Anna Maria is for sure one of the most beautiful beaches in FL- Amy’s house is located 10 min walk from the public beach entry. House is small but comfy- the most suitable for 2 people. Pool super nice with lights- spa did not work. No hand soap or shampoos provided. Plus- few steps to the tennis courts and basketball court. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

This home was perfect for our family. The layout allows for time together or quiet time space. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. We were happy to find a home with the space we need-this home was exactly that! The only thing worth mentioning that was not an issue for us, but could be for someone else, there is a small step down into one of the living spaces. My father-in-law came for a visit one day and “missed” that step at least 3 times. For anyone with limited mobility, you would want to know that step is there before booking. For everyone else, especially larger families-this place is absolutely amazing. PS-we are from Elk Rapids MI and our village icon is a swan. I found tiny glass swans for sale at Johns Pass, so I got one and it’s “hidden” in the house. We had such a wonderful time, it was our way of saying goodbye. 🦢

We had a great Spring Break at Cara’s home. My 6 year old loved the mini swimming pool and my dog loved the big back yard. The beds were super comfy and the whole house was spotless! Cara was also a very friendly host and went out of her way to bring us some beach chairs and umbrella to borrow for the beach. Thank you Cara!

The place was in a great location and it was plenty of room for all of us girls to stay after the music festival. The only issue we had was getting in the door. It was late night when we checked in and we had trouble finding the code pad on the door to get into the place because it was the same color as the door. Other than that, this space was super clean and perfect for us! Nichole was very responsive and even checked on us because we hadn't checked in until late.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

Amazing Bungalow walkable to downtown, with a cute private outdoor space for winding down. Well appointed, beautiful bathroom and spacious! Can’t wait to stay here again. Location is IDEAL!

Loved staying with Kara and Tigra again! The house is located in a lovely, private neighborhood. Sitting on the screened patio feels like you are completely away from everything. The house is comfortable with homey touches. The space is well utilized so that it feels spacious. We enjoy spending time in Ybor City, which is an easy drive. We have family who live extremely close by, so the location is extra excellent for us, but it's also convenient to many fabulous restaurants and all of the many things to do in Tampa. We will stay here again when we have a chance to come back to Tampa! Thank you for everything!

We definitely enjoyed our Spring Break in this home! The pool was, by far, absolutely perfect! We enjoyed the outdoor area very much! Great location! They provided everything from bath/pool towels to beach chairs for a beach day! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in, but with so many great restaurants nearby, a person even want to stay home and eat! The Manchester home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walks to the nearby parks! Don’t hesitate on this home, if it’s available, RENT IT!

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Jakub’s home was very comfortable and enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were clean and it was easy for us to see the children while they enjoyed the pool, so that was a plus. Everything was so nice that we would definitely stay again. Jakub even provided some amenities for our two dogs that we brought. He was great at communicating and it was a pleasure to stay at his home. Thank you, Jakub for your thoughtfulness and good communication. We look forward to our next stay.

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

Lovely home with a large fenced backyard and a warm pool. Conveniently located near Robinson Preserve and Anna Maria Island. Michelle was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

It is a great place. Exactly as described. Pool was fantastic. I even met a neighbor who was twice retired. Once from the military and then from the local Police Force so I felt right at home. We were able to relax the whole time.

We were a family of 4, with 10 and 7 year old boys. The pool and additional beach and pool toys were an absolute smash. It made going to the beach so easy. We were also able to relax by the pool, and BBQ one night. Everything was laid out beautifully. We would easily return to this place, or another of Stephanie's places having stayed here. It was everything we could have wanted for a family stay.

Mario's place was a great set up for our family. It's a little smaller than what we thought it was going to be but the island is so beautiful that we didn't really spend a lot of time inside anyways. We had a blast on our trip for a week. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the neighbor directly behind their place didn't like any noise at all. In the instructions it states that the "quiet" time is from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. There were two nights that we were being "loud" at 7:30ish PM outside in the pool having fun with our kids and she used choice words after banging on the fence to get us to quiet down. A few nights later around the same time she threatened to call the cops. We were enjoying our vacation, we weren't being rude at all, I think she is what I would consider the "Sherrif of No Fun" but other than those two nights we would highly recommend Mario and his place. It was a great location and we were able to enjoy your stay.

Cara was a great host, easy and quick to respond with any questions! We had a group of ten girls for a bachelorette and had plenty of space. The mattresses were all extremely comfortable, lots of pillows for comfortable sleeping. I did sleep in the room with the full beds and was a bit disappointed there were no shades and the curtain was clear therefore letting a lot of light in and being up early with the sun. I would suggest bringing an eye mask. The outdoor space was very spacious, great couch/table to hang out in the shade, or lounge in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. My only issue would be that the pool was very dirty when we arrived Thursday. I did message the host to let them know, the pool cleaner did not show up until 5pm Friday, at this time we were finished with the pool. Even after he “cleaned” it it was still quite dirty with the same sand and leaves at the bottom. it was overall a great stay I would highly recommend! Also great spot if you have kids, lots of games!

This was my 3rd visit at Donna's place. I am staying here when it is available while I'm rebuilding my home taken out by the hurricane. I can't say enough praises about this home. It has become my "home away from home" since I lost mine. I won't be staying any more as I'll be back in my own home soon but it was bittersweet checking out this morning as I thoroughly enjoy staying in this home. It's immaculate, safe and incredibly comfortable. Thank you Donna and Meghan for being such amazing hosts and opening up your home to me in my time of need. I appreciate everything you have done for me!

Christina is a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She even gave me fresh eggs from her chickens and drove me to and from the airport as I was not renting a car. I was able to get around easily on her beach cruiser biicycle going to nearby restaurants and shops and about a ten to twelve minute ride to the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet and the hot tub was wonderful!

Everything was Excellent! The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we need for the vacations. The pool was amaizing! We do not had a single issue during our stay. You also have many things you can use for the beach including towels, chairs etc. The house is close to Publix and Key Food markets. Very close to Ana Maria beaches also. Our family loved and enjyoyed our trip!!! Thank you!

When our group of girlfriends looked for an Airbnb so we could visit a friend, this place was our first choice and it definitely did not disappoint! From Day 1, Sadie was great to work with, including providing 'tips & tricks' for our stay. Then when we arrived, we found the place in pristine condition! It a well kept home with a beautifully maintained pool & yard. The pool/beach supplies were amazing and thoughtful - right down to a cooler for the beach! And, although we were a group of girlfriends, I loved seeing how much they had to offer families too. If you have the chance, definitely visit this serene abode! You won't be disappointed!

We absolutely enjoyed staying at Daniel's place. It was clean, very comfortable, and is exactly as described. Our dog loved roaming the back yard and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. There's lots plants around the area and the backyard has a cute seating spot for 2 where I enjoyed sitting. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and our bedroom had ample space for our clothing and accessories. There is a private driveway around back and street parking out front. Both my fiancé and I had no issues working remotely from this location for a week. There is an office located off the laundry area that is quiet and isolated and the kitchen table was ample space for us too. We adore the cozy, homey feel here and cooked during our stay with no issues. After our stay this week, we plan on returning next year as well!!

Convenient location. Very clean house. Perfect for our family of 3 and a dog. Our dog enjoyed fully fenced, well maintained yard! We hope to be back next year!
