Costa Blanca : locations de vacances avec lit PMR

Roberto is a great host, always answered to any queries in a quick manner. The location of the apartment is perfect, only a couple of minutes from the main promenade. In February the terrace is well lit by sun making it the oerfect place for breakfasts.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y olía genial al llegar. Las habitaciones son amplias y la terraza es genial, la hemos disfrutado mucho. La piscina y la zona en general es tranquila y está bien ubicada, a 5 minutos de la playa y con varios supermercados cercanos tanto en coche como caminando. Además la atención de Nuria fue muy buena durante la estancia. Repetiremos ☺️

great place and great host. we stayed for 5 weeks and there were two challenges: - there's a washing machine but no dryer. this would be fine anytime but the winter, but in the winter it's really a challenge to get clothing dry. (this was clearly described in the listing and is completely the norm in this part of Spain. so zero fault of the owner, but thought this was helpful info for future guests) - there is limited capacity of the electric system. as long term guests there were days when we wanted to make food, do laundry, do dishes etc. and this was not possible at the same time. for a specific example - I could not use 2 cooktop burners and the oven at the same time despite turning off everything else I could. overall though it's a great place and Rafael is great host. he was super responsive and happy to help when needed.

Great apartment. Great host. Happy to help when the construction workers cut the water pipe so had to turn off the electric and water. Not the hostess fault as the whole building was effected. The apartment next door was having a major refit so that was very noisy for a few days, along with the road construction workers, their music and equipment. We love the apartment and it's position and outlook. We will be back later this year or next year if Maria is happy to have us. Maria offered help when we needed it. Plenty of hot water! Very comfortable, lots of seating inside and out. Thank you 😃

Es war alles so gut wie erwartet. Zuverlässige Kommunikation, persönlicher Empfang beim Check In, Schnelle Beantwortung von Fragen, dabei immer äußerst freundlich. Sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam fanden wir die Geburtstagsgrüsse an meine Frau während des Aufenthalts. Ich werde die Unterkunft bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Alicante wieder in Erwägung ziehen. Vielen Dank an Heribert und Gabriel

Our whole family (six people) was very satisfied with the vacation in this beautiful house. Beautiful view from the balcony on the sea at any time of day. Everything corresponds to the description. We were very happy to have two sun umbrellas and three folding chairs for the beach and even a wave board! Lots of good and funcional dishes. There is everything you could possibly need. Close proximity to stores. Inma, a very welcoming and helpful host! She helped every step of the way from the beginning of our arrival at the Valencia train station! She helped us buy train tickets and book a cab in Cullera. She answered every question quickly and was always very helpful. This kind of care is rare to find. We are very grateful for her help! I hope we can come again.

Olin viisi viikkoa äitini kanssa ja olimme erittäin tytyväisiä María Cristina ja Morten olivat aivan ihania. He olivat vastassa, vaikka myöhästyimme sovitusta saapumis ajasta. Saimme opastuksen asunon koneisiin ja kaikkiin asioihin asunnossa. Asunto oli hyvällä paikalla lähellä keskustaa sekä Curan ja Locon rantaa. Äitini on vaikea liikkua, joten kuljimme paljon linja-autolla pysäkit olivat lähellä. Lähin kauppa oli nurkan takana. Sain isäntäpariskuntaan aina yhteyden nopeasti Airbnb sovelluksen kautta, sekä soittamalla. Asunto oli hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Kiitos.

Maria's home in Cartagena is super clean, very spacious, and elegant! It exceeded our high expectations. The bed and all the furniture were very comfortable and the home was nicely decorated. We slept so well in this house which was a blessing as we were tired from the rest of our visits in Spain. We loved our visit to Cartagena which was during the 3 Kings celebration and staying in this home made us feel like a King. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms were very modern. The location of this apartment is perfect being sandwiched between the waterfront and the historic downtown. Everything was just a short walk and the square in front of the home is also fun. Maria is a wonderful communicator, and we hope one day to return to Cartagena. The City put on a wonderful 3 Kings parade which made our time in Cartagena both joyous and magical. I hope we get to stay in Maria's home again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great to be back in this familiar area again. The villa felt spacious and well appointed. Outdoor areas were very well maintained. There was plenty of space to enjoy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tom’s agent Michael was very responsive. The associated car hire from Gray’s worked very well with the pick up and drop off at the airport.

Fuimos para una noche y el apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Había de todo lo necesario y Silvia y Javier muy amables desde un primer momento y muy atentos.

Apartment spacious with great balcony. Great location for visiting the old town and the seafront. Apartment has good views and aspect, sunrise's great for early risers. Great choice of eating places and transportation on the train and local buses. Steps down to the seafront are precarious if your elderly.

We spent 4 nights at Felipe's apartment, very spacious and had absolutely everything needed for us, the grandparents and 2 grandaughters, quiet, clean neighbourhood and 5/10 min walk to all the bars, restaurants and a gorgeous sandy beach, bus stop at bottom of road, we rate very high and if we go to that part of Spain again we will definitely stay again!

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este piso. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, lo cual hizo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos desde el primer momento. La ubicación era perfecta y el apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveríamos.

Muy bien ubicada. Si vas con niños es ideal porque no hay que coger coche para ir a la playa. La piscina también la disfrutaron mucho.

The welcome was extremely friendly and the apartment was bigger than it looked on photos. Great location a short walk to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants and shops. The property had a rooftop pool with great views of the castle.

This was the best stay on airbandb it ticked all the boxes for me the apartment was beautiful near all amenities and i relly enjoyed the swimming pool the apartment was very clean and spacous all you need for a holiday in Alacante

We couldn't give cleanliness a 5-star review because of old toast left in the bread basket and toaster, and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. We had to clean it, an oversight on the cleaner’s part that I'm sure Tomas will take care of in the future. Other than that, everything was clean and lovely. There are the owners' clothes in the closets and drawers, which should be mentioned, but there was plenty of space in my room during this stay. We enjoyed the home and its location, and Tomas did everything he could to make our stay pleasant. His dad took care of us very well when we needed something. Gracias!

Die Wohnung war super und hat uns gut gefallen. Das nächste mal würden wir sie wieder buchen. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat wäre eine Kaffeemaschine da die nicht vorhanden war sonst war alles super

Apartamento bien ubicado en Denia, en una zona muy tranquila y fácil acceso a la playa. Es cómodo, se corresponde con las fotos publicadas y está bien equipado, sobre todo en lo que se refiere a vajilla y menaje. Nos han dado total facilidad para la entrada al apartamento y la persona que nos recibió nos explicó todo perfectamente y nos dio recomendaciones sobre restaurantes y zonas para visitar. La comunicación con Richard ha sido fluida y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en el apartamento. Totalmente recomendable.
