Costa Blanca : location de maisons de vacances

This was our first experience of an Air b&b. The experience is one we would love to repeat. Pedro the host was extremely helpful and communicated quickly and without fuss. We were given very good instructions on where to park and how to gain entry to the flat. The method of entry was simple but SECURE and easy to use. The flat was very well furnished. The kitchen was clean, tidy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and quiet. Both bathrooms were sizeable and fresh. Both balconies provided great views. There are some great walks along the promenade to the near by marina where there were some fine restaurants. The was a local supermarket within walking distance that was very well stocked.

Desde que llegamos hasta que entregamos el apto, todo fluyó de manera positiva. Un excelente servicio de parte de Anne y Cécile, recomendado al 100%. Nos encantó la ubicación, la distribución del apto y el trato recibido.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment. The apartment was not only beautiful but also conveniently located. It was just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it easy for us to explore the main attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the town. Moreover, the beach was also within walking distance, which was a major highlight for us. It allowed us to spend some relaxing days by the sea without the need for long commutes. The apartment's aesthetics and its proximity to both the town square and the beach made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and well-located accommodation.

The apartment itself is beautiful and exactly like the photos and was spotlessly clean. The view of the sea from the terrace was beautiful and we spent many hours enjoying this. Host was super friendly, helpful and flexible with our arrival/departure which we were delighted with. The location itself is walkable to a few good local restaurants and supermarket. The beautiful old town of Altea is 20-25min walk, we used bus & tram to also travel local area which was needed in August heat when it was too hot to walk. Local beach is stones rather than sand (so bring water shoes) but super clear and good for snorkeling around the rocks.

la casa é perfetta per un gruppo di ragazzi, si trova in un punto perfetto perché è a 3 minuti a piedi dal lungo mare e 5 minuti dal corso dove ci sono tutti i negozi! il castello di santa barbara é raggiungibile in 15/20 minuti a piedi. Per fare serata vi consiglio "calle castaños" e la discoteca marmarela é raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. La signora é stata veramente molto gentile e ospitale.

Lo mejor las vistas del mediterráneo !!

Sissy and Diego were always so responsive to all communications. Apartment is very central with shops, restaurants and the beach close by. Apartment well equipped and very clean. We would certainly return.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. We hadden geen auto gehuurd maar er is een busstop in de buurt. Torrevieja centrum te voet is goed te doen. Strand La Mata best bus nemen. Er stonden 2 plooifietsen, hier waren we zeer tevreden mee want dit was handig voor onze dagelijkse boodschappen. 2 supermarkten redelijk dicht bij. Het zwembad was groot en zeer rustig aangezien er vele huisjes toegang hebben tot dit zwembad. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

An ideal location and appartement for staying in Calpe.

Het verblijf bij Ciprian was perfect. Op wandelafstand van de zee. Priveparking,kortom alles was super. Komen hier zeker terug!

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos, moderno y todo nuevo. Tiene todos los utensilios que puedes necesitar, si pidiera añadir algo mas seria un lavavajillas por la pereza de tener que fregar. Luis es muy atento y esta pendiente para que todo resulte perfecto. Sin duda seguro que repetiremos. Muchas gracias Luis por dejarnos compartir tu casa ha sido un placer disfrutar de ella. Esperamos volver prontito.

Very nice place. We were here for a period of 2 weeks in the winter for cycling. Great location with stunning views, and a very relaxing atmosphere. We had a rental car and found it useful as the nesrest supermarkets was a bit far for walking.

The photos don’t do this Airbnb justice! Such a beautiful house and gorgeous surroundings. The view is stunning, sea view from both bedrooms and the patio, went to sleep every night listening to the waves! Begoña was extremely helpful, providing recommendations and helping us book a taxi to the airport with very prompt answers. Very peaceful place, great to relax. Maybe a 35 min walk to El Campello town which is very doable. Right beside the tram which you can take into El Campello if you don’t want to walk, or other towns. We visited Alicante, Benidorm and Altea which were very accessible by the tram. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend!

Je vous souhaite d’avoir de belles locations avec des personnes correctes, votre logement est superbe et en prime lors de mon arrivée j’ai eu le droit tout le long de mon séjour a une petite compagnie à quatre pattes qui venait me rendre visite sur la terrasse et qui m’a fait beaucoup de bien étant seule ! j’espère que les prochains locataires apprécieront autant que moi ce petit chat qui m’a bien tenu compagnie je l’ai surnommé Mimi 🥰

Wir waren für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Oasis. Der Name ist Programm: Tolle Ausstattung und wunderschöne Dekorationen. Die Umgebung ist malerisch und ruhig. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß um zu schwimmen. Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt 🫶

Beautiful loft, very safe and comfortable even with a small child. Games and toys were available for the little one. Located close to a lot stuff in walking distance, and only about a 5 minute walk from the intercity bus station. Host was kind. I would definitely stay again.

El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones. El trato con Amparo fue muy bueno, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y nos dio algunas recomendaciones. Esta muy bien equipado. La zona es perfecta para ir a la playa, ya que está a escasos pasos del paseo marítimo y es una zona muy tranquila. En resumen, hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento y si volvemos a Gandía seguro que repetimos

Pasamos dos semanas maravillosas en el piso muy espacioso y bonito de Fernando. Estamos muy contentos y repetiríamos en cualquier momento, especialmente en otoño por la tranquilidad y el clima agradable.

Todo muy bien! El piso super comodo y frente a la playa. 100% recomendable
