The views from the living area are unparalleled. There is no other building with that 280 degree view that we saw on our walks. Appreciated the locker of beach gear, especially the wagon since we had two little kids and a baby.. lots of gear!! The layout of the rooms was fantastic - lots of sleeping options if you had two families using the space as there are two rooms with only King beds and two bedrooms with multiple options. Kitchen had what we needed but once we found Sara’s we didn’t do much cooking! If you want a longer, thicker, beach towel, bring your own but there were plenty furnished. We could have used some ziploc bags in the cupboard but otherwise - all good. Look forward to another vacation in Mission Beach! Thanks, Makela!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place! Tina is a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. She was also accommodating to us traveling with kids. We appreciated the pack n play and all of the beach toys. :) The condo is a very short walk to the beach and the view out the window is gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Kids got a day at the beach. Zoo was about 15 minutes away and sea world (I would have skipped) was 5 minutes away. Wednesday night ocean beach has a farmers market about 3/4 of a mile away. we walked down and we found delicious food for dinner, fresh produce, clothing and art. it was awesome. would highly recommend blue water seafood, you can either walk down the beach or on the sidewalks to get there and Benedict's for breakfast( it's so close and delicious we went there twice. pro tip--if your stay is for a few days or longer walmart will deliver groceries. if we ever return to San Diego this will be the place we will stay!

Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. Amazing location! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The beds and couches were comfortable. You can hear the waves crashing because you are so close to the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep to the sound of the waves and going for walks along the water in the mornings. The location was just 15-20 away from every sight we wanted to visit in the San Diego area. We appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a football to borrow. The laundry machines are down the hall, not in the apartment, if that matters to you. We had no trouble using them.

A gem to stay when in San Diego. Loved the walking trail right in front of the property. My family and I were comfortable coming back after a long day exploring the city. There were some kid-friendly items like dishware, sand toys, and board games that came in handy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great coffee shops, and local stores, with an amazing view to enjoy each morning. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Traveling with a child can be tricky, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating—they even provided a pack n play, which made things so much easier for us. We were warmly welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of Rosé, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for a relaxing trip. Parking was super convenient, which made coming and going a breeze. To top it all off, I accidentally left my AirPods behind and the host was so kind and honest—they promptly shipped them back to me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved Imperial Beach. We toured the entire area and this was by far the best. The accommodations were wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

Cary and Stuart were accommodative, helpful, and friendly. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The Airbnb is exactly as advertised in a great location with lots to do!

This is a superb location for the rental. I was thoroughly pleased on the condo, great amenities with such a comfortable and cozy home feel. I am immediately looking forward to rent again, comfortable in price as well. Our host Eric went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of in every aspect with great communication. Can't wait to be back and I highly recommend this place, I sure will with my friends.

I had a delightful stay at Cpp’s condo. I do wish he was quicker with communication as I wanted to extend my stay, but other than that it was perfect!

We loved our stay here. The property is amazing located between the pier and Belmont and right on the boardwalk. The stretch of beach in front of us was fantastic. The views are beautiful, and the staff at Bluewater was always friendly and responsive. Everything is within easy walking distance. We have been going to Mission for years and would rate this property at the top of our list.

This place is great! We stayed for spring break with 3 young kids and it was very well suited with everything we needed! Everything was walkable and it had a beautiful view!! Daniel is a great host and the employess of the building were very friendly! Loved every second and will hopefully be back sometime!

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The customer service exceeded our expectations – the staff was incredibly accommodating when we needed to make some changes to our reservation, making the process completely hassle-free. The place itself was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We were welcomed with a cute gift bag and a helpful binder with all the necessary codes and passwords, which made everything super convenient. My family loved staying here, and if we return to San Diego, this will definitely be our go-to spot. Highly recommend!

We LOVED this space. Vibrant, clean and the location can’t be beat!

This was a great place to stay with my family, my teen and young adult children loved the location. You can walk literally out the door and be on the boardwalk and beach. Less than 5 minute walk to Belmont Park with tons of entertainment there and multiple restaurants and bars within minutes as well. It was definitely not a fancy place, which is great for not having to worry too much when you have kids and the beach right out the door. There were buckets and hoses outside easily available for washing off the sand. This was our second time staying, and hopefully not the last!
