My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core - we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful location with everything you could want for a family trip. Close to some of the best Sedona trails and the hosts are super helpful and responsive.

Great and clean house in the heart of Sedona, but also within walking distance of trails We were a bit unlucky with the weather but otherwise had a great stay

The place was amazing! loved all the complete amenities, from utensils, essentials and everything. we also visited Sedona which is near. Enjoyed the heated pool even if the weather was cold. Couldn't ask for a better host. Responsive and always easy to talk to. Worth the price! will book again next time.

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a house in Sedona, look no further and book this one. I wish I could give it 10 stars, because its the perfect house. We were a party of 6 and this place was plenty big enough. Could not ask for a better location, near everything. I would definitely rent this house again. The description provided is very accurate. Back yard is really nice with a big pool and hot tub, and big grill. Also, the views are amazing from the back yard.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Shannon's pool house. Excellent location - peaceful and private pool area, walking distance to old town Cottonwood and short drive to any number of attractions in the Sedona/Verde Valley area. Great place to unwind after a long day of hiking or to enjoy a lazy day by the pool. Host was attentive and made everything easy from check in to check out. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. Fantastic location. Easy walk into town, takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Would have loved to stay longer. The views from the front and from the balcony were stunning. Had a couple deer in the yard one morning. Ran into some javalinas, just after sundown one night, on our way back from dinner. Would love to come back in the near future. Hopefully this location will still be avaliable for our next trip.

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona, AZ. The home was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I truly appreciated their hospitality and communication. I’d definitely love to stay here again on a future trip!

The house was quaint and cute, perfect for my young family of 6. Relatively close to Sedona, it served our activities well. Though we didn't spend much time in the surrounding neighborhood except to come and go, it seemed safe and quiet. The fire ring was a hit with my kids, and the house has nice clean finishes, but still comfortable and kid friendly.

Our family was fortunate enough to stay here during a one night trip to Sedona. The home was beautiful, just like the photos. Very clean and accommodating. The views were spectacular during the day. At night, we relaxed and enjoyed the stars from the deck. The hosts Rick and Yvonne are so kind and welcoming. A true gem. Thanks for having us.

The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.

This house is lovely, peaceful and quiet. My 3 adult daughters and I stayed here for a 5 day getaway and the location is just perfect for everything you want to do. We were able to have a Spa day, fly to the Grand Canyon, hike all the local hot spots, eat at the local 5 star restaurants and end the stay with their favorite - ATV riding. Each event within a 10-15 minute ride from the house and one hike within walking distance. We ended most days with a glass of wine in the hot tub or outside fire pit under the beautiful stars.

Location, location, location!! Walkable to several restaurants and the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. Very close to Uptown Sedona as well via a short drive. Nicole's home was exactly as listed in the photos, very clean and she was communicative throughout. The fireplace and hot tub are a huge plus on those chilly desert nights! We had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing girls trip, the house was perfect for us. Great location and kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable we ran out of time and didn’t get to use the sauna, maybe next time. :)

this house was way better than we expected. so much attention to detail went into every nook & cranny. it's honestly like staying in a museum. the view is awesome and you cab walk down the hill for shopping and food.

Great place to stay in Sedona! It was easy to find and check in was a breeze. The home is very cozy, warm and inviting. Well appointed, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. The location was wonderful, close to attractions, restaurants and shopping. Fire pit in back for those cold evenings and a nice relaxation / meditation area in front with a pool and mood lighting. Had a really wonderful stay here and highly recommend it!

My husband and I enjoyed a restful getaway in Larissa and Paul’s home. They are superb hosts, attentive to every detail as to what guests desire and enjoy! It was the epitome of clean, comfortable in every way from the beds to the leather sectional to the outdoor seating which we enjoyed in the mornings and evenings! The home was stocked with necessary items like spices and everything needed in the kitchen for cooking. The beds were super comfy and Paul’s suggestions of restaurants and the pamphlets in the home helped to guide us to the special places in the area. Our pups say a big “woof” as they enjoyed themselves too, especially the fenced in back yard! It is a quiet neighborhood close to everything! This home earns a ‘10’ rating in our book!

Our stay was perfection! The space was perfect for our little retreat - and so close to Old Town! Jeanne was the most responsive, proactive host. What a great experience!

This was my first time taking our family on a business vacation, and using an Airb&b. I was extremely happy there were no issues getting into the home, and it was beautiful on site! We had one question about the stove that was answered quickly and resolved without further hassle. I highly recommend staying with Billy at the Tiger 5 ranch in Sedona AZ!!

Amazing!! The space was gorgeous, perfect location, and every detail was immaculate. I would 100% stay again the next time I visit.
