We had a fabulous stay at Daniel's beautiful house. The house is extremely spacious and very well equipped. There was plenty of room for 9 adults (aged 22 - 85!) to sit and chat, eat, drink and play games. The position of the house is fantastic for the pier, beach and town and there was plenty of parking on the drive and on the road outside for our 4 cars! Daniel was a very responsive and helpful host, answering all our questions and even arranging an 11am check out for us. We can't wait to return to Pier Avenue for our next family mini break, to see the outcome of the building work being done on the outside of the property and to see house not covered in scaffolding! Thank you for a fantastic stay in beautiful Southwold.

We spent a lovely weekend in Boris and Tim's home and were very grateful for their flexibility around an amendment to our booking which made it possible to stay there. Their garden is SUBLIME and of course May is the most idyllic month to see English herbaceous borders in full bloom. Incredible hedges, wonderful sweeping lawns, majestic trees and lots of space to sit outdoors in the sunshine. They recommended great pubs for dinner (Gunston Arms in a sensational deer park) so we had great food while in Norfolk. Highly recommend, thank you Boris and Tim

Glowing review. We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 children and we'll behaved small dog, our apartment was really lovely. The grounds around the Hall are just incredible. The Hall is steeped in history, grade 2 listed and has been brought back to life by the current owners Tim and Boris. The apartment was really well equipped, with a rainfall shower and excellent country location. Cromer beach is about 6 miles away. We aim to go back in the summer to enjoy the Hall in the sunshine. Thank you to both Tim and Boris for all the hard work you have put into the Hall we loved it and hope all future guests enjoy it as much as we did and treat it with the respect it deserves.

lovely place, especially the conservatory area. great for us as we were staying with multiple generation and there was plenty of room to have our own space mixed with some large socialising areas.

8 of us stayed and all loved the place. Very modern, great kitchen/huge living room, jacuzzi/sauna very good. Easy check in and good distance from local attractions

The house was the perfect spot for my friends Hen Party. Such a spacious house so none of the guests felt on top of one another. Imogen had lots of recommendations of suppliers to use so we used a private chef and cocktail masterclass host from the books which were fantastic. The location of the house is right on the coast which was lovely especially when the sunshine came out. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of household products (i.e. toilet roll, bin bags etc). One of the best experiences we have had staying at someone’s rental, thanks so much for having us! X

A lovely location walking distance to Great Yarmouth. The house was clean and very spacious for a big family. I highly recommend.

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in Suffolk for a 3 day wedding as an extended family group and the house was the perfect base. The house is very comfortable- especially the beds - and everything has been thought of. It is also very very clean. The courtyard is beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend!

Fabulous house in a beautiful area. House was incredibly well equipped and everything was a really high quality. Loads of essentials in the fridges and high end toiletries in all bathrooms. Cant recommend Jacqui enough as a wonderful host. And really dog friendly.

lovely hosts with great communication. the place was immaculate inside and out and the kitchen had everything you could need and more. there's also a gorgeous fluffy cat outside who is super friendly =] the bottle of bubbly was a lovely touch! thanks again Mike and mim!
