An idyllic place to stay on Cayuga Lake in Ithaca…If only we could have stayed longer! The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed, set up perfectly for a family getaway. Our 3yo was over the moon when she saw the adorable kids bedroom filled with books for every age and toys, including an Anna doll (IYKYK!). Ardys truly has thought of everything - from the basic toiletries like hair ties and Q-tips to board games and a fully stocked kitchen. This was a truly lovely stay with an incredibly helpful host.

Perfect spot for our visit to Colgate. The house was exactly as promised and Sarah was a great host. Thank you for a great stay. we will be back!

Was perfect for our short getaway, cleaning fee could have been reduced since we were there only 1 night and very little cleaning was needed

We enjoyed a winter weekend at Ata’s lakefront home while visiting our son at IC, the house is well equipped, comfortable, warm, and clean. The house has beautiful views of the lake, and plenty of space. Conveniently located, close to town, hiking trails, and wineries! Host Ata was easy to communicate with, he gave clear and helpful instructions and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Our group enjoyed our stay at Mike's place. The location of his house is a good spot even during winter season (having snow on the hill gave us the opportunity for sledding, which the sleds were provided by Mike). Overall, we had a good stay although his home may benefit from deep cleaning, adding more cookware/bakeware, and perhaps heating system for the basement area (both in the bedrooms and common play/living areas). Mike has also been respectful and responsive during my reach out. We look forward to coming back in the summer!

The house is fully loaded with all you expect and even extras in the kitchen. Its one of the homes where when you walk in you say WOW. The place is clean and even has toys and games for young ones and other necessities for babies and toddlers. The BBQ is amazing and we enjoyed being able to be outside by the lake just taking in the fresh air and the view. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to accommodate people. Sean responded quickly to my emails and fixed the one little problem with the dishwasher in a matter of a few hours. Having a washer and dryer is also a plus for long stays. The beds are all comfortable, the linens nice and soft. The master bedroom is huge with lots of room, closet and dresser space. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Carolyn's lake house is incredible. Our group only stayed for a night, but it was such a great time. The house has fantastic amenities, and the views of the lake are gorgeous. Make sure to take advantage of everything the house has to offer, especially the kayaks and canoes. Carolyn herself was also very kind and easy to communicate with. All in all, highly recommended, even for a short stay!

Shawn's place was a perfect lakefront retreat! Quick and easy communication. Photos were perfect. Clean and well stocked. Quiet and comfortable. There was a nice beach area, dock area to fish, and a kayak to use. Just a few minutes outside of town. I highly recommend to anyone staying near Ithica that wants to be lakefront.

Three of us stayed at Peggy’s place for a weekend and my only regret is not booking for longer! The location is a dream—right on the lake and only a few minutes drive from the farmer’s market and other must-see places in Ithaca. I hope to come back!

The apartment was very sufficient for our needs and was clean. The location and people were the real magic of this place! Alex, Angie, and the staff, especially Jen, Bob and Amanda are some of the friendliest and coolest people you will ever meet. We made some forever friends here. It was our first time to the area so having the restaurant and bar, where you get 25% off, and meeting all sorts of interesting people as well as the fabulous staff allowed us to have a unique and amazingly fun experience! Thanks to the highly social atmosphere we found out the best places to go for hikes, waterfalls, restaurants and vineyards as well as other hidden gems that most tourists wouldn’t know about. The lake is amazing for boating, fishing and swimming and they have free Kayaks too. The food and drinks here are also delicious thanks to the smoki’n skills(ribs, brisket) of Chef Bob, & the mixology mastery of Anika! Alex and his staff went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be back! 5*

My friends and I planned a weekend getaway. This was a perfect spot for the 5 of us. We had a wonderful stay in this complex which has 2 units. The unit downstairs, where we stayed, was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The backyard was a great bonus with comfortable chairs, a fire pit, and charming lights—perfect for relaxing in the evening. Eric (host) was incredibly accommodating and responsive through the app, text, and phone, and when we needed extra towels, they were provided very quickly. We highly recommend staying here! The place is within 20 mins drive to downtown Ithaca, various falls/parks, restaurants, bars, etc.

My sister and I stayed at this Airbnb over Christmas, and it was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. She thoughtfully decorated the space with a Christmas tree and festive decorations before our arrival, creating a warm and welcoming holiday atmosphere. When we realized we had forgotten some medication, she graciously helped us retrieve it, a lifesaver. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay. Five stars all around! 🌟

Robyn is wonderful! She is very helpful and incredibly kind. This place is paradise. A very peaceful and relaxing, home away from home. The amenities are wonderful, we were able to kayak and listen to some beautiful records, it was absolutely amazing! You will not regret staying here. Put it on your bucket list:)

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Peggy’s boat house is. This is my second time staying here and I have never stayed at the same ABB twice. This time I brought the kids because I wanted to share the beauty of this place and Ithaca and I knew they would love it. Sitting on the dock fishing and enjoying the views on Cayuga lake is so peaceful and relaxing. Peggy is a very welcoming host and keeps the place very tidy. There are so many things to do. Ithaca Falls is a very short drive away. Buttermilk Falls is a bit further away (not much) and is a beautiful hike. Great restaurants are nearby. I love the area and would love to come back someday.

It's a special spot to be able to stay right on the lake. Enjoyed that there were chairs on upper porch and right on the water too. Two parking spots right down by the house. Loved walking our dog across the road on the trail that runs parallel to water and main road. Really comfy living room dining area.

Christopher was a great host. The house was peaceful. It is the start of the changing of the leaves so absolutely beautiful. We will stay here again it is minutes away from SUNY Morrisville

We had an incredible time at Jesse and Bernadette’s!! 10/10 would stay here the next time we visit the Finger Lakes. Truly magical. Falling asleep to the sound of the lake was a definite highlight.

Our family had a fabulous time. (A little nerve wracking with the parking situation, but we managed) The set up of the home was perfect for a family of 4, two decks with a view; felt as we were in a tree house. Easy check in, easy to navigate around and clean. We swam everyday, nice swim spot for kids. Our son fished morning and evening, ended up catching 2 and half in total. Marine near by, for a boat rental. Grilled homemade pizzas, overall great way to end the Summer- thank you for sharing your home with us.

We loved our stay at the Hidden Lakefront. It was a perfect escape from our everyday city environment. Beautiful property and house. The home itself was clean and spacious, very warm for the snowy weekend. I recommend this property for warm or cold getaways!

My husband and I spent Labor Day weekend here and it was so beautiful and relaxing! The primary bedroom was even bigger than expected and the downstairs was also a great size! Beautiful views of the lake, we spent an entire day on the dock. Also very private, loved getting away for the weekend to recharge before the school year begins! Brian and Melissa's cottage was perfect place to spend for a Valentine's Day weekend! The cottage was so cute and cozy and we loved the gas fireplace as it was a cold weekend. I would highly recommend their cottage for anytime of the year! They were very responsive, provided great amenities and the check-in was easy. Great hosts!
