Siamo stati una settimana in questa abitazione e ci siamo trovati bene. La casa è ben arredata,adatto per chi ha un animale domestico poiché ha un giardino piuttosto ampio.Nonostante i contrattempi che abbiamo avuto,Elena e Claudio hanno mostrato onestà,dedizione e disponibilità.Molto consigliato,ci torneremo di sicuro.

Unser Urlaub war super schön. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Der Grundstück ist sehr groß und somit super für eine größere Gruppe. Die Kommunikation mit Luciano war super und unkompliziert. 🌞

A Ca Il Debbio siamo stati benissimo! L’appartamento è molto spazioso e offre un bellissimo terrazzo con una bellissima vista sia per passare dei pomeriggi di relax che per pranzi e cene. La posizione è ottima per godere di assoluta tranquillità, fresca e comunque comoda (in auto) per raggiungere le cinque terre e il mare. Io ho fatto anche lavoro da remoto e mi sono trovato molto bene sia con il wi-fi che con la postazione offerta. Stefania e il marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili sia prima della prenotazione che durante il soggiorno. Vivamente consigliato!

La maison est impeccable et la vue sur la mer hallucinante. Nous avons passé un séjour au-delà de nos attentes. Remo est un hôte extraordinaire. Je recommande vivement cette villa.

Monika’s villa is beautiful and the views are stunning. Nestled high above the town, you can see down the mountain to the sea. The place is quite large with plenty of space. Her sense of design throughout with lovely furniture and artwork is very nice. The kitchen is fully stocked. She left us fresh bread, fresh jam, veggies and fruit, butter, drinks, etc which was very welcome after a long travel day. The pool is incredible, even better than the photos. Monika and Nicoletta were very responsive to our questions. Monika helped arrange a pesto making class and chef made dinner at her place one night. We had a truly memorable stay!

This was a highlight of our Italy trip. The view was absolutely beautiful…and beyond our expectations. Marta was so lovely…and easy to deal with. The washing machine was broken unfortunately, but Marta had all of our laundry done for us offsite, which worked out well. I would stay here again if we come back…and our daughter just loved exploring the garden.

Casa perfetta per gruppo di amici o famiglia numerosa. É ben fornita da lavastoviglie a forno a legna e BBQ. Il pezzo forte é la piscina e il terrazzo.

Abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte ma è stato molto piacevole! La casa è davvero bella e adatta sia a ragazzi che a bambini. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e la comunicazione è stata facile e molto veloce. Siamo stati benissimo! Consigliatissimo.

We cannot wait to return! The Villa is serene and breathtakingly beautiful. Everything was designed for your comfort and to embrace the natural environment of La Caletta! The gardens, the patio and pool area magnify the beauty of the Villa and this enchanting sea cove. It is obvious that great care was devoted to every detail when the home was designed and built. Roberto was the perfect host and our group of 6 adults were made to feel cared for from the very start! We are already planning our return! Thank you for everything Roberto! We will miss Villa San Carlo your kindness and La Calletta! Grazie Mille and arrivederci!!

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.

Hade en fantastisk vecka i Carlos hus.10 personer 8 vuxna 2 barn.Den minsta var 2 år som kunde springa runt i trädgården och bara några steg till fantastiska bad.Även nära till byn om man inte ville göra mat hemma.Alla var helnöjda.Jag kommer gärna tillbaka till Carlo!Rekommenderas varmt./Anna med familj

Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.

Claudia was so communicative and helpful prior and during our trip. She helped us organising a chef, gave us local things to do, restaurants to join, offered to help us book our transfers. The house was beautiful and just what we wanted. Thank you so so much!

We had a wonderful stay in Portovenere. It is a beautiful waterfront town with incredible views and great places to shop and eat. The house was a perfect launch place for touring Cinque Terra. We took the boat ferry which was incredible. Our hosts were perfect; friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

Wir hatten eine super entspannte Zeit in Carrara. Vielen Dank an Barbara und Simona - Ihr wart tolle Gastgeberinnen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig, der Pool lädt direkt zum Schwimmen ein - die besten Voraussetzungen, um mal richtig abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Pool ist so groß, dass wir Erwachsenen komfortabel schwimmen konnten. Im Ort gibt es verschiedene Badestrände. Wir sind ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren und konnten gratis parken. Es hätte aber auch nähere Strandabschnitte gegeben. Leider war es in unserer Urlaubswoche sehr heiß, sodass wir nicht so viel zu Fuß erkunden konnten. Der Pool war da für uns die perfekte Abkühlung. Im Haus standen uns mehrere Ventilatoren zur Verfügung, die waren v.a. nachts wichtig. Danke Simona und Barbara für diese tolle Zeit. Die beiden waren stets gut erreichbar und dabei sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Uns sind im Urlaub Ruhe und Privatsphäre sehr wichtig - beides ist in dieser Unterkunft wunderbar gegeben.

la casa di Sanda è veramente interessante con ampi spazi e molto comoda. la casa è datata, ma contiene degli elementi vintage molto belli. Non manca nulla e la piscina e lo spazio esterno sono fantastici. Sanda è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Franco ist ein super toller Gastgeber, der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren sehr persönlich und herzlich. Franco hat sehr gute Tipps und ist immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich zwischen vielen Ölivenbäumen, ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick über das Magra-Tal zum Meer, einfach unbezahlbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt neben dem schönen malerischen alten Dörfchen Castelnuovo Magra. Das Meer ist nur ca. 15Min entfernt, die Steinbrüche von Carrara sind auch in der Nähe (sehr empfehlenswert), Pisa und Florenz sowie Cinque Terre sind ebenfalls in der Gegend. Es war ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank Franco.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen in der toskanischen Landschaft, von wo man einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Landschaft hat. Die Kommunikation fand auf Englisch mit dem Sohn von Gianluca mittels Textnachrichten statt. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet auf Fragen und Belange. Vor Ort zur Übergabe ist Gianluca dagewesen. Ein Assistent für technische Angelegenheiten und Wartung der Anlage wohnt nicht weit entfernt und ist daher schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist daher sehr gut abgelaufen! Das Grundstück mit Pool, Aussicht und allem was in der Beschreibung enthalten ist, hat uns alles geboten, um unsere Woche dort entspannt auf dem Gelände zu verbringen. Definitiv also zu empfehlen. Wir erwägen eindeutig wieder zu kommen!

Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Lage. Die Aussicht, der Garten und der Pool sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig ist man in nur wenigen Gehminuten im Ort, in dem es ein schönes Café und unterschiedliche Restaurants und Bars gibt. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

Loved it!! My family and I enjoyed an amazing week in Albertos villa, the house was beautiful as pictured and large enough that all of us had our own space and plenty to share too (including a charming garden where we enjoyed eating outside several nights). Various terraces in front and rear allow you sun or shade when you like. Alberto was super friendly and kind enough to offer us an early check in at no extra cost. We were greeted upon arrival on the main street and helped to carry our bags up the small stoneway to the Villa. Thereafter he showed us around the house and offered us great recommendations in the local area. All rooms are very comfortable, clean and tastefully finished in true Ligurian style with great views from all rooms ; A/C worked perfectly, good water pressure and fast WIFI and the mosquito nets allowed airy insect free warm nights). We also had Alberto book a professional chef come in to cook a 5-course dinner. Absolutely not to miss this experience and lear
