Great stay at Rose and Wal's and such lovely hosts to deal with. We appreciated the Welcome note and cold water on arrival. Accommodation is larger than the photos, had everything we needed and was handy having the breakfast items. Hosts live upstairs as described, but house is large and very sound proof - we could not hear anything. Has own private entrance, large deck area and pool. Matua is a lovely suburb and we enjoyed our neighborhood walks - the coastal walk is just a skip and jump away. Thanks Rose & Wal, it was lovely to meet you.

Place was beautiful, we spent time round the pool and in the spa. Felt like a home away from home! Thanks so much for having us, look forward to staying again ☺️

We had a great week in this lovely house which is located in a peaceful cul de sac. The house is just like the photos - bright and clean with plenty of spaces for relaxing. The hosts were very responsive and have obviously given a lot of thought into making sure their guests have everything they need including kitchen gadgets and utensils, eco-store shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, plenty of towels, blankets and a range of books and reading material. We had a sunny week so the kids enjoyed the beautiful pool. Thanks Nigel and Gina! We would happily come back again.

Tara was easy to deal with and place was clean and tidy. House had plenty of room and an excellent outdoor area including a pool to relax and refresh. Would definitely stay again.

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved our stay here! Lovely big house, great for large families & gatherings. Close to the beach and lovely neighbourhood & very close still to waihi beach. NZ bach vibes :)

We had a lovely stay here with our two young children. The place has wonderful views and is in a good location - central to most of the main areas and only a short drive or bus ride to Oneroa. We really appreciated having the trampoline, toys and books to keep our girls entertained. Would stay here again.

We had a fantaatic stay at Debbie's place which is located in a nice quiet area but still an easy walk to the beach or even to the shopping centre. Debbie was awesome with communication, sending a personal message on top of the auto message for a smooth checkin as well as checking in that we got in okay later that day. We were able to check in early at the last minute too. The house had everything you could need and much more, really a home away from home. The outdoor shower with hot water was a stand out feature. Perfect place to stay for a large group of family or friends, highly recommend.

Hi Guys, great stay and great communication. Some little things, a few more drinking glasses would have been great, and couldn't find place mats? One other maintenance thing, guest bath shower, the shower head and hose could use a replacement. Terrific location! walking distance to everywhere!!

We had a brilliant stay, thank you! We really appreciated the earlier check in to accommodate our wedding collection bus. The view from the house was just spectacular- I only wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Great place, awesome location with a 5min walk to the beach and good coffees at Blackies. Spent meals out on the lovely deck. Great easy communication with Dave and Dale. Lovely hosts!

I booked Cindy's place for my family who traveled from Whakatane. They said they felt extremely spoilt as the place was modern, clean and very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable with clean fresh linen, The modern facilities and additional touches made them feel pampered and in a luxurious home. Their 5 year old loved the plush toys and child friendly activities that Cindy made available. Thank you Cindy for providing a wonderful home for my family to stay in. We highly recommend Cindy's place and have no hesitation in booking again in future

We loved our stay here, such a beautiful place and in such a great location. It was just a short drive to everywhere we planned to go. We had everything we needed, with a full kitchen for us to us, it made cooking super easy for such a big group! We would love to come back here!

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

This house is stunning! We had a family holiday here over Easter, to create memories together before some of us move overseas and it was just perfect. It had enough space that we could all relax without feeling on top of each other, amenities that made us so comfortable (shout out to the coffee machine!), beautifully comfortable beds and linen and set in such a peaceful spot. We couldnt recommend this stay more for those needing a bit of space, a touch of luxury and a home that’s well suited for all ages! Toddler friendly, teen friendly, grandparent friendly! 🩷

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Rick’s house. We had a fantastic stay. The house was amazing and had everything you would want and more. Rick was a great host, very quick to respond with any queries. I look forward to returning.

Nice and comfortable, well equipped, only one issue , no aircond in the bedrooms, but each room provided with stand fans. Overall everything is good.
