Pretty and comfy home, the pool area and landscaping backyard is so peaceful and tastefully done. I loved the little bird feeders on the kitchen window and the sweet little birds flitting about. The home has such a nice vibe throughout. Cheryl is very friendly and outgoing and has wonderful recommendations for the area. This was super helpful as the area is new area us.

Our stay in this stunning farmhouse in Cazenovia is one my family will never forget! The home itself is a treasure and made us feel like we were in an HGTV episode it was so beautifully curated. It felt like true luxury. The amenities were above and beyond and there were cute little touches like a prepped jar of s'mores fixins for nighttime campfires. Our kids loved exploring the property the entire time—they didn't ask to watch TV for 3 days straight which has to be some kind of record! All in all, I highly recommend this property!

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

We had a wonderful stay at Aaron’s place! The house is beautiful and spotless, the beds and furniture are comfy and cozy, and it is filled with great amenities. The view is absolutely stunning! It is a quiet and peaceful location, but close enough to the quaint town of Skaneateles. Aaron was a fantastic host! Communication was always super fast, and Aaron did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay. We would definitely return to this beautiful property!

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

I highly recommend Shawn’s home- it was beautiful and peaceful stay! The entire place was neat and tidy, everything was easy to find. Our group had a great time watching the birds outside of the windows and watches for other animals outside. We would definitely rent this home again. Shawn is a great host!

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at the house. The main living space and 2 of the bedrooms had gorgeous views of the lake with many windows. The house was well equipped and comfortable. There are alot of stairs in the house and the walk down to the beach is steep but worth it! We would love to come back!

We had a great stay! We were in town for New Year’s Eve and a family wedding. The house is beautiful and cozy. My owners had it beautifully decorated for Christmas with a Christmas tree which my son (who’s 3) was so excited about. Whenever we needed the owners they were very responsive and helpful. During our stay we had some snow which caused a power outage. Chris called to let us know since we weren’t currently at the house. He came over to put the fireplace on so we would be warm until the power came back. The house was comfortable and clean! We enjoyed our stay.

Exactly as described. Quiet area where I would say you needed a car to access local amenities. Saying that, if you do have a car then everything is within a 15 min drive (but also walkable) (Walmart, Aldi, Liquor Store, bars, restaurant, takeaways etc). The bedrooms are spacious and the place has more than enough space for 8 people (& not feeling like you are living on top of each other). Plenty of storage & good AC. There is a large TV in the living area & comfortable sofa. The kitchen was well stocked and the essentials are provided (Towels, salt, pepper, oil, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bin bags, dishwasher tabs, cleaning spray, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, napkins, filters for coffee machine), which was really appreciated. Having access to the washing machine / dryer was a life saver. Communication with Calli and Christina was friendly, easy & responsive. Would definitely recommend & when back in the area would like to return here.

Had a wonderful stay. Cole was very quick to respond to a few questions I had prior to renting. The house was updated, very well stocked, clean and looks like the pictures. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful part of the state. I grew up in the area and enjoyed reminiscing while visiting with family and friends.

always feels like our home away from home.

We stayed here with a few parents and kids from different families for a baseball tournament. It was perfect with space for adults and kids. Note* It is 2 blended spaces, but the teens didn't mind being upstairs and away from the adults! Don't let the outside of this house fool you. Everything was so clean and updated. We had everything we needed to cook and eat in the house. Clean sheets, towels, and kitchen & bathroom items were included. There is ample off-street parking. The temps were hot but all the rooms had AC to keep everything cool. We did have a few questions, and Cali was quick to reply. With outpriced hotels in Cortland, this was far worth the cost! We are done with this phase in our life, but we would recommend staying here to anyone!

We had a great time, the place is amazing. Nice size rooms, well equipped kitchen, house is very clean and a lot of small details that make our stay very comfortable. We like the house, neighborhood, and the LAKE! The weather was changing every day, but this is what you expect in mid of March. We are planning to be back at summer time. Thank you Amy!

Perfect house for a ski trip with a group of friends!

We had the most wonderful weekend at the lake! This was perhaps the most accommodating home we have stayed in. Heidi and Emily are offering everything -- from the fireplace (already stocked with wood), to a canoe, to lawn games, a dedicated dog area outdoors, and an amazingly well-stocked library. This house truly has it all. It was the perfect location for our 9-member family vacation for grandparents, parents, kids, and 2 dogs. We loved every moment. The house has a great, sprawling layout that seems to go on forever! That means the 3 back bedrooms are quiet, and the door in between them and the living area is great for the early risers while the late sleepers snooze. There are so many nooks for hanging out and having side conversations while still feeling a part of the group, but also a few areas to go for some solitude. We really couldn't have asked for anything more than this home offers. And the views of the lake, both from the home and from the beach/dock, can't be beat!

Our first trip to Greek Peak for our son's 10th bday snowboarding trip. Kelly's home was perfect for our family of 3, was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day weekend stay! Our son enjoyed hanging out in the loft and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The view of the slopes was a nice bonus hanging out in the evening when its lit up for night riding. We enjoyed the house and will definitely be staying in the future! Thanks again!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. Comfortably held 7 adults and one toddler. Overall a quiet location except for the 0730 hour volunteer fire department siren on Sunday - LOL! We enjoyed the swings out in the back yard.

Great place close to Greek Peak resort which is where my kids wanted to go for activities. We stayed here with my daughter in law and her family and had more than enough space. Great space to sit and visit and play some fun games which Vickie had plenty of!

It was a great place to stay. The house is beautiful and the view of the lake is beautiful.
