Cornwall : séjours à la ferme

What a wonderful stay! The cottage is so cozy and comfortable. Very pleased to find that the description and photos were exactly a match to the actual place. Everything about the cottage is just delightful! Rebecca was so helpful with directions and we even had complimentary logs for the log fire!! Needless to say, we used them all!! The cottage is located 10 min drive from Bude and a little further down the road you have Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Isaac. Also if you want to venture into Devon, again not too far. Instow is about an hour away as well as Saunton, Croyde and Ilfracombe. Thoroughly recommend and we would love to come back… 😊

What a beautiful stay. Exactly what we were after. The most gorgeous cottage, off the beaten track with the most wonderful views on your doorstep. Katy and Gary were the perfect hosts. we visited Crackington Haven, Widemouth Bay and popped into Bude on our way home. We sure will be back to stay again and explore more! thanks again! x

We had the most fantastic stay. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen/living space was airy and had everything we needed. The bathroom/shower had plenty of room and hot, plentiful water. The landing had lovely natural light and the two bedrooms were comfy; wardrobe and draw space were brilliant in the master bedroom. The courtyard at the front was a lovely sun-trap and we enjoyed reading our books in the warm spring sunshine. Super close to the beach and Falmouth, but tucked out of the way enough to feel private and rural. Sharon & Martyn were fab; great communication before arrival and were super friendly and helpful. We arrived later in the day and they’d left the lights and heating on for us, plus milk & biscuits. (The only detail in the description we’d highlight: if you are very tall the ceilings in this barn conversion might be a tad low for you, but it wasn’t a problem for us). There is not a single reason that we wouldn’t return, it’s a complete gem!!

Super cottage to stay in. Lovely and quiet with the occasional honk from the geese. Clean, tidy with an excellently appointed kitchen.

Spacious home, clean, felt very at home. Easy access to all surrounding beaches/ walks - good disability access and location. Would highly recommend to spend quality time with family/friends, meets needs of all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ross and Becky exceptional hosts. Always responsive. Will deffo be booking again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Penn Barn. Cosy hideaway with beautiful river views. Tucked ourselves away for a weekend of peace and quiet and it was perfect. Local pub was close by, great food and service and there are lovely scenic walks along the river which we really enjoyed. Kate is great host, we would definitely recommend!

A great picturesque location, overlooking the river. Perfect for walks and just a short drive to many beaches. Inside it was very clean with modern appliances and a comfy bed. The welcoming biscuits and milk were a nice touch. While Bee was very friendly and on hand, if needed for any suggestions of good local places to visit and eat. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with loads of space for a large family. Loved sitting by the fire and having separate living areas. Kitchen was very well equipped and large enough table to get the family around. Louise was super quick to respond to us and communication was great both before and during our stay. Thank you very much.

We had a really lovely stay at Woolgarden. The barn has been very thoughtfully converted, stylishly decorated and is very comfortable. Our dog loved the under floor heating! Very well appointed kitchen that had plenty of equipment (which was great as we had planned to cook a lot). Very peaceful, quiet area, lovely beaches a short drive away. Sarah was so warm and welcoming and the sourdough was a lovely touch. wlWe also enjoyed our daily visits from their dog Truffles!

We are a large family with teens & also two small foster children & our stay pleased everyone. We had ample space in the property & it was very quiet & peaceful. The swimming pool was lovely & warm & very clean & we had it to ourselves which was great for taking the little ones. The house got quiet warm so i asked if we could have a fan & two arrived the next day which was very appreciated. Overall it’s a little gem of a place & would highly recommend it!

Wow. I've stayed in countless Airbnb's and this may be my favorite yet. Incredible views, free prosecco, salt water hot tub, easy access, quiet town. Not much more I could ask for. Would love to come back in the future!

Had a fantastic stay at Becky's. What a wonderful find. Very private and peaceful especially at night. Evening soaks in the hot tub under the stars were a highlight as were the fresh scones and bottle of fizz waiting for us on arrival! Becky was a fantastic host, quick to respond and gave us really useful info about the property and the area!! We have made fantastic memories in Cornwall and would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely nothing to fault. Exceptionally clean place. Beautifully catered for my toddler grandchild with everything we could possibly need. Hazel is lovely and very helpful. We were all very pleased with our stay and choice.

We loved our time staying in this cottage. Located in a beautiful part of Cornwall & right on one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. What really makes this place special is the history behind it.

The place was very clean and met our expectation. Both Rosemary and James were very polite and they informed us about nearby places and area. They were easily available for any needs.

Had the loveliest secluded holiday in the cottage. Plenty of log burning nights and serenity. Exactly what I needed.

We and the kids loved our stay in the Long Barn. Louise was super helpful and the accommodation was perfect for our week away with the family. The girls loved saying hello to the goats in morning and exploring the farm to find the geese, sheep and chickens. Lovelly place x

Wow! What a stay at Swift Barn we had full of wonderful memories. Swift Barn is full of amazing touches, it’s cosy with loads of space for little ones to run around and the most comfiest beds! It’s ideal for two families to share with lots of communal space but equally private areas of the barn for sleeping. We wished it was that little bit warmer so we could take advantage of the space outside! The location is great, idyllic in the gorgeous countryside with lovely views. There is lots to see within a short drive. Kate is an exceptional host, brilliant communication. Thank you! We highly recommend a stay at Swift Barn.

This is the second time we have stayed at Amy’s place. It is everything we needed for a relaxing break, but quite central if you wanted to explore. We love staying here and although it was early March, the accommodation was warm, we didn’t need to use the log burner at all. We did pick a really good weather week though. Amy’s place is comfortable, homely and a great space. Loved feeding the pigs again😍would highly recommend staying here.
