I was in need of a place to stay and it had everything I desired. Host was quick with responding to any questions I had so I would book with her again if needed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Julio’s place during the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was our first time visiting Texas and it made a great home away from home getaway. The location was close to our family we were visiting. It was a cute, clean and cozy town house. It was stocked with everything you may need to cook, clean, and also the necessities a guest may have forgotten while packing. The decor was beautiful as well! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit next year! The host left clear instructions and everything went well!

Five stars because the place was clean, which is the most important detail for us. A second nightstand in the bedroom and more seating in the living room would have been nice (The pictures in the listing are accurate; it’s just not something I thought much about ahead of time). If you plan to do laundry, bring a basket because the W&D are downstairs and the bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. We didn’t think to bring one because usually there’s one provided. We could have used a few more towels for our family of four (I think there were five and one kitchen towel), mainly because I’d rather wash full loads of laundry less often. Overall, the place was good. Great communication from the host.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and very accommodating throughout our visit. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, welcoming feel. All the amenities were thoughtful and super useful, making the entire stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience! It’s also very peaceful around and the access was easy 🙏

Was not the original property booked. Host able to move us to this property after initial property booked found to not have working heat. Everything was smooth after we got moved.

The unit was clean and neat and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and no traffic. We enjoyed our stay and because of the convenient location to Fort Cavazos we will definitely be booking with Derrick again!

It was a joy to interact with Tara, her home was beautiful! I truly can’t recommend this place enough 🫶🏼

Killeen housing developments are generally not much to look at, but inside the home was beautifully designed, meticulously clean, and the hosts thought of everything (snacks, grooming supplies that might have been forgotten, etc). Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to visit the area because it was worth everything. Very nice house for a family that visit the city.

I absolutely loved it I enjoyed my stay beds were comfortable the home itself was comfortable nice quiet neighborhood the home is beautiful everything in the home was very clean the pool and hot tub was amazing 10/10 must recommend I will be back

Joelann was a fabulous host! She was super friendly and helpful. The house was very comfortable and clean and the backyard was charming. The deer in the neighborhood were like everyone’s pets! They roamed from house to house and didn’t fear our dogs. We enjoyed watching them from the hot tub!! We will definitely go back if our daughter stay stationed at Fort Cavazos.

We rented this home on behalf of co-workers needing to be in the area for work. Just as described in the listing. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with.

Is not a bad place, the only thing that i would recommend is to have more towels they only had 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper other than that the place was great and maybe some newer beds

I loved this location so much. It was my first Air BNB and I felt right at home. It was nice and simple, the surrounding was beautiful with plenty of country side and parks near the area. There were so many stores in driving distance not too far. The neighbors were kind and friendly, and everything was so clean. The host was responsive and extremely helpful with providing us with instructions. I loved everything about this location and I will definitely be coming back often. Thank you for everything!

Cute and cozy place to stay

For the most part the place was great. It had some rough areas. The mattress in the front bedroom was very hard to sleep on and it was hot as heck in that room. Other then that was a nice place for the money.
