This wonderful apartment was the perfect home away from home for a work event and the Indian Pueblo Cultural center. With easy walking distance to the venue, a few great restaurants, and a grocery story I was left wanting for nothing. Easy ride shares to old town, downtown, and nob hill made this a perfect place to spend a week.

Drew's place was wonderful. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were AMAZING! We truly enjoyed our stay.

the unit was different than shown in the pictures, but it was fine. there are several buildings within the compound, so it took a little bit to find the specific building (since my apple maps did not route us to the proper gate of the compound). perhaps sending a map of the complex would help. we had a very enjoyable stay. we made use of the gym and hot tub (the pool was closed due to a dust storm the day of arrival). very quiet, allergen friendly, convenient location.

Mike and Barb's Airbnb is in a very convenient location in a nice Albuquerque neighborhood. I stayed for 4 nights and found the Airbnb very spacious for one, with a kitchen, living room and dining room. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The hosts have given a lot of thought to guest comfort, and from necessary kitchen utensils to bedroom reading lighting, I thought the amenities were everything needed. Barb's may be the only Airbnb that provided coffee/tea mugs larger than what I have at home - much appreciated! There are restaurants a short drive away, as well as a Whole Foods with a buffet setup for meals to go. The neighborhood is quiet and I didn't notice any traffic noise. Barb was responsive and reassuring when my flight and arrival were delayed, and I appreciated that she met me on arrival to direct parking and walk me to the entrance. I would stay here again when visiting Albuquerque.

Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. I was impressed with how clean the apartment was when we arrived. Great lightening around the building. We had a great time staying here while visiting the balloon fiesta. We would definitely stay here again.

Henry's place is comfortable, private, and convenient. It has become my "go-to" place whenever I am in Albuquerque. I already booked it for another visit this summer and I'm looking forward to it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need during our visit. My family absolutely loved the house and its perfect location. Being so close to downtown was incredibly convenient for exploring the city, and the proximity to Sawmill Market was a huge highlight of our trip. We enjoyed delicious food, drinks, and even caught some fantastic live outdoor music there. The property was also very dog friendly, which was a major plus for us! My pups loved their stay just as much as we did, and it made our vacation so much more enjoyable having them along without any worries or limitations. The host's attention to detail made our stay seamless and relaxing. From kitchen essentials to comfortable bedding, everything was provided and well-maintained. Very cute, comfy place. Great for me and my dog. It’s so nice to have garage space for the car, a little back patio and a washer/dryer. We’ve stayed a few times now and would definitely stay again.

Increíble estancia, cómoda y con gran estilo Nos encantó nuestra estancia en la casa de Carrie y Scott. Desde que llegamos, notamos lo limpia y ordenada que estaba, con una decoración muy bien cuidada que le da un ambiente acogedor y estilizado a la vez. Se siente como un hogar, pero con detalles que hacen la experiencia aún más especial. Las habitaciones y la sala son sumamente cómodas, y el espacio en general invita a relajarse. La cochera con portón eléctrico fue un gran plus, ya que nos facilitó mucho la movilidad. Además, la ubicación nos resultó excelente, especialmente por la cercanía a Sandia Peak. Como detalle menor, el tema de la separación de basura nos resultó un poco confuso, pero esperamos haberlo hecho bien. También notamos un par de pequeños mosquitos en el baño de la recámara principal, aunque no fue algo que afectara nuestra experiencia. En general, disfrutamos este Airbnb como pocos, desearíamos haber pasado mas tiempo ahí. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y volveríamos

Eric was an amazing host. He was very responsive to any questions we had. The location was in the country and the casita had lovely artistic details. It was very comfortable and had great fenced in areas for our dog. If you are looking for a great getaway place in the country and yet close to the city, this is the place for you.

I just had an amazing stay at an Airbnb that I can't stop raving about! The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. From the moment I booked, they reached out to provide helpful information about the area and even offered to adjust my check-in time to fit our needs. The space itself was fantastic—spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. Location-wise, it was ideal, close to great restaurants and attractions. I truly appreciate how the host made me feel at home, and I can't recommend this Airbnb enough. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming place to stay. I loved this spot. It was a one bedroom apartment and have a lot of space. There was a kitchen so we could store our breakfast items. The bathroom was stocked with soaps and hair care products. A nice bedroom with a walk in closet to get luggage out of the way. My favorite part was the central courtyard. It was an ideal place to have multiple couples friends rent and travel together. Also easy parking

Suited our needs exactly. In town for only a few days for a funeral, but the location was perfect. Close to various places we needed to be. Very clean and comfortable. John communicated very well and sent detailed directions. Appreciated that we were able to bring our cat. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. Thanks, John!

We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.
