Cosenza : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Maria war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl wir sehr spät eingecheckt haben! Es gab alles, was man benötigt! Maria hat uns ein schönes Frühstück zubereitet. Vielen lieben Dank für den Aufenthalt!

A great and magic place with a family and warm atmosphere run by a very friendly host. From the terrace you can admire the beautiful sunsets overlooking the sea while eating a delicious dinner. There is an inhouse restaurant specializing in seafood dishes, which opens every evening. To the city center and the beach in Falerna approx. 20 minutes on foot. The whole family was very open, helpful and hospitable. Despite not knowing the Italian language, communication was without major problems. Thank you Antonio and family for such a warm welcome. Really recommend this place 🙌❤️

Marta e Nicodemo sono davvero due ottimi host! Con il mio compagno, li abbiamo contattati ad inizio luglio e, fin da subito, si sono dimostrati super cordiali e professionali. Hanno curato ogni minimo dettaglio per garantirci un ottimo soggiorno presso "Conchiglia blu". Le comunicazioni sono state sempre esaurienti e rapide; la stanza era impeccabile, sia per la pulizia, che per gli arredi; a sorpresa, ci hanno fatto trovare tutto il necessario per fare le colazioni (latte, succhi, merende di vario genere, e così via). Per ultimo, ma non di meno valore, una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima: "Conchiglia blu" si trova fra Squillace Lido e Soverato, nonché a pochissima distanza da tutte le spiagge più belle della Costa degli Aranci (mai più di 10 minuti di macchina). A piedi, con 2, massimo 5 minuti di camminata, si raggiungono le Vasche di Cassiodoro e le spiagge di Torrazzo e il Bilbò. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarli!

Pasqualina è molto cordiale, spiega ogni cosa dell alloggio, ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio e disponibile per ogni Tua richiesta. Alloggio pulitissimo, funzionale adatto anche per una vacanza famigliare per vedere le belle spiagge calabresi.

Penso che questa struttura, insieme alla sua Host, meritino un premio per tutto. Dalla pulizia impeccabile,alla gentilezza della proprietaria, alla piscina, e la struttura in generale. Forse non ci siamo mai trovati bene da nessuna parte,come in questo posto. Relax, pace, natura ed armonia, la fanno da padrona. Complimenti.

Amazing place with everything you need! Really close to the beach but I’d recommend it more to people with a car because public transport services is not very frequent there.

This bed and breakfast is a real gem! The rooms are spacious and clean, with lovely extra's (like the shoe cleaning kit, mini fridge, and shampoo and body wash in the bathroom). The breakfast room is bright, sunny and offers a stunning view of the mountains. Angelo was a bubbly and attentive host and went out of his way to ensure our every need was met. Breakfast was delicious and included home-baked goods and preserves, made by Angelo's mother. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for warm, Italian hospitality.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la Residenza del marchesato soltanto per due notti ma ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Tonino e Romina sono stati molto ospitali ed attenti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Al mattino abbiamo avuto l'occasione di gustare, oltre ad un ottimo caffè e ad un delizioso cornetto, anche fichi ed uva appena colti nei dintorni. Insuperabile. L'abbondante colazione ricca di prodotti dolci e salati ha soddisfatto sia i gusti all'italiana sia quelli stranieri. La stanza ed il bagno molto spaziosi, pulizia impeccabile e letto confortevole. Al di fuori una graziosa piscina pulita ed igienizzata giornalmente e ombrelloni sdraio e lettini a disposizione degli ospiti; il tutto circondato da alberi da frutto. Tonino ci ha fornito numerose informazioni riguardo cosa visitare nei dintorni. Assolutamente consigliato alloggiare presso questa struttura sia durante il periodo estivo per la vicinanze alla costa, sia durante i periodi autunnale e invernale in occasione delle manifestazioni nei dintorni come: la festa del cioccolato, la sagra della castagna e quella dei funghi. Questa residenza è un piccolo angolo di paradiso a poco meno di 10 km dalla movida Cosentina e un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Sila. Perfect place if you need to stay close to the train station or airport. I took a 5 min shuttle from the airport and the room is across the street from the train station. It’s a beautiful designed room in an apartment building. The bathroom is super relaxing after a day of traveling!

Che dire ! Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questa tipica località calabrese dove siamo stati caldamente ospitati da Ernesto, una persona squisita e super disponibile. La struttura ci ha particolarmente colpito in quanto spaziosa, accogliente e profumata. Un punto in più alla colazione, che Ernesto si è affettuosamente prodigato a servici… insomma, è andata meglio del previsto, nonostante il tempaccio! Sicuramente da rifare, consigliatissimo!

This villa is exceptional and was the highlight of our stay in Calabria. Located in a small, historic village overlooking the ocean, it offered wonderful accommodation and was close to restaurants and local stores with larger centres only a short drive away. Maria Teresa was a perfect and charming host who exceeded every one of our expectations. She was a fount of local knowledge and excellent advice and took painstaking care to ensure that we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Maria Teresa's restaurant was superb, serving a range of outstanding, traditional dishes that we all thoroughly enjoyed. It too is very highly recommended. In summary, Maria Teresa's villa was well worth every penny we spent and we give it our highest recommendation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We stayed with Vincenzo three times during our travels in Calabria. It was our "home base" and we loved that he had a restaurant that we could have supper at so that we did not have to leave the premises when we did not feel like it. Loved the view of the ocean in the distance and the mountains on the other side. Beautiful olive groves surrounding the area. We would definitely return.
