This was the first time we stayed in an Airbnb in Punta Cana instead of an all-inclusive resort and we loved it. We had the opportunity to experience the culture and local sights (beach, restaurants, casino, shops and markets), all within walking distance or short Poppi ride. George’s home was safe and clean, with all the modern amenities. We’ll definitely be back :)

Our best Air B'n'B stay yet! We loved everything about the place. 1. The location: the property overlooks the golf course and a pond with turtles and fancy ducks and other waterfowl. Morning jogs are a delight. 2. The apartment itself is very clean and well-furnished. Everything is new and in good working condition. 3. The host is amazing. Nabil replied to queries instantly and is a very friendly and accommodating host. We actually loved the place and the country so much that we decided to stay here for a year or longer and enjoy it fully.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Punta Cana! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I especially loved the relaxing vibe of the place—it was the perfect escape. Scott was a great and welcoming host. I truly appreciate his hospitality and his recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. The apartment fully matches the description and photos—it's quite spacious and equipped with everything needed for a long stay, including a laundry room on the second floor. A wide, beautiful beach is within walking distance along a palm-lined path. The street is gated and secure, making it safe to take evening walks after dinner or head to the beach. I will definitely stay with Scott again in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Darleny communicated very well, the location was even better than we expected. Steps from the beach, restaurants and gifts shops! Plenty to do for sure!

Beach Front apartment. You can't beat the location if you spend most of your time on the beach. There are 3 AC units, pretty cold and quiet. Hot/cold drinking water are provided! Kitchen, Stencil, glasses and cookware are ready for use. We were able to cook hot meals and enjoy local products! We found an espresso coffee maker for our favorite Starbucks coffee! Allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Very attentive host: answered all of our questions. Beds are comfortable with plenty pillows. Beach towels are included. Washer/Dryer are plus. We used them every day. Living room is spacious with pretty comfortable sofa. Smart TV /w Netflix, Amazon Prime, ready for you to watch in rainy days. Place is safe /w security front, back. Some minor, not a big deal: quite a walk from entrance to the apart. There was some muddy water path you can't go around. Some doors are difficult open/close. You have to lift them up or push in hard. We definitely will rent again.

Todd was an amazing host and never went without 2 minutes before answering our inquiries. We were skeptical on coming here because of the one star review but all of the 5 star reviews made us overlook and book this villa and may we say that we were very impressed with our stay. The house was spotless. Very clean inside and out. Rooms were great sizes and beds very comfortable. No bugs inside the home at all during our stay. We will guarantee be back here hopefully 2x a year! Its our new vacation home!!

Great place, great host, great stay. Lisandro was very helpful from booking till end of trip. he always answered my many questions and made the experience seamless. property was beautiful, great location and very clean. we had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend.

Really nice house, easy to check in and out. Safety environment, house was clean. only thing i needed instructions with was how the warm water works, but that was solved. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Punta Cana but also go about your own way and explore. House was close to Downtown and the main streat Av.Barcelo where there is a lot you can find as shopping malls. The road to the residence is a little bumpy but it's in development . overall great stay !

Love our stay. Host always responded. Close to everything and especially the beach. We didn’t need a car rental. We did 2 excursions recommended by host and they picked us up at our place and dropped off. They took us shopping with free of charge. Overall, we had an awesome and safe stay with Bea Living Properties.

Felix and his home are incredible! He was very accommodating for our group when our original Airbnb canceled on us last minute. He was at the property until almost 10pm making sure that everything was perfect for us after a long day of traveling and the hassle of our other accommodation issues. Couldn’t recommend a person to deal with more than Felix. Can’t wait to come back to Punta Cana, and will absolutely plan on staying again.

This place was immaculately clean and fully equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils, and electronic keys, making me feel right at home. The property is in a community called Vistacana, is a gated complex offering resort and country club amenities. It boasts a private beach, pools, a golf course, sports area, and gym. With restaurants conveniently located by the beach, I didn't even need to leave the complex. This is definitely an A+ Airbnb listing. I recommend it!

This is a gorgeous and well kept apartment and the complex overall is a gem. The private beach is magnificent. I felt safe, unbothered and relaxed. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The condo was beautiful - very clean and well kept. Having the housekeeper every other day was such a nice perk! The location in the complex as well as the view was incredible. Leah was quick and responsive and helped us immediately with any issues that came up. We would definitely return if the opportunity presented and 100% recommend staying in her place. Thank you Leah!

Great vacation spot! Right on a beautiful well managed beach. Great restaurants around the condo or just a short walk away. We got every details about our arrival, transportation and stay from Stu right after we booked. Liz is wonderful, she welcomed us at arrival and gave us plenty of recommendations. Her guide book is a must read. You'll find really valuable information about the surroundings. We met a lot of friendly and welcoming people whenever we went. We had a great time! Thank you!

This space is the absolute best!! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my birthday! Very responsive and provided so many details regarding the property and area. Will definitely visit and book this unit again for vacation.

Tara’s condo which is absolutely lovely! It is in a prime location with a great view of the complex, the pool, the ocean. The décor is bright and welcoming. It is very well equipped and very clean … we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living space. Communication with Tara and Virgillio was excellent. Any questions were answered immediately. Instead of renting a car, we used the services of Josefina. She drove us from and to the airport, to the grocery store, to and from Macao Beach and Bavaro Beach. We loved her! We took advantage of the restaurants on site: The beach bar; the Japanese restaurant and we bought a day pass for the all-inclusive portion of the resort which included breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. The first thing that struck us about the entire complex was the cleanliness and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend Tara’s condo to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation!
