like it's popular with families, very quiet, and there is a small but adequately equipped gym on premises. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and cafes at Mangrove residence and Sun and Sky towers in 5 minutes walk, grocery store in the same community. Fatma was very easy to reach and communicate with, check-in and check-out easy and well organized. Great place for a short term stay.

Mona was an awesome host! She responds quickly to messages. There are a couple of maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but she was very receptive and appreciative that I brought them to her attention. If you stay here know that there are two different check in desks because the building is also a hotel which I didn’t know. There was a little confusion about where to check in at first. You want the desk for the residences. There are many things to do on the property including live bands on some nights. I had my first Turkish bath there and it was amazing! There is a supermarket across the street at the mall and a food court if you want to dodge the high prices at the resort. The Persian Gulf view is amazing and so is the sunset. However, compared to what the hotel guests are paying for all inclusive I find this Airbnb to be somewhat overpriced.

The cozy atmosphere made it perfect for our family, and the location was ideal. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Очень довольны квартирой! Тихий район, отличная доступность магазинов, ресторанчиков и кофеен. Очень рекомендуем ресторанчик Burro Blanco. Мексиканская кухня на высоком уровне. В супермаркете Garndioso так же можно купить готовую еду высокого качества и много местных вкусностей. Территория очень красивая, тихая, теплый бассейн во дворе. Все располагает к отдыху и расслаблению. До главных достопримечательностей (Louvre, Anrahamic Family House) ехать на такси 10 минут, до самого Абу-Даби 25 минут, до красивейшего пляжа Mamsha 15 минут. Сама квартира очень уютная. Чувствуешь себя как дома. С 9 этажа отличный вид на Абу-Даби и залив. Эрик дал четкие инструкции как пользоваться техникой, системой вентиляции и бойлером. В самой квартире есть все необходимое (фен, отпариватель для одежды, кофемашина). Обязательно приедем еще! Спасибо!

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this residential apartment in Yas Island. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is very close to all essential services, shopping malls, restaurants, and major attractions such as Ferrari World, Yas, and Warner Bros.
