Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Wonderful stay! We travelled with our family and have a toddler. The house was very accommodating for our family with a whole room full of toys and books, even high chair! We took advantage of the sand toys that were in the house as well. Clean house and had everything we needed to make dinners. Shawn would proactively text us if we needed anything and gave some yummy local places to eat that we can walk to. Overall a great trip! Thanks Shawn!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

It was an amazing place to stay with beautiful rooftop views. Clifton was very helpful with checking and with any questions I had. Although beware. Like other reviews the only thing is there is at of stairs as every rooms and living room are on separate floors. It’s definitely not a complaint for me but you can find it tiring after a long day out. There was clean linens, towels, and toiletries available. Has a gas stove that worked great with some pans included that we made French toast with. The area also great and felt safe 24/7. It had garage parking which is great as the area can fill up during the day time with people going to the beach. I’d highly recommend the place, especially if staying for multiple days or with other people. It’s a great roomy location that I hope to be able to return to sometime.

Highly recommend this well-appointed spot in Pomona! The house was exactly as described and pictured - clean, pleasant, and spacious. Ann and Joel were responsive, helpful, and made checking in and out such a breeze. The backyard, right down to the patio, fairy lights, and space to run around with a toddler, was exactly what I was looking for. And because of the lemon and orange trees, and the jasmine that blooms around the neighborhood, walking out your door is a bit like lighting a Jo Malone candle. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting friends or family in the area, or for anyone who’s attending the nearby (in walking distance!) LA County Fair and want to make a weekend of it.

Great spot to spend 10 days. Posh 1 was modern, well appointed and clean with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

David and Kelly's home was just as described, a beautiful secluded ranch in a nice walkable neighborhood. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early (especially helpful when flying across the county with 2 year old triplets!) The home had everything our group of 12 needed. We let David know an air filter needed to be replaced, just as a heads up and he changed it that day! They were truly wonderful hosts! An amazing perk of Airbnb is experiencing the culture and way of life where you are visiting, rather than a bland hotel room.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The house was spotless and very spacious. Very peaceful setting and only a short drive from the vineyards. Rob was a fantastic host and had great local recommendations. He even left us a delicious bottle of wine from his vineyard. Would highly recommend this home!

Great place for my family of three + dog when we were in town for a wedding. Sandy and Terry were great communicators and we had an easy time checking in and out. Would stay there again!

Fantastic place and just as great hosts. Family had so much fun in and outside the property. The ping pong table was an unexpected feature that really amplied the fun. Would come back again!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Justin is a wonderful host. Always quick responses to any questions and made us feel right at home. The highlight of the house is the amazing backyard. Perfect for larger groups with a fire pit, huge TV, putting green and large pool. The views from anywhere outside the house are spectacular. Thanks for a great stay Justin!

Very peaceful place to stay at, plus the host had complimentary drinks and snacks. Extremely clear instructions of everything inside and outside of the house making things very easy to understand. I love how she shares facts about herself and her family in a binder for guests to read!

Would definitely recommend. If you don’t know LA, I would recommend reviewing the area, very peaceful area, pros and cons, diversity is one sided if it’s relevant to your stay, was a bit out of the way, but for the price and space, it was worth it. Would definitely add to my wishlist for future stays, top 5-10, there is a beautiful right up the way, it was closed, would of made my little one happy as all can be, just be prepared for traffic if you’re going for the attractions but overall, I’m satisfied in terms of dollars and cents for the comfort of what this home presented

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

We really enjoyed staying at Selina's place. It was larger than we expected and very clean. We loved the location and great asian restaurants around the area. It was also central to the places we visited in the LA area. We had no problems checking in and we appreciated the reserved parking space. We would love to stay there again in the future.

The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and we felt right at home. We asked if we could drop off our luggage early to attend a college tour and Michael was able to accommodate our request and even made it possible for an early check in. Finally, we forgot our jackets in the closet and he called me right away to let me know. He will be helping us recover the jackets. Really appreciate how honest and responsive he has been.

I came back for my 4th visit, just me and my dog, because it’s such a great relaxation spot, inside and out. I love the deck, kitchen, hot tub and walking the neighborhood. Sandra is very responsive and friendly, so I always know I can reach out if I have a question or want a recommendation. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend her cabin! It’s adorable!
