We had a wonderful stay! Great location that is close to many things to do in the area. Unit was very clean, spacious, & had everything one could need. Quiet and peaceful with a nice balcony looking over the river. Thank you for sharing your space!

This is the most peaceful spot. The walking path is right out your front door and there’s a great 2 1/2 mile loop all the way around the lake. Historic downtown Waynesville is nearby, as is Maggie Valley. The best part is how perfectly appointed the apartment is. They have thought of absolutely everything! It felt like being home without the nagging chores. 😊

The views were beautiful and the property was very pleasing!

What a lovely stay! We really enjoyed making a fire and cooking by the river. Such an awesome location and only a mile from the Nantahala Outdoor Center. I’d highly recommend Donnie’s stay to anyone looking for a private get away in the mountains. We will definitely stay again.

This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, cozy places we have ever stayed. Our only regret was only staying one night. There was plenty of room for 3 of us, the view from the balcony was fabulous. The water running from the river down below, and the stars up above. It was perfect. The internet worked and we were able to keep up with business, but there was no tv, and that was perfect. We definitely want to come back when we can stay for a few days, cook out on the grill, and do more hikes in the area. Monisha was very easy to communicate and gave us ideas for dinner and breakfast.

This place is a gem on the river in Knoxville. The view is beautiful, especially at night with the bridge all lit up. I walked, and I walked, and I walked…. There are restaurants and coffee shops everywhere and it is very close to downtown. It’s in a really cool historic building and we really enjoyed it. It was wonderful from start to finish!

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

We had an amazing time at loriel and Adam’s place. While the weather was windy/cold and we lost power for a few hours due to weather, the views were breathtaking. The house was only steps from a beautiful walking trail around the lake, and only minutes from shopping/restaurants in Waynesville. Even under these circumstances, loriel and Adam were very communicative. Highly recommend this place!

The cabin was very peaceful and beautiful sitting on Alarka Creek. The private dock was easily accessible with pontoon. We had a week long fishing trip/vacation and it was an amazing time with my family. I will say if your driving a truck pulling a boat it is accessible but it can be very tight. I have a crew cab long bed chevy pickup pulling a 21 poontoon. I got in and turned around and backed down the private boat ramp but it was extremely tight. It takes some very strategic maneuvering to do it. So yes it can be done with a truck and trailer that long. The water was down a little so the water was too shallow to lift the pontoon off the trailer so i had to go Alarka Creek boat ramp to put the boat in the water.

It was the perfect place for a family gathering after Christmas at one of our favorite places. Only wished we could have stayed longer. We’d stay there again.

The place is exactly as described. Very close to WCU and worked out great during move in day. Relaxing place to stay.

The place was lovely. We had a great time. The kids really enjoyed all the available games (and hot tub) on site. We had a group of 7 which was comfortable however wouldnt recommend more as the home is on the more quaint side. The view was unmatched and being at the end of the street gave such a sense of privacy. While the home is "off the beaten path" the additional time needed to get there from the attractions were well worth it. The home had everything needed for our stay which was such a relief when it came to packing. I would recommend the home to anyone looking to stay in the area but would like some privacy and easy access to the lake. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Could probably use a different cleaning crew. However, the place was lovely! Location great, property, beautiful & peaceful. The beds were great, clean, & plentiful. The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating, & friendly. Even the lake itself was larger & more beautiful than I expected. I would definitely stay there again.

Amy & Brett's home was a wonderful place to stay. It was super clean and had a lovely scent when we walked in. The bath towels were big and fluffy- unlike some places that give you cheap scratchy towels that mostly function as squeegees. Obviously, the river view was the star. It is beautiful. The sound is just the best white noise you can ask for. The location of the house is also worth mentioning. It is close enough to be super convenient, but away enough to not feel like you are in the hubbub.

Beautiful, inviting river house with all the cozy comforts one could want. This river house offers ample sleeping arrangements in beautifully decorated rooms. The living space has a comfortable couch next to a large fireplace. This was the perfect setting to lose multiple games of Uno to my daughter. This property was convenient, as we had a fishing charter set for 7:30am on the banks of the river through the host’s family. Fontana Guides has provided my family of four an incredible day wading in the river and catching trout for multiple years. It’s a perfect duo.

I rented this for my Mom’s 70th bday girls trip & we all LOVED it! The ladies played in the gameroom, were in the hot tub, & had no complaints with their bedrooms which says a lot being that they were part of the ‘seasoned’ age range & are very particular. Alicia was very responsive when the wine fridge went out & brought us a chilled bottle of champagne for our birthday breakfast mimosas. Plus this place was literally two turns away from the exit & was so easy to find. You are right on the lake with beautiful peaceful views but just about 30 mins away from the action at Pigeon Forge. I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation! Thank you Alicia for making my Momma’s birthday such a memorable one 🫶🏾

I loved this place!!! Host was very nice and communicated very well. Was even helpful after I checked out of Airbnb. Will definitely be back and will forever be my go to when I’m here visiting!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara and Ed apartment. Everything was clean, the location was perfect because the traffic at the city is really heavy at least in Christmas and you can go walking from the apartment to the restaurant and the most important places in Gatlinburg, just 15 minutes walking. The beds were really comfortable and the balcony was a plus because it is a good place to relax and drink a coffee with the sound of the river. We’ll definitely be back again.

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

It was our second time to stay here. Quiet, not all the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to attractions when you want to.

I wish I had found this place sooner! Great location, easy to find, and clean. I wouldn't change one thing. From the second you walk in this place has everything you could ever need in an airbnb. Jackie is very responsive and kind. 10/10!!

The first thing I noticed was a clean smell as soon as I opened the condo door. The condo was awesome! Centrally located and so easy to check in and out. It had everthing you could want in a condo. Beds were super comfy and the Keurig hit the spot! Will definetly be staying with this host again!

Absolutely loved the location and our room! Our family of 6 was very comfortable and felt right at home 🏡

No extra blankets couch had dead roaches when we opened it to use it we had to have kids sleep on the hard cold floor, and no blanket for the couch
