Cozy little place within a 5min walk to the beach. Many restaurants and things to do nearby. The host was so nice, checked in and would promptly respond to my text. Will definitely be going back!

Would gladly stay again! Becky was so kind and helpful. We stayed in “the anchor” and found the open-concept porch space to be our favorite; it was an extension of our little house! We ate our meals on the porch, enjoyed our coffee outside, read out in the sun, played bean bag toss, had somewhere for our pup to run around, and enjoyed visiting with our neighbors. We cooked all our meals for the week in THE best stocked kitchen we have ever encountered (we’ve stayed in 50+ air b n bs). The walk to the beach is an easy block down the road and perfect for a group with folks who want to beach all day or walk back and forth. This was our first visit to Port A so I at first was skeptical renting a place without a beach view but turns out that most homes don’t really have a “view” due to the dunes. But… The view here at Dancing Dunes is of a beautifully landscaped garden! Knowing that what I know now, I would book again in a heart beat!

We've stayed at a 3 of the condos at this place and they are fantastic. This was our sixth time going back. Shawn's place is very clean and a great place to stay with the family. The drive to the beach is only about 2 minutes. There is a fishing dock which is very convenient...especially on weekends when the piers get full. Live shrimp is key if you want to catch those trout around the green light. The view of the water is great and the sunsets are amazing. We always make friends with the neighbors when we stay here. There's actual grass to take your dogs to do their business and plenty of trash cans to discard waste. The A/C works very well...we always bring extra fans, but didn't need them. We will definitely continue to return.

Amazing Stay on Padre Island! I recently rented a townhouse in Corpus Christi on Padre Island, and it was an incredible experience! The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway spot. Our stay was incredible! For just 2 people, it is more than enough space, very private location, walkable to the beach, and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Would love to stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Port A!

The stay turned out to be phenomenal. We truly enjoyed our family vacation due to the location of the property, the cleanliness, the warmth and the host. Great location! Informed us of unexpected maintenance at the unit next to us before we arrived so we could plan. We had a relaxing couple of days at the beach and hardly noticed the maintenance! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay. All the decor felt inviting. The house was extremely clean and the community was very friendly. Getting to the beach was a bit tricky just because you have to go in between house but easy to follow once you see the trail. Travis was a wonderful host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. I would highly recommend it. Newly remodeled unit, and had everything we needed and more. Pool was even bigger and nicer than the pics. We will definitely stay again!

The place was amazing. With a beautiful view. The parking lot and condominium is gated do you dont have to worry about any of your stuff. Nice pool and other guests are feiendly. The host allowed me to extend my stay a couple times due to my job being extended.

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

Great place with good view. Place is clean and very comfortable with good amenities and furnishings. Jay is a great host, responsive and communicate proactively. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet relaxing place to rest and wind down after a day at the beach. A++

We enjoyed the place so much, we've almost got our next trip to Mark's booked. Exactly what we needed for a peaceful, restful, delicious food, four day get away. Mark's place is terrific - highly recommended. Even the goodies in welcome bag were helpful.

Beautiful, well kept place. Lots of space with great furniture and thoughtfully provided supplies. Great beach access with convenient access. Night time on the 3rd floor balcony with the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. Kitchen is phenomenal. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

Very enjoyable, haven't been to that area before. Really appreciated the flexibility with not only Gilbert, but the staff at the Mayan Princess as well

This is the place! Close to the beach, lots to do, pool right outside the door. My kids loved it and as parents, we appreciated the little things like the pink and blue bean bags for the kids to sit on. Would stay again for sure! Perfect place for a family getaway to Corpus Christi!

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!
