Our stay was excellent - private, stylish, spacious, and relaxingly peaceful. It had everything advertised and more to make the stay completely comfortable. The villa is larger than we expected with four good sized bedrooms, and modern ensuites in all rooms. All items provided were of decent quality. There was an extensive supply of all kitchen materials, crockery, cutlery and even things like the Dolce Gusto coffee machine were appreciated. The pool was warm and easy to operate the cover. The sitting area outside was lovely, with plenty of seating for sociable outdoor relaxation and dining. We found the beds to be harder than we'd like, and the sun loungers would benefit from padded covers. The dishwasher was broken on arrival and not fixed by the time we left - this would make things difficult for large groups. Worth checking that this is resolved before booking. There is easy access to several very good restaurants and a couple of well stocked supermarkets just 7 mins walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina‘s cozy three-story flat with a lovely rooftop terrace. The apartment is well-equipped, super clean, and kids-friendly, with toys and safety gates at the staircases. The check-in was seamless, and Caroline was very responsive throughout our stay. The location is great—a quiet street, close to supermarkets, and everything is walkable within 10–15 minutes. The two bathrooms (one downstairs, one in the middle) were convenient, and the kids’ room is right next to the main bathroom. A small note: the stairs are quite steep, which might be tricky for very young children (our 2.5-year-old needed supervision). Also, the beds were a bit firm for our taste, but that’s personal preference. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Carolina‘s place!

Perfekt sauber, wohlriechende Bettwäsche/Handtücher, hervorragend ausgestattet, viele hilfreiche Details und liebevoll ausgewählte Produkte als Aufmerksamkeit. Es ist absolut ruhig im Haus, es liegt durchaus abgelegen, erreichbar über eine gut fahrbare Piste. Highlight ist ganz klar der beheizte Pool. Dank der Umzäunung ist er privat und auch windgeschützt. Herrlich! Wir haben es sehr genossen - auch dank Maria, die im wahrsten Wortsinn ein Superhost ist.

It is a fantastic house for a family holiday. The home was spacious so didn't feel like on top if each other. The home was clean and tidy and was regularly cleaner during the week. The home was furnished well with two large television that you could watch English television. The home is 20-30 minute walk to the centre and front with plenty of bars and restaurants. We felt very dafe walking into town but can catch a Taxis are very cheap so if don't feel like walking would only be about 5 euros (would suggest this if you go to the supermarket) The check in and check out was easy, communication was great with everyone. Well: being my seventh time in Fuerte, I was really looking for that island vibe and lifestyle that I've known for years and fell in love for. I actually found it at Casa Abubilla: quiet, silent, surrounded by nature and natural light. A few miles from El Cotillo, where you can surf, as well as few miles from Corralejo, where you can kitesurf. And then, going back to Lajares and Casa Abubilla is the real perk. Exactly what I was looking for. The place is as described, if not better. Easy check in and easy check out. La casa di Nicolás è in una posizione tranquilla ma strategica al centro dell’isola ( in un ora si raggiunge sia il sud che il nord e a 20 min el cotillo) supermercato a 15min in auto, casa pulitissima, davvero in un oasi di pace. Unica pecca il Wi-Fi non funzionava, il frigorifero era molto rumoroso di notte e l’host è poco reattivo, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
