La casa è bellissima e funzionale, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Victoria, che parla un italiano perfetto, è una host attenta e sempre disponibile a dare suggerimenti e a soddisfare ogni richiesta , il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La casa corrisponde alle foto anche se è impossibile con le immagini descrivere la sensazione di pace e relax che regala. La nostra vacanza qui è stata bellissima, consiglio sinceramente questo angolo di paradiso.

It was a great family stay. The house is perfectly located very close to the sea (around a few minutes' walk) and Liddle supermarket (around 1 minute walk), so you don’t need a car at all to enjoy your stay. Roxana and Alex, who guided us during our stay, were excellent and helped us a lot. Roxana also helped us organize a transfer to airport. I am highly recommend this place to stay.

Hemos estado en la casa de Brigitte mi familia y yo, fue una estancia estupenda. Yolanda la que cuida de la finca siempre pendiente y amable, muy flexible en la hora de entrada, la casa muy cómoda. Lo único que falta es un aire acondicionado pues hace mucho calor, pero en el anuncio no ponía aire acondicionado así que no fuimos engañados, solo comentó para mejorar la finca ya que es espectacular en todo. Además las playas y el pueblo magnífico de bonito y tiene todo que necesitamos para unas vacaciones muy buenas. Muchas gracias Brigitte y Yolanda por todo, lo recomiendo seguro.

Espectacular alojamiento, para desconectar y encontrarte con la naturaleza. Las vistas son impresionantes. Buena limpieza y cuidado del apartamento. Las indicaciones del anfitrión son claras y fáciles para encontrar el apartamento. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Ich möchte mich noch einmal für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch bedanken. Die Organisation war super – alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Ein echtes Highlight war die Nähe zum Strand! Es war unglaublich schön, morgens schnell am Meer zu sein und die frische Brise zu genießen. Das hat unseren Urlaub wirklich perfekt gemacht. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße Pascal

Superbe séjour. La maison était vraiment bien. Lits et oreillers très confortables et tout était très propre. Endroit tranquille, la terrasse sur le toit était bien agréable. Nous avons cherché un peu l’endroit parce qu’on se fiait à Google Map. En lisant les instructions de l’hôte, c’était plus clair. Nous avons eu de bonnes suggestions de restos et l’hôte était très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. J’ai adoré! Je recommande.

We spent a very nice time in this villa. It is located in a private and quite area in front of the see. The house has everything we needed for a little baby, it matches the photos and description. Walking distance (10 min) from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend this apartment

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen; sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet; alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Und sehr bequeme Matratzen; wir haben sehr gut dort geschlafen. Auch der Außenbereich ist groß und sehr schön, man kann sogar das eigene Auto auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig in angenehmer und sicherer Nachbarschaft, Lidl-Supermarkt und Meer sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Jakub ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war super und schnell und er hatte uns bei der Ankunft schon erwartet und uns alles im Haus gezeigt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass wir uns auch während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit an ihn hätten wenden können, wenn wir etwas gebraucht hätten. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt!!!

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Stayed at this villa in August 2024 and have to say, it has everything you’ll need for a nice and peaceful break. The pool was excellent as was the whole accommodation which was bigger than we thought and the website photos don’t do it justice as it was all amazing! Communication up to the holiday and check in was so easy and even though our arrival was after midnight we were met at the property as promised. You might want to hire a car, or taxi if you want to go to the beach and busier nightlife, although we were happy to be at the villa most days, it was so comfortable. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away which was perfect and had everything we needed. We were 4 adults and 3 children and had loads of room, with this villa having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect! I’d definitely recommend this villa as it is nice and quiet just away from busy areas and a chance to relax and unwind.

