We're repeat visitors to this area, and whenever Tina's place is available, we grab it. The location can't be beat with its view of the ocean/beach/boardwalk and proximity to restaurants. The condo is immaculate and has everything needed, including kitchen equipment, an air mattress, garage space, and beach equipment. Tina is a fabulous host who responds immediately and provides constant communication. She truly cares about the needs and comfort of her guests.

What an awesome place to have stayed! Right by the beach, and the owners provide you tons of things to let you enjoy it! Towels, chairs, kids toys, etc., they had it all. The place was well cleaned and everything was awesome. The sofa bed is a little worn and could use a wash on its cover. Showers also didn’t have a detachable hose, which would have been nice. The parking spots are a huge plus, but be mindful that getting two larger vehicles in there can be tough. These are minor things, though, and didn’t deter from our good time. We’d happily stay here again.

A fantastic beach-adjacent spot! An easy walk to lots of food options, and so much to do between the beach walking, and biking paths, and nearby harbor. There’s beach chairs, lots of sand toys, surf and boogie boards and beach towels. The condo is comfortable, and the balcony is fantastic. You’ll find the bed low to the ground but very comfortable. Water pressure is fantastic! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking - yes there’s a coffee grinder! This isn’t a quiet spot - the walls are very thin so you will hear your neighbors, you’re in a flight path, and there’s a lot of activity in the parking lot across the street. But the bedroom is dark and quiet, and makes for a great nights sleep! A great getaway spot for two.

It was a beautiful view and easy to access all the fun San Diego adventures.

We had a wonderful time! So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Location is amazing! Right on the peaceful bay but within a 2 minute walk you’re on the busier oceanside.

This is an excellent oceanfront rental. The unit is extremely clean and well kept up. Beds and couches were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we need. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. When a few minor issues arose the host very quickly addressed them. We plan to be back!

We had an amazing time here. Chris was a great host, and the place was amazing. You could walk on the beach for miles, or easily walk to great food spots. Also a spot to park our car so we could drive to other places. All told was a great spot and a great time. Would love to go back someday.

We loved Imperial Beach. We toured the entire area and this was by far the best. The accommodations were wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

Doug was extremely helpful and accommodating. Starting and ending each day with the fireplace was amazing. My family had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

As a family of three on an extended stay, it was critical that we had enough space to be able to unpack all of our belongings, so that the space felt like home. Shawn‘s house has a very large walk-in closet, stocked with fresh towels and linens, and provided numerous hangers so that we could quickly and easily store our clothes so that they were out of our way in the main living area, i.e., there was more than enough space so that we did not have to live out of our suitcases, which was a huge plus for us. Shawn has a variety of hooks in very smartly placed locations in his house that allowed us to hang up sweatshirts, towels, bags and anything else that we wanted to get off the floor. Shawn was exceedingly helpful starting well before we even set foot in his place, and was able to accommodate all of our special requests. Quite simply, Shawn‘s place is fantastic, and Shawn went above and beyond as a host. I highly recommend his place in sunny Coronado, California

Cary and Stuart were accommodative, helpful, and friendly. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The Airbnb is exactly as advertised in a great location with lots to do!

This condo was extremely luxurious- more so than I thought it would be. The view was great and it was very nice sleeping with the sound of waves . We received this place spotless, so it seemed as if they have a cleaning crew that takes pride in making sure guests get what they pay for. Carlos, our host was very friendly and courteous that it made our stay even more enjoyable. He responded very quickly when I had questions, and he even recommended us some local spots to eat at . Would not recommend for larger groups that are intending to party, the building and residents definitely had a quiet relaxation type of vibe. Even so our 5 person group still enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and home away from home setting.

Rent for my in-laws and they liked it. Convenient location to the beach trails and peaceful community. Definitely will consider rent from Anna again.

We had a lovely stay in La Jolla. It is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable for 2 couples. We were able to walk downtown and to many great restaurants nearby.

Nina's place was perfect! She was incredibly resourceful and easy to get in touch with. She added extra little touches to make our stay really welcoming. Great location, as the beach is right out your door. It was easier to get inside than what I expected from the instructions. The train does pass through during the night, but my kids were able to sleep through it so that worked out. Perfect for our family with extended family trip. My husband even said, this was the "best place... of all the places we have ever stayed at!" I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing property, and location. Very spacious and room for everyone. So many balconies, we could always find some sun. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. Good size garage was a huge bonus. Perfect location in Mission Beach. Very responsive to communication. We’d definitely come back.

what a wonderful place to stay. Great sunsets and walks on the beach. Great way to relax. The host communicated well with us and got us where we needed to be going. their response time was amazing, we appreciate that. We will come back again next time we are visiting my dad. Ankaj was excellent with his communication with all aspects of the Airbnb, both prior to and during our stay. The booklet he provided with additional information on resources was very helpful. He provided an update on construction taking place prior to and during our stay. The view of the ocean from the accommodations was excellent, the process for check in and check out was communicated very well in addition to his accessibility during our stay was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone considering a visit to San Diego area.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was easily accessible, we were even able to park my Expedition in the garage, which helped tremendously with parking. The view is unbeatable. There were plenty of extra linens and towels. We were very comfortable.

Daniel was a great host and we had a wonderful spring break! Great views of the ocean and the place was just as pictured / described. The updated bathroom was nice as well after a long day on the beach.
