Corticella, Bologne : locations de vacances

Daniela and Filippo are beyond super host, welcoming kind and responsive. I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

Almost everything was great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since Italy has stringent recycling and garbage disposal rules, it was unfortunate that the apartment did not have presort bins. Worse yet, the previous tenant lost the key card needed to dispose of miscellaneous waste (i.e. stuff that isn't simple paper, plastic, glass, or organic - which is more than one would think) so we needed to be rather creative about that. It would have been better had we been told about it ahead of time. The other oddity was that the dining table had only one chair, making it an awkward arrangement for two people. The kitchen counter had two stools but we needed that space for makeshift recycling bins. The apartment faces the courtyard which avoids all street noise but not air conditioning unit noise should you want to leave the window open. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station but 25 minutes to the old city center. However, bus service is plentiful. All in all, we would stay here again.

Casa pulita, molto fornita di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole, la casa è ben insonorizzata (aspetto importante data la vicinanza all'aeroporto), peccato per il piccolo inconveniente del forno non funzionante, ma per tutto il resto ottimo.

Accoglienza splendida, casa bella e funzionale. Un luogo in cui tornare!

We had al really nice time here. We were welcomed by arrival by Alessandra and Ludivico, their children and the dog. We had a very nice stay in the middle of nature with only nature noises and a amazing view. We enjoyed the calm, the nature, the cozy appartement, the nice walks, nice little towns in the neighbourhood and also the nice city of Bologna nearby. Thank you to make us feel at home and for all the good tips. We miss it already and would like to come back another time!

Logement spacieux et fonctionnel, dans un quartier très paisible. A 30 minutes du centre historique. Literie excellente. Hôtes très réactifs.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Thank you Vittorio and Rosa Maria!

Super, schön gepflegte Wohnung sehr central in der schönen Altstadt, Mitten im Leben mit Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Allerdings dementsprechend auch etwas lauter, hat uns aber nicht gestört. :) kommen gerne wieder.
