Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Fredric var en mycket bra värd. Tydliga instruktioner inför vår vistelse och även under vår resa. Boendet är dessutom väldigt fint - ett riktigt toppval om man reser i större sällskap.

La estancia ha sido muy buena, Maria Dolores muy atenta, responde rápido cuando se le escribe, el alojamiento tal y como lo describe en el anuncio, 100 % recomendable, buena comunicación, cerca de la playa, que por cierto muy buena, nos sentimos como en casa, si que repetiría la experiencia fantástica, muy limpio todo.

Nos alojamos en esta casa y quedamos realmente satisfechos. La vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina, aunque no excesivamente equipada, tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas sin problemas.Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y el jardín, ideales para organizar cenas al aire libre durante las noches. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pintada enfrente de la casa, que es una auténtica maravilla.En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Todo estuvo en su sitio y superó nuestras expectativas.

Javier ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und antwortet sehr schnell. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb der Ortschaft ruhig und idyllisch gelegen in einer Finca mit einem sehr schönen Innenhof. Das Apartment fanden wir wie beschrieben in einem sauberen Zustand vor uns haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Lovely villa. Host and key holder were very responsive and friendly to deal with. Great specification of villa with lovely pool and very nice rooms. Location could be an issue without a car. Busses are close by but taxis hard to find that will come and pick up. Plenty of scooters for the more adventurous!

Very pretty cosy house with everything you could possibly need. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Home from home.

Excellent apartment just as described. Very modern and well equipped.. The beds were very comfortable. The host was lovely and very helpful. The underground car park was great and much needed. Would highly recommend

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

Apartment was as described. Very clean. 10 mins from beach. a couple of minutes away from the strip. I was allowed to check in early which was helpful. The only downside was unfriendly neighbours that didn't like air bnb guests in surrounding apartments in that complex and were quite rude. I'm not sure what they expect buying a place in a complex like that as that is the type of place this is. it was nice to be able to use the pool but not nice to be scowled at by a couple of the neighbours that must live there.

Absolutely Amazing! Simple, Clean, Close to all Amenities and even has a terrace where you can sit and soak up the sun ☀️ Honestly the flat is great and the Host is ready to answer any questions and very responsive. You also have parking which is a plus. Will definitely stay again. Anthony London

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

Nous avons passé 10 jours des plus agréables dans l’appartement magnifique et bien situé de Gemma et Thibaud qui sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Tout est de goût et de qualité. C’est un endroit calme où tout est à proximité. Beaucoup de détails dans l’appartement rendent le séjour très confortable. Nous y reviendrons certainement et nous nous réjouissons déjà !

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Marina's apartment. The apartment is situated within a modern complex with all the facilities you could need, including three pools, hot tubs, a central bar and gym. There is a Mercadona supermarket directly outside and the La Zenia shopping centre was a ten minute walk away. The apartment is beautifully finished and stylishly decorated with a contemporary fitted kitchen (plenty of utensils for cooking at home), and beautiful bathrooms. The outside space on the roof terrace was perfect for relaxing in the sun. Marina was very responsive to any questions I had, and a special thank you to the driver (Armen) she helped arrange for me who was on time and wonderfully accommodating when picking me up for my airport transfer and a later subsequent transfer to Alicante railway station (additional cost). The service he provided was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying at this apartment and I will definitely be back soon !

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos et est parfait pour un couple. La place de parking dans la résidence et le supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied sont de réels atouts. La terrasse était également très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

Goed vertoeven in dit mooie appartement met alles erop en eraan! Echt een mooie en handige locatie, je loopt zo de stad in of het strand op. Maar zit ook rustig op het dakterras.

The view and location is fantastic! A few quick mentions... - both showers are "telephone booth" size. If you are a large person or pregnant, you will not fit. - tons of storage everywhere - the place could use a bit of TLC (i.e. - broken tiles, missing a coffee table, salad spinner, only 3 pots and 4 wine glasses, etc) Overall, excellent value and I think if you are staying a long time I suggest you contact the host as he did supply some missing items.

We were extremely satisfied with Miriam's apartment. It was welcoming, peaceful, and had a stunning view. During our stay, we didn't feel like we were missing anything—it had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. We truly hope to return in the future. A lovely well furnished apartment within stylish Flamenca Village. There was a heated outdoor pool, pool bar and gym on the nicely manicured site. We enjoyed easy walking to La Zenia Blvd and Playa Flamenca beach and promenade walks to Cap Roig. Sergio’s apartment has a fabulous location enjoying ever changing sea views and south west terrace so sun was plentiful. Also great for people watching. The additional roof top solarium was well furnished and offered total privacy and relaxation. The hot tub was an additional luxury. Inside is modern with good quality furnishings and great air conditioning and heating controls in every room. We found it to be clean and Sergio also offers so many little extras that he is happy for you to use. Oil, vinegar, condiments, bathroom essentials, Sun creams etc. Sergio himself was extremely welcoming and even let us use his storage room to store our electric bikes. Safe underground spacious parking completes the picture. We would Definately stay again.
