A great house for two families with kids! Very clean and spacious. The heated hot tub and pool was amazing! The host was very friendly and responsive. The drive to Siesta Key beach was short ever with traffic. We would definitely come back!

The house is an eclectic and captivating space with a unique charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the overall layout provides plenty of room to relax. The outdoor area—featuring a bar, grill, Jacuzzi, and pool—is exceptionally well-designed and quickly became the focal point of our stay. Its location is also a major highlight. The house is within walking distance of Ybor City’s vibrant central area, offering plenty of restaurants and activities to explore. Additionally, the Tampa trolley is just three blocks away, making it a highly convenient base for exploring the wider area.

This condo is in a great location - a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. We will definitely come back to this Airbnb. Thank you, Jade. Sandra Nichols

Would recommend to anyone with a large group. We had 10 and a baby. George is a great host. The place was awesome for being together or lots of room for alone time. We saw a bunch of dolphins catching fish and jumping right next to the back yard sea wall. Views were very nice and peaceful. It was so amazing. Felt like we had a private pool at times and it was very well maintained. Hot tub was clean and large. Grills were brand new. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of items for beach. Had plenty of towels, umbrellas, toys and two wagons. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. Everything in great condition or new. Security guards were friendly and helpful. Nice to have them there. We had our 7 month old granddaughter with us and they had everything we needed for her. George has really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Best host I have had. If we needed something they got it . Airbed was not holding air. They delivered a new one within hours. Thanks George.

Absolutely beautiful scenery. Looks incredibly peaceful and relaxing during the day, and magical during the night thanks to the lighting set up. Host was quick to respond to any requests, and the residence looked even better in person.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the hosts was seamless. The airbnb was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and all necessities avaiable. We liked the neighborhood for walking our dog and found the neighborhood peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and comfortable cottage. Great location, clean space, and appreciated having the extra space for my family versus a hotel at comparable costs. Basic items like coffee, welcome snacks, dish washing pods, etc, appreciated to make the most out of our short stay.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

Great place for what we needed. It was just 3 of us. Simple place. Extra pillows and linens provided. Laundry soap provided-nice touch! A quick 7-8 minute drive to the Northshore Aquatic Complex. Great sunrises and sunsets there! Easy check in with a four digit code. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to everywhere! This place could’ve accommodated 5! Comfy couch-watched a movie to relax. Simple, but had everything we needed.

I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the facility itself is and how incredibly responsive, kind and helpful Liz is. You will not ever meet a better host.

Aaron's place is very centrally located - most restaurants and attractions were only minutes away. The neighborhood is very nice, felt safe. House was very clean and backyard was private.

Home was decorated lovely and had a relaxing outdoor space. We enjoyed the proximity to Clam Bayou and many a leisurely walks around the neighborhood.

This place was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful backyard with a pool, we didn’t get to enjoy it but overall this place was beautiful.

Stay was wonderful. house was perfect, hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. My family of 8 travels together so the two bathrooms was a little tight. Would have loved an extra bathroom or two for the price but the heated pool more than made up for it. The heated pool kept my grandson entertained and enthralled all week as did the toys made available to him. in addition, the childproof amenities were amazing and made the trip easy and relaxing. My family of 5 had a great stay! We loved the home and pool and enjoyed the easy access to AMI either by driving or a short distance to the water ferry! Karin was very helpful with her responses, we would highly recommend!

We had so much fun! Beautiful location and extremely clean property. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. They even went the extra mile and decorated the place with Christmas decorations while we were there over the holidays. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo house. The house was well supplied, and clean. I would definitely recommend this house for any one that has a bigger family to accommodate for. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Yvonne was very easy to work with and always responded when we had questions.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.
