Costa Blanca : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Un piso ideal para ir en familia y con niños. La casa muy completa y cómoda. La urbanización con dos áreas de piscina y parque infantil. Frente a la urbanización estaba la playa. Nos ha encantado, queremos volver.

We have just returned from a wonderful 10-night stay here and can honestly say that this is the most perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday. There are 6 adults and 2 young children in our family and we all had the best time. The outside space is fantastic, with lots of areas to sit and relax. The pool is large and great to cool down in, and the ping pong table and boules area are great additions which we loved to play each day. The kitchen has everything you need and more, and the extra fridge in the utility room was very handy. It’s only a 15-20 min walk into Moraira, and the sun loungers on the beach there are around 10 euros each. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby (around 5 mins by foot) - we recommend the food at The Food Bar, Cabana Bar, and Algas. The Masymas supermarket is a short drive away, but you can also walk to it. And there is an Aldi a little further away by car, too. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return in the future. Thank you, Karine.

Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat, gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Alles war tip top. Der Ausblick und die Lage waren grandios mit täglichem Sonnenaufgang. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100 Prozent weiter. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Michaela und Dieter

Alex is such a fantastic host. We simply loved our stay and couldn't recommend this listing more. We ended up extending our stay. If it's available, grab it! This place stands out because it's way more than you could expect for the price that you pay. What we loved: the view, the brand new apartment, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen with all the supplies and utensils needed, breakfast with a view on the balcony, pool, children's playground, private parking, location (not a lot of buildings nearby and beach is not packed)! Thanks so much for everything. Looking forward to returning.

A well appointed apartment. As described, very close to the beach. It is in a residential area, quiet and peacefull. Easy connection with Alicante, El Campello by bus or tram. Good onsite parking. Highly recommended.

Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

El Apartamento es muy funcional, una terraza estupenda y un aire acondicionado muy bueno, la piscina no estaba saturada, las camas cómodas, la almuada era pésima, aunque luego vimos que había otro par de ellas en el armario, habia poco menaje, no había tijeras, ni filtro para la cafetera, aunque lo que había estaba muy nuevo, el lavavajillas tenía la puerta rota y no abría del todo, la playa está a 10 minutos, pero se hace duro por la cuesta que hay, por el calor y la humedad

Nous avons passé 5 jours tres agréables pas loin dune jolie plage, a quelques kilomètres de Alicante. La maison est jolie, moderne avec une grande piscine. Instruction claire et Nicole est tres réactive. Je recommande

Lovely apartment with a great terrace and very well equipped. There are some local restaurants and a Spar supermarket nearby. The terrace has the sun for most of the day, it is south east facing losing the sun by late afternoon about 5 pm. The apartment is on the 2nd floor enjoying great sea views and very close to the beach, one thing to note is that there isn’t a lift. Marine very helpfully carried my luggage up the stairs for me ( thank you!) We didn’t use the pool, we would have sun bathed there but there weren’t any loungers out. It is possible to walk down to the marina but it is a good 25 to 30 minute walk, there is a bus service but outside of July and August it only runs every 2 hours, we also found it hard to get taxis in the town and there was no Uber in the area. We did sample the local restaurants and all were very good.

We had an amazing time. Steph's apartment was lovely and clean and we felt at home from day one. Steph was easy to get hold of, replied back stright away to any questions i had for her. We will definitely be returning again very soon.

L'appartement de Frédéric est très bien. Vue très agréable sur les palmiers. Terrasse pour dîner parfaite Logement propre. Superbe piscine avec un charmant bar attenant où l'on y mange très bien Il ne nous a pas été facile de trouver l'appartement car sur Airbnb l'adresse n'est pas complète. Heureusement que Rosy est très réactive et nous a bien aidé. Un grand merci pour sa gentillesse

We enjoyed staying in Maxime's place over the Christmas holidays with our family! Thank you very much for the hospitality. The house was perfect for us with close proximity to the beach. Maxime's sister Annie made a great effort in welcoming us and decorating the house with a lot of attention for detail. Highly recommended!

The apartment was exactly as described and they messaged twice during our 9 night stay to make sure everything was ok. The apartment was very clean and all bedding and towels required was exactly as described.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish even tho we had to leave at 3;45am we still had a check out in person. There is everything that you can think of that you may need and More… I am sad to say that I spent at least an hour thinking of stuff that they may not have. Thought I had found something (egg cups) that was missing and lo and behold they were in one of the drawers. So helpful as on recent visits to Spain I have had to buy tin foil/cling film but NOT this time. It was all here. The spices and condiments in the little cupboard above the cooker was great as we were a long stayer so cooking was on the agenda🙃🙃 our host was very responsive and helpful every time we contacted her and we really appreciated it as we rocked up about 8hrs before we should but were welcomed with open arms. What a great host, lovely place (with friendly neighbours) and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for helping us to have a great extended holiday.

3 Erwachsene und ein Kind - Einfach genial! Klimaanlage überall, genial! Aussicht TOP! Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme vorhanden! Küche komplett! Alles sauber! Komfortable Betten! Garage vorhanden, ideal für die Gegend! Das beste war die Kommunikation mit den Gasgebern. Sie sind sehr offen und hilfsbereit. Besten Dank, wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Vielleicht schon im selben Jahr…

La location en vrai est mieux qu'en photo. Nous avons choisi cette location par hasard et nous avons été conquis. L'appartement est propre et parfaitement équipés. Le grand balcon permet de dîner dehors en famille. Les infrastructures communes (piscines) sont biens. Communication facile, la personne sur place parle également français. A quelques pas de la plage d'un petit supermarché et restaurants. La voiture est nécessaire pour rejoindre les villes et centres commerciaux alentours. Station familiale si vous n'aimez la foule de Alicante ou Benidorm choisissez Pilar de Horadada ❤️

Vi hadde eit fantastisk opphold i Santa Pola i 16 dager. Rolig plass vis en vil unna masseturisme. Mange ting å utforske. Vi valgte denne flotte leiligheten utifra anmeldelser den har fått. Alt stemmer. Den har en fantastisk utsikt innenfra og utenfra på terrassen. Sol fra tidlig på dag. Veldig bra utstyrt og fint dekorert. Føler seg hjemme med en gang. Kort vei til alt. Veldig hyggelig mottakelse og hjelp da vi ankom og da vi reiste derfra. Tusen takk for denne gang.

tres bonne location calme avec petit dejeuner tout les jours sur le balcon promenade le soir sur le bord de mer tres calme piscine au top...beaucoup de visite.. le propritaire a l écoute et tres joignable. je recommande cette location.

Rosa mindent megtesz, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. Extra kérést is teljesít. Az apartman felújított, tiszta, otthonos, sokkal szebb, mint a képeken. Sok mindennel felszserelt. Sajnos az áramfogyasztás limitált, így télen meg kell gondolni, mikor melyik gépet, radiátort használjuk. A teraszra süt a Nap. Mindenképp ajánlott szálláshely. Máskor is örömmel megyek Rosahoz. Jól éreztük magunkat. Köszönjük.
