Paul arranged for us ( a group of 5) to be picked up at the airport. We were greeted by Martin - he and his lovely wife are the caretakers of this beautiful house and live I a separate building behind. Martin explained all about the property and gave us any relevant information we would need. We had rented golf carts and they were delivered by Sean who also was present when we arrived. There are a few restaurants that are relatively close to Lucky Seed - these include Moon, Sun Deck, Tropical Resort and Winey Gringa - the food at all these places was delicious. Every morning I’d get my coffee and sit in lounge chairs in the shade and watch the lizards scuttle about, the various birds and of course the ocean It was a wonderful vacation Any questions we had -Martin and his wife Lupe answered and anything with our reservation Paul answered on a very timely basis - he was always responsive and friendly

Our stay at Stella di Mare was incredible, from start to finish! Randy was a very responsive host, and helped smooth out an unexpected delay in our arrival. We had seamless airport transportation to and from the house, and golf carts were ready when we arrived. The caretakers, Victor and Naomi, were some of the loveliest people we've ever met! They keep the property clean and stunning, and help arrange so many of the trip's necessities. We wouldn't hesitate to come back when we're in San Pedro next!

We had an incredible experience at ALOM during our girls' trip. It was precisely what we wanted: peaceful and relaxing. Having our own private beach was a true highlight. Terri welcomed us at the airport, took care of our luggage, and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. She made our vacation effortless by arranging our airfare to and from San Pedro, ferry tickets, excursions, and even our golf cart. Her restaurant recommendations were fantastic as well. The property offered kayaks, paddle boards, hammocks, and sunbathing chairs, which added to the enjoyment. Although the Airbnb is a bit outside of town, we loved the privacy and tranquility it provided. We ventured into town a few times, and it was bustling with activity—crowded and loud—but we were always grateful to return to our serene oasis. There are plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Rainbow Villa was exactly what we needed - walkable and well situated north of the bustle of town. The pool was pristine and we used it multiple times a day. The wildlife in the area was wonderful - nesting osprey two doors down, frigates, kiskadees and iguanas visiting the beach. The communication with the host was helpful and informative - they connected us with a local tour operator and they were coordinated for our arrival. Be ready to slow down and relax. Rainbow Villa is a great spot to help you enjoy the island!

Michael and Shelley were amazing hosts. We have stayed at many BnB's but both Mike and Shelley and the property surpassed our expectations. We were provided with enough provisions when we arrived that we didn't have to immediately run out to shop. We have never seen this done before to this extent. The pool house is very special and we felt so at home. It is an oasis. They provided us with excellent information on restaurants and places to see. I would also have to mention that they have amazing, friendly staff who we enjoyed meeting as well. Edgar is a great guy and we enjoyed our talks with him. We feel they treated us like family and we now consider them to be as well. We will miss them and the property so much and would definitely stay there again but only for a longer stretch of time. Truly a wonderful experience with the best hosts ever... thank you!!!!

Derek's home was a great value for 4 couples. The property is beautiful with great beds and large island in the kitchen for gathering. His recommendations for our private chef Sarita, snorkeling tour with Fishing King Belize (ask for Tour Guide Michael and Captain Josh) , and golf carts from MTK were great. Our favorite stops were Secret beach, the Truck Stop, Portofino and Tropical Escape for Breakfast (fry jacks and homemade jam) and Dinner. The house had beautiful sunrises over the water and sunsets you could see from the roof top terrace. The house manager Jose was readily available and helped with check-in and going over the house amenities. A+ experience and highly recommend this property!

The home was even more beautiful in person!! Julie was very responsive, and a huge help planning our trip!!! All of her suggestions were used!! We snorkeled with Scuba Daze. They were awesome!! Direct access to the beach!!! The pool was lovely! Pedro was a text message away and very responsive…(asking for pool towels, changing bottle of large water, etc..) Rosa made some amazing meals for us!

A great visit to Belize from start to finish. Sherry was great at quickly orienting us and Dino was always nice ferrying us across the back bay. The 4 br 4 BA was perfect for us, tons of room. House was clean and kitchen well equipped. Knee deep pool was all we needed to get wet and lounge in to cool off. Nice to have Coconut Cafe, lead by Chris, just 60 yards away for an easy, chill dinner with spectacular setting/views. Quick access to yet away from busy town at night. Would recommend to any and all.

An absolutely exquisite piece of paradise. every morning there was sunshine and white sandy beach and serenity. The Casita was clean, cool, and had just what we needed. Edith was a lovely host, friendly, professional, and very helpful in all matters. We walked to breakfast or prepared our meals in the little kitchen. We limited our drives to town due to the bumpy, 40 minute golf cart drive, however some excursions (fishing, snorkeling) just picked us up on the dock. George had arranged our plane ride to and from San Pedro from Belize City, as well as the golf cart rental. Between his concierge service and Edith's personal touch, it was a blissful vacation.
