What a fantastic long weekend. Karen's place is lovely, the place had everything you needed for your stay, was clean & tidy. The location was fantastic easy access to many different locations to many beaches and lovely walks. Karen was fantastic host, very responsive, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, along with her resident animals it was perfect! Highly recommend and will be returning!

Great value for a lovely quiet retreat for the weekend, easy to get around the North Cornish coast from the location. Accomodation was spotless and very comfortable, would happily stay again as it offered all we need.

We absolutely loved our time at Sara and Rob’s place. An idyllic location with great facilities at the barn. Sara and Rob were welcoming, kind, and patient. Would love to stay again.

We had the most fantastic stay. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen/living space was airy and had everything we needed. The bathroom/shower had plenty of room and hot, plentiful water. The landing had lovely natural light and the two bedrooms were comfy; wardrobe and draw space were brilliant in the master bedroom. The courtyard at the front was a lovely sun-trap and we enjoyed reading our books in the warm spring sunshine. Super close to the beach and Falmouth, but tucked out of the way enough to feel private and rural. Sharon & Martyn were fab; great communication before arrival and were super friendly and helpful. We arrived later in the day and they’d left the lights and heating on for us, plus milk & biscuits. (The only detail in the description we’d highlight: if you are very tall the ceilings in this barn conversion might be a tad low for you, but it wasn’t a problem for us). There is not a single reason that we wouldn’t return, it’s a complete gem!!

Super cottage to stay in. Lovely and quiet with the occasional honk from the geese. Clean, tidy with an excellently appointed kitchen.

Beautiful place to stay. Kim been very welcomed,very polite. She made home made cake for my daughter's birthday. Absolutely loved to stay there. My daughters was over the moon,seeing and feeding the chickens, that made her day for 110% Thank you for having us :))))

As a family of 8 & 3 generations celebrating Christmas & a special birthday, the farmhouse was simply magical. Will & Danni went above all our expectations with Christmas trees & selection boxes for the kids. The farm looked so beautiful with all the fairy lights & we found everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner for 12! Thank you so much for a simply amazing stay which allowed us to celebrate our first Christmas in six years as a family. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough & hope to be back in the future. The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was spotless and so inviting. Nicole was a perfect host, she made fantastic communication and we were made to feel extremely welcome. We are already looking forward to booking again. The pool and hot tub were so clean and having private use of them is such a treat. Its so quiet and peaceful with such beautiful views. We highly recommend.

Lovely little hut, warm and cosy. The extra little treats and trinkets we found around the place were very thoughtful and made the short time we had there just that extra bit special. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank Nat and Mark

We had a very relaxing stay with beautiful scenic views. Very cozy lodge with nice surrounding areas and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay, perfect getaway - highly recommend!⭐️

Had a lovely stay at Kirsty's! The fireplace was lovely, bed comfortable and shower had great pressure. Would recommend getting a car for the drive into town - it's about a 30min walk which we did a few times but it is hilly on the way back. Easy check in and lots of great local recommendations, the only thing that felt missing were some shower amenities, and it would've been nice to have some milk for coffee/tea on arrival.

Had the most amazing stay in Kathryn’s property. So much thought into the design of this, always apprehensive booking on someone’s property but they’ve made it feel so private! The house had everything, fully stocked with anything we might have even needed! Property was well cleaned and presented. Appreciated the milk and biscuits for arrival! Loved the check in instructions especially for the location was really helpful! Beautiful land around, little ones loved seeing the animals everyday. Really lovely stay! We will definitely try to book again! Thank you for giving us such a great stay!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Cabin. Clive is an excellent host, the directions clear and location was perfect for us. The garden is secure, so our dog had plenty of room and the cabin was spotless. We very much enjoyed eating out in the local area and then relaxing by the log burner. Would absolutely recommend for those visiting the Helston/Porthleven area who value peace, quiet and space.

Had the pleasure of staying here for the weekend. The house was absolutely gorgeous and so cosy, the view from the kitchen with the horses and fields behind were so lovely to wake up to. Fran and Phil were very responsive and so lovely, they gave us so much information and a guide with things to do in the local area, they were even kind enough to let us check out later. The bed was one of the most comfortable i’ve slept in and the scones, jam and cream were a perfect touch. The hot tub and bbq were also great. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and will hopefully be back soon:)

We had a wonderful stay in this cosy and peaceful shepherd’s hut in Truro. It was the perfect escape, surrounded by nature and beautifully set up for a relaxing break. Charlie and Martin were fantastic hosts—welcoming, attentive, and full of great local recommendations. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Lovely few days in half term with the kids. Unable to use the hot tub as weather was relentless and was windy and wet. Driveway is a bit ropey so careful if your car is low to the ground! Hosts were really helpful and even had a visit from one of the cats!

Fantastic stay at the Stable - a great base to explore both the north and south coast of Cornwall. Peaceful setting in the countryside, perfect for a family holiday and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful location, with a view into the paddock, with the horses grazing. The quiet was wonderful after our weeks in London. Our host was kind enough to find a task light so my wife could do her sewing at night. We could have easily stayed longer than our week. Highly recommended. We booked for my partners birthday and came away with family - we had both the mill house and wheel house between us. Both cottages were perfect, spotlessly clean and tidy, the beds were comfy, plenty of space and looked better in person than in photos. Nikki and mark were so helpful during booking, very friendly and flexible. Communication was easy and they were very responsive. Couldn’t recommend more and we will definitely be back!
