Oggy’s Place is delightful - scrupulously clean, comfortably old school, and full of thoughtful and welcoming touches. Gorgeous front and back gardens with so many seating options. Elizabeth was was very friendly and responsive in all communications. The street was so quiet, you could hear the surf at night.

The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

Spacious home with excellent amenities, very comfortable space to relax in. Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Loved our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Rebecca’s house was a great place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. Beautiful private gardens with the option of 2 decks on which to relax and dine depending on the weather. Rebecca was a great host. Very prompt, clear and helpful with her communication. Lots of wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Her place is very comfortable. We had a lovely time.

My little family had a lovely stay at Rye Beach Shack between Christmas and New Years. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and Woolies (about 10 mins) from the property, as it was so packed down at the waterfront parking was really hard to come by. Amber was very responsive about questions. A great place to stay and relax after Christmas :)

Great place - walkable to main street where all cafes and restaurants are. The place was suitable for all four of us and our two huskies. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked for outdoor setting had been cleaner but it didn’t take us long to clean it ourselves. Thank you Mauro for your prompt responses.

Our family of 4 had the most beautiful weekend away at this spacious Cape Paterson beach house. The house was perfectly set up for a family and had everything that you could possibly need. The kids enjoyed the big spa bath, the board games & toys, and we loved playing pool and the relaxing outdoor seating. It's an easy drive to the few beaches at Cape Paterson and a lovely walk to the surf beach. We stopped at ALDI Wonthaggi on the way there to pick up some groceries for our stay, before driving the 10 minutes to the house. We enjoyed some yummy food from the local cafe and some fabulous takeaway from the close by Wonthaggi restaurants but the kitchen is also set up brilliantly for cooking, with basics like oil, salt + pepper and more in the cupboards, plus a coffee pod machine. We'd very happily stay here again!

We (2 families with 4 kids) had an amazing long weekend at Jennie’s house. We loved the pool and enjoyed dinners on the deck. The house is well set up with everything you need including a well stocked pantry. The location is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the Mornington Peninsula in summertime but it’s only a short drive from shops and other attractions. The beach a couple of minute drive away and whilst it’s a surf beach, there is a large sandy rock pool area that the kids loved playing in. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at Veronika’s villa was truly unforgettable. It surpassed all expectations in terms of sheer size, beauty, privacy, and tranquility. The surroundings were breathtaking, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. We’ve never experienced a stay quite like this—completely rejuvenating and exactly what we needed to reset. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making us feel at peace from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a place to truly escape and reconnect with nature, this is it. My family and I had a great time; Norm was friendly and helpful. The cottage is really nice, clean and comfy and the pool is an excellent extra. Sandy Point is nearby in case you need to buy anything last minute. You can also have acces to great food at nearby towns. I definitively would like to come back.

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

Great place for a little getaway, cosy, tidy and very comfortable. Ashlea was always quick to respond to questions and sent us to all the right places for delicious food. She also took us through a yoga class ( a first for me) and had such a great time. The sauna and cold plunge were a real treat also. Would reccomend to anybody looking for a relaxing get away

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Saltwater Villa exceeded our expectations in so many areas. It has lots of living spaces, good sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house is a classic example of art deco architecture and is furnished sympathetically with lovely inclusions. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the house. Tamara is very responsive. I am hoping we will return one day.

We loved staying in the homely cottage with our two young children and dog. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is great, close to beach, shops and restaurants.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a standout – it had all the utensils and things we needed, plus a fantastic coffee machine. We also really enjoyed spending time in the garden and on the decks, soaking up the sun. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we'd definitely recommend it!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Rye! The house is beautiful and is a fantastic set up! Amazing back yard perfect for families. House is walking distance to the Main Street with all the restaurants and beach! The host are fantastic ensuring our stay ran as smoothly as possible! Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for beach lovers. The place itself is modern, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The owner went above and beyond—when we mentioned a broken cot, they quickly replaced it with a brand new one. It’s clear they really care about their guests’ comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway!

We loved our stay at Vlinders! The house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway - beautiful open plan kitchen/living with open fireplace and all the supplies we needed, and a wonderful location within east walking distance to a great playground and all the local cafes and shops. Very kid friendly. We would love to come back again soon!

Absolutely loved our stay in Venus Bay. Beautifully styled, brand new kitchen was great for cooking and had everything we needed. The hosts had also gone above and beyond with amenities and thought of everything. Also in a great location, only a few hundred metres from the shops and short walk down to the beach. Damien was also generous with check in and check out times and was available to answer any questions during our stay. Thanks again and already looking forward to coming back!
