Violeta’s property was perfect for our two week January winter sun holiday. The apartment is within a complex where we were able to use the pools, sun loungers and gym. The apartment itself is light, nicely decorated and well equipped - it was perfect for the two of us and it was great to have the patio area. The apartment is less than a five minute walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops, yet it’s quiet and peaceful. Communication with Violeta was always easy and she responded quickly to any messages I sent. The check-in process was very easy and was arranged at our convenience. Guests with mobility problems might like to note that there is an external staircase up to the apartment. Overall I was very happy with our stay in Violeta’s apartment and would happily stay there again.

One of the best apartments we've stayed at in Costa Adeje. Comfortable, quiet, clean, perfectly equipped and beautifully decorated with a fabulous view to the ocean. Fantastic location - beaches and seaside walks are just some steps from the apartment. Communication with Evelyn was superb, prompt and easy. Great stay, highly recommended.

Perfect location if you want to be near the beach but also shops and restaurants. Nice outdoor space and calm in the evening time as the apartment is not in the same building with any restaurants/bars. There is a great pool area with some waterslides for the small kids. Apartment was well equipped and there were nice blankets and pillows. Also great to have some oil, coffee and spices for cooking. Loved that the apartment comes with dishwasher and washing machine! Would definitely recommend and come back!

Fabulous, well equipped apartment in a clean and very secure complex. Bed linen and towels changed by the host after the first of our two week stay. Sun on the substantial balcony from midday to sunset (in February). Ideal site for walking to Porto Colon Harbour, the front and to Costa Adeje & Playa de Las Americas. Accomodating hosts and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks to all concerned.

Het verblijf was ideaal om samen met mijn zoon een paar dagen de regio te verkennen. Compact, maar gezellig, het heeft al het nodige dat te verwachten is. Goede en vlotte communicatie via GSM met antwoorden in geval van vragen. De parking nabij is gratis en heel goed. Het was wel wat zoeken om een plaats, maar na wat rondrijden vonden we steeds iets een locatie om aan te raden

Vanessa was very responsive to our inquiry. Her place was easy to find and very clean. She is a very helpful.l host. She was knowledgeable about the sites to visit and how to get there. We can definitely recommend staying with her.

What a great place to stay! We stayed at Lucia's place for 10 days and loved it. The apartment is great, clean and spacious for our three year old. The apartment has everything you need for kids- toys, bucket and spades, scooter, plates, cups etc. Lucia was great before we came out with communication and met us as the place in the evening when we arrived to show us around. Thank you so much Lucia!! We will be back!

We spent a fantastic month in this apartment! Everything was in perfect order, well maintained and equipped with all necessary facilities. The location could not be better: within walking distance of the beautiful beach of Fañabé & Playa del Duque and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The spacious terrace with sea view was an absolute added value - the ideal place to relax and enjoy the many beautiful sunsets. What really made our experience extraordinary was the host Filipe. He is without a doubt the best we have ever had - attentive, helpful and always available when needed. A host beyond category! Thank you very much Felipe! In short, an absolute must for anyone looking for a carefree and comfortable holiday on the coast. We would love to come back!

Günays Apartment liegt in einer äußerst gepflegten Wohnanlage und hat unsere hohen Ansprüche an Sauberkeit vollkommen erfüllt. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der umfassenden Ausstattung: Neben einer großen Auswahl an Hand- und Badetüchern gab es auch zahlreiche Küchenutensilien, einen Geschirrspüler und sogar einen Staubsauger. Die ruhige Lage abseits der Touristenzentren hat uns sehr gefallen, trotzdem waren einige Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben schon in vielen Airbnbs auf Teneriffa gewohnt, aber dieses Apartment hat in puncto Sauberkeit und Ausstattung unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Günay für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

The apartment location was fantastic.. bars and restaurants close by . The apartment was as described. With a great view of the sea over looking Los Cristianos. Wonderful stay. Spotless, pleny of space within the apartment. communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend Rittas apartment to anyone. Chris

Marias apartment was in the perfect location for enjoying all Costa Adeje and the rest of the resort has on its doorstep. The apartment had everything we needed and more for our stay and was extremely peaceful. The television had access to all streaming channels which was great for evenings in and the wifi was excellent. All communication with Maria was prompt and very helpful. You will not be disappointed if you have the pleasure of visiting Marias apartment.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The outdoor space is fantastic and gets the sun for most of the day. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The area is really quiet particularly at night which, for us, was worth the 20/25 minute walk back up the hill from the main resort where there are loads of restaurants and bars. Cameron was super friendly, responsive and helpful giving us information about what was going on in the area whilst we were there. We would recommend his apartment without hesitation and would stay again if we were returning to the resort. Thanks for a great stay Cameron.

although the apartment was lovely it could do with a paint just overtime it has become a bit tired...but that view from terrace is amazing

En la casa de Eva María nos encontramos como en nuestra casa. Es muy amplia y para ir con niños es genial! Muy recomendable!

We had a lovely stay a Silvia’s place . Everything that we needed was provided and questions were answered promptly . It was quite a long walk to the beach and restaurants but we got used to it and the taxis were cheap . It also meant that it was quieter where we were . All in all , we had a very good holiday . A modern, stylish, spotless apartment in a quiet location with lovely views. Arico Viejo itself is a quiet and friendly village with a small supermarket, a couple of bars, a petrol station and a pharmacy. The local people were friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for beaches and the sometimes clearer weather at the coast, it's a shortish drive. Peaceful. Recommended.

świetna baza wypadowa na całą wyspę. miło było odwiedzić Candelarię ponownie i poczuć odrobinę nostalgi. mieszkanie czyste spokojne, łóżka tak niesamowicie wygodne że spałem jak zabity mimo że mam problemy ze spaniem. mogę tylko szczerze polecić to miejsce bo to perełka, urządzona w sposób niesamowicie wysublimowany i z dobrym smakiem, wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne. Dziękuję, pobyt był przyjemnością

Great for a large family with plenty of rooms/beds

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans la finca de Katharina! Hôte très accueillante, avec des facilités de communication, avant l’arrivée et tout au long du séjour. Nous avons également apprécié les attentions à notre arrivée (boissons d’accueil et chapiteau avec jouets pour notre bébé de 1 an). Si vous êtes en quête de dépaysement et de calme, je recommande à 100%. La vue est également superbe! Merci pour tout, Katharina. Au plaisir de vous avoir rencontrée et d’avoir séjourné chez vous.

Monica and Luis were fantastic hosts. Very communicative from the outset. The house was exactly as described. We loved the location, very peaceful, but still within easy walking distance to all the restaurants and facilities in Siam Mall. House was lovely and just like the pictures. We would definitley stay here again, or another property managed by Monica and Luis.