We arrived later in the evening and easily picked up the keys from a lockbox, following straightforward instructions that made our entry into the property hassle-free. The property itself was fantastic—extremely clean and well-equipped for meal preparation. This was a welcome change, as we often encounter rentals with minimal supplies and end up buying items we leave behind. Having a private pool was a real treat. Although it wasn’t heated, that wasn’t an issue at all. A friendly pool service came twice during our 10-day stay to keep it clean. There was also a washing machine, along with a drying rack and several lines for hanging laundry, which made it easy to pack light. We appreciated the ample street parking, often finding spaces right outside our unit. Additionally, there were plenty of grocery stores nearby, some even within walking distance, along with a variety of charming cafes and restaurants just a short stroll away.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful, stylish home, very well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outdoor spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach, restaurants and a little supermarket or a short drive to the town centre.

Alexander's place was perfect! We felt right at home. The house has everything you need for cooking, nice large TV, patio for outdoor dining, it's very close to a really lovely beach and all amenities, supermarkets etc...overall a fantastic stay. highly recommended....thankyou!

Loved the Villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for me and my guests. Loved the location, easy walk to La Zenia beach, Paddy's point area, Cabo Roig beach and Cabo Roig strip. Could also easily walk to La Zenia mall. Villa was clean and pool was fab. Quiet neighbourhood with parking right outside the villa gate. Would recommend!

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus. Super Lage.

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

La estancia ha sido muy buena, Maria Dolores muy atenta, responde rápido cuando se le escribe, el alojamiento tal y como lo describe en el anuncio, 100 % recomendable, buena comunicación, cerca de la playa, que por cierto muy buena, nos sentimos como en casa, si que repetiría la experiencia fantástica, muy limpio todo.

We cannot recommend Iryna’s property highly enough ! It has been our best Airbnb experience to -date ! The house is located in a lovely, quiet and beautifully maintained development with private parking , gorgeous gardens / pools etc but so close to the Arenal and everything you need . The house itself is tasteful and beautiful , fully renovated to a high standard , with a great garden area , all the creature comforts you can think of including excellent beds/ bedding /furnishings / bathroom & kitchen supplies and so many generous and lovely touches that are not normally found in many Airbnb’s . Highly recommend for a winter stay as the house is warm with heating / a fire / underfloor heating / tumble dryer etc , but a stay in the warmer months would also be fantastic . Have no hesitation in booking this house , the photos do not do it justice and the price point is excellent for the quality ! Iryna is also so friendly, helpful and has gone the extra mile to ensure a great stay !

Rosana est une hôte superbe : accueillante, serviable, flexible et de très bon conseil tout au long de notre séjour. Sa maison est un vrai paradis, avec un accès direct à la plage. De belles oranges et une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La maison était impeccable, avec une agréable odeur de linge propre. Ce fut un pur bonheur de faire sa rencontre. Je recommande fortement !

Nice little finca, quiet location, great outside space, walkable to a few local bars and restaurants, very close to the beach, bus stop right outside, regular service to Denia. plenty of secure parking, well furnished inside and out , very secure for our small dog

Una estancia estupenda. Ika siempre disponible y atenta. Fuimos dos y un perro pequeño. El espacio exterior es amplio. La casa esta junto a la playa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y a un paseo del pueblo. Solo echamos en falta una pequeña puerta en la valla del jardín, aunque no hay peligro ya que la urbanización es cerrada.

Nous avons séjourné entre amis (10) 8 jours chez Danny et tout s’est très bien passé. La maison est extrêmement bien située au bord de l’eau, à 2 pas d’un excellent restaurant « la paillote », une maison très agréable pour les vacances. L’extérieur reste à améliorer notamment pour avoir des zones d’ombres ( les travaux démarrent en septembre) mais très sincèrement nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Chaque chambre possède sa SDB, une cuisine à l’étage, une cuisine au RDC, tout est très pratique même si nous avons passé tout notre temps dehors, le confort et la décoration intérieure étaient au Rendez-vous. Danny a été très agréable, très réactive et à l’écoute, nous recommandons cette maison et sa vue sur la mer tout simplement magique. Merci Danny.
