Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, pulito e molto comodo. Dal vivo è ancora meglio che in fotografia. I serramenti sono nuovi, in novembre non c'è stato quasi bisogno di accendere il riscaldamento. Terrazza grande, bella e comoda. La vista è incantevole. Per arrivare al lungomare e alla spiaggia basta semplicemente attraversare la strada, poco trafficata. Facilmente raggiungibili a piedi negozi di alimentari, supermercato, il mercato del lunedi, ristoranti e fermate dei mezzi pubblici. La signora Maria Caterina è molto gentile, cordiale e professionale e in caso di bisogno si può davvero sempre contare su di lei, rapida ed efficientissima.

Luca est un hôte parfaitement accueillant. Le kit de bienvenue est très pratique et très sympa ! La communication tout au long du séjour a été top, il nous as donné de très bons conseils et de bonnes adresses afin de visiter la région dans les meilleures conditions. L’appartement est très propre et bien organisé, nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout est prévu ! Nous recommandons fortement Luca et son logement!

We have stayed in Maria’s beautiful apartment many times and we love it more every time. We took the late morning train from Turin and Maria was kind enough to meet us shortly after our train arrived in Sestri, in the early afternoon. Maria takes excellent care of her property, has very tasteful furnishing and the apartment is always very clean with plenty of linens, towels and soaps. The modern kitchen has everything needed and the bathroom is well above average with a wonderful large, tiled shower. The location is absolutely perfect with direct access to the active pedestrian area with shops, cafes, restaurants, a bakery and sandwich shop & just steps away from 4 canti (our favorite pizza). We love the muted sounds of the lively village during the day and at night the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Our vacation was later in the year than usual so the weather was quite cool but the apartment was warm and cozy. We are looking forward to staying at Maria’s in the years to come.

We stayed at Anns's place for the first part of our honeymoon. It was everything we expected and then some. The place was spotless and communication with Anna was excellent. If you want to live like a local in Portovenere, this place is perfect. You are steps away from local shops, a pesto making class, fantastic local restaurants and cafés. We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend to those looking for something unique vs. a hotel room. Thank you for everything Anna!

Brian’s place was a beautifully remodeled apartment in a great location with a direct walking path to the center of Lerici and the marina area. Great view of the bay and the surrounding area. Easy to enjoy an aperitivo on the terrace and enjoy the scenery.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Rossana. Hôte très accueillante. Logement propre et très bien décoré. Le logement se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la gare de La Spezia, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour visiter les 5 terres, tout en étant loin de la foule. Merci

Nous cherchions un endroit calme et près de tout. L'endroit est magnifique et tout est accessible. La maison est paisible et super bien situé. De plus, Alessandro est super rejoignable et ouvert. Ses guides sont super bien fait et on remarque facilement qu'il partage bien l'amour de la région. Grazie e a presto ! On reviendra !

We had a wonderful stay at Alba’s home. It was close to everything yet it was on a quiet street away from crowds. Her home is clean and have all the amenities you’ll need. Alba is a great host. She’s very responsive, friendly, and very helpful.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

An incredible place with stunning views near the beautiful village of Tellaro. Giada was a great host, she was very helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The property was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay in Italy.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, es war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Federica war eine super Ansprechpartnerin, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns hilfreiche Tips für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Sabrina was very helpful and nice. Noone disturb us during we were enjoying the view from the common or our terrace. The sunset was beautiful from this apartman's terrace. Sabrina was so nice , she gave us a breakfast basket as well with a lot of cakes, sweetnesses and house eggs. We got a pasta with an italian meatsauce as well like a bolognese which we could make it at one night. They have a kind of shop as well where you can buy all of which you need a perfect romantic sunset programme (chocolates, cakes, fruits and wine or prosecco, etc) and the prices were very friendly... So, we will visit back soon :)

Il mio posto preferito nel tigullio

A nice roomy apartment! It could have offered a few more pillows and towels, but we managed just fine. Super centrally located! So it’s very walkable to everything. Another plus is Sestri does not have a gazillion hills and stairs. Walking is easy. The only minus is lots of street noise late at night as partygoers got pretty noisy, but to be right in the heart of Sestri with the Bay of Silence lapping just behind the unit is truly lovely. It’s well worth it.

Wonderful Stay in Lerici – Perfect Location & Fantastic Host! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, and all the beautiful spots in Lerici. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. What really made our experience special was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. When the heating wasn’t working one evening, they immediately sent someone over to fix it, which we really appreciated. They also gave us amazing local recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our trip even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but the host made everything so easy for us. They provided a cot, a high chair, and even some toys, which made our stay much more comfortable for the whole family. We had such a fantastic time and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lerici.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per le vacanze di Natale nel bellissimo appartamento di Giovanna. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, arredata con gusto, fornitissima di tutto; in posizione comodissima, a due passi dalla stazione e a due minuti a piedi dal mare. Giovanna è stata molto gentile e disponibile, le comunicazioni sono state veloci in quanto era tutto perfetto e non abbiamo avuto bisogno di null'altro. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare e soggiornare nuovamente qui!

Ringrazio la Fondazione Canepa per avermi fatto trovare una casa pulita e accogliente. In particolare ringrazio la direttrice, dott.ssa signora De Luca per la disponibilità e l' interessamento nel risolvere piccoli problemi. Complimenti anche al team di Airbnb con cui ho avuto contatti sia telefonici che con la messaggistica.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’appartamento di Mariagiulia, lei gentilissima, indicazioni utili e corrette, appartamento fantastico con tutto il necessario, pulitissimo, organizzato e sono rimasta molto impressionata dalla quantità di dettagli per far sentire l’ospite coccolato: caramelle sul tavolo, giochini per i bambini in un apposito cesto, addirittura ombrelli in caso di pioggia e ombrellone per la spiaggia, nota super positiva per chi ama il caffè come me: macchinetta con cialde che fa un caffè buonissimo!!! Appartamento davvero vicino a tutto: bar, negozi, supermarket, parafarmacia e spiaggia. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Mariagiulia!
