We are a family of travelers and love to stay in comfortable and spacious spaces while we explore new areas. This cabin is definitely a spot that we would love to return to! Favorite features are the beautiful creek right down from the property; you can hear it from the porch which made for peaceful mornings. The firepit was great, and there are lights equipped to keep the area visible at night. The location is very private, and partially down a gravel road, but the road is easy to navigate as Anita has posted multiple arrows along the way. Our daughters enjoyed the foosball table and board games, and the adults appreciated that upstairs entertainment space separated from the downstairs! There is a well-stocked kitchen with lots of various baking and cooking necessities; there is also an empty pantry cabinet for storing food you bring in. The only drawback we had was the large tub running out of hot water, but we remedied that by warming up some on the stove. Loved it all! 10/10!!

Monika’s place was great! It was so quiet and cozy and the patio space with the hot tub and outdoor bed was so cute. I would love to come back when it is warm enough to sit out there in the evening. Monika was also so flexible and helpful when we had to reschedule the trip last minute due to an ice storm. The bed was also super comfortable and the shower was so nice!! I will say like most of the roads in this area, these roads are not for the faint of heart so if you’re afraid of heights like myself, it would probably be better to have someone else drive if possible. But the instructions and signs made it very easy to find. Overall this was a great stay and I would definitely come back!

Quaint little house within walking distance to the Strip in Gatlinburg but still very peaceful and quiet. The house was very clean, beds were super comfortable, plenty of room for relaxing after a day of exploring. Dondi was very nice with plenty of recommendations for the area and very responsive with any questions. We had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay again while visiting. Perfect Valentine's Weekend Getaway.

Very nice and pleasant experience overall was a really great place to stay. Only negatives was the neighbor’s dogs were a little noisy at night and the couch was uncomfortable. The house was very cute and decorative. The backyard was nice although it is fully fenced in, a small portion of the fence was NOT privacy fencing. Great kitchen, my boyfriend really loved the pans they have. There is a park that’s less than a half mile away with a dog park, walking path, playground , etc. Great restaurants, and activities nearby. Overall, very nice stay and would recommend.

We loved our stay at Larks Cove Cottage. The house was even more beautiful and hospitable than the photos. The setting was peaceful and serene and perfect for a family getaway. We were most impressed by the attention to detail, cleanliness, and the great amenities. Katharine was an amazing host and made us feel right at home. This was one of the best properties we have stayed at and we will definitely be back in the future.

A great place to stay if you are looking for a cozy, quiet getaway. The property is lovely and has a great view! The hosts were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions about our stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

This house is very cozy, extremely clean, and it’s in a beautiful area to enjoy the mountains and outdoors. It was in a perfect location to attend the baseball games that we were in town for at WCU. James is a great host and provides thorough information on everything for the house and local places. Five stars does not say enough about how incredible this place is, we really enjoyed it.

This was our second stay with Margie and Chris. This is a great little cottage. 1 minute drive to wears valley road. 5 min drive to the parkway if that far. Very quick to respond if you have any questions. We got into town early and we were allowed to check in a couple hours early. Nice honey CLEAN place. Will be staying here again.

This is a really nice little efficency cabin just right for 2 people and 2 small dogs. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay. Its close enough to make everything accessible and far enough to have a nice view and in a quiet area. Thanks Christie, we hope to stay with you again.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Cottage at Sylva!! Cara was an amazing host, and we were so grateful to be able to stay there! We loved that it was dog-friendly, and there’s so much fun stuff to do just minutes away. Great experience!!

We loved this cottage and couldn’t have asked for a better location right off the Pigeon Forge strip. The access to the Smokey Mountains Nat’l Park is just a short drive away. Ron did an excellent job with recommendations and went the extra mile for my family. Thank you!

This was without a doubt my favorite place I have stayed! The house was perfectly private, had lots to do inside, and was so close to many of my favorite hiking spots. Hannah was so responsive and proactive and definitely made me feel at home. I will definitely come back!

The schoolhouse cottage was just perfect for my family of four for our Dollywood Christmas vacation and exploring surrounding areas. So close to all of the fun festivities to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & Sevierville!! perfect for us, great location, and we felt at home. Host was super responsive as well. Highly recommend!!

Definitely stay here if you get the chance. The home was very secluded from everything but nature. We enjoyed our stay at the house so much. We rented the house to take our children and grand children to the Polar Express, but honestly after the ride on Friday night we came back to the house and rested, and enjoyed each other’s company. Like I said it is cozy, spacious and has all of the amenities that you need. Also, the Alarka Creek runs behind the house and it was beautiful sounding. We didn’t venture down to the creek because it was just too cold. I would love to go back during the summer, take groceries and just forget about the “real world” for a while. In this serene and peaceful home it could be done.

The cottage was amazing, had everything we needed and more for our trip. It was very clean and cozy. I would recommend it to anyone else.

Nice, clean, peaceful, private, relaxing, and as described, except for internet. I did log onto the house wifi. The wifi was not connected to the internet. I had less than one bar of cell service. There was a wired land line phone on the wall, which had no dial tone. There were many notes with help phone numbers, but no way to call. Because I was seeking a quiet retreat, I did not mind this.

this place is gem! cozy, warm, inviting, peaceful, relaxing, private. , accommodations right out of a magazine! would love to move this or build this in my back yard to decompress on weekends after a long week! Sandra responds quickly and is very thorough, the complete package. Maryville has great coffee shops, restaurants, antique shops, and surrounding parks, trails and smokey mtns ! a nice getaway, away from the chaos of big city congestion

David & Deanna were very quick to respond, especially when I booked at the last minute. The house was a perfect weekend getaway, 5 stars all around!

Lisa’s spot was an excellent location. It was very close to all our planned activities in Gatlinburg. She was very communicative and helpful when we had any questions. We encountered traveling in snow for the first time and Lisa sent over salt to dissolve the snow in the driveway. Overall, the stay was fantastic, I highly recommend her place.

Ethan’s cottage was a beautiful location and the home was lovely on the inside, just like the pictures. Easy instructions for self check-in. Would highly recommend this home for a stay in this beautiful mountain town.

We had such a wonderful stay in Chad’s cabin. It was within an hour of Sevierville, where we were celebrating New Year’s. Chad’s place was very cozy, clean, and had beautiful surroundings. Chad was easy to reach if we needed anything, but the cabin was so well-stocked that we did not need much! I would recommend this to anybody in the area.
