Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Esta es la segunda vez que estamos en el mismo alojamiento, eso ya es una buena señal. Como pillamos toda la estancia con lluvias y mal tiempo, nos ofrecieron poder quedarnos un día más sin coste, justo empezaba ha hacer buen tiempo. Es un gran detalle y se lo agradezco muchísimo. Nos permitió disfrutar del jardín enorme a toda la familia, tanto humanos como perrunos… muchas gracias! Volveremos!

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Sunshine ! Gezellig en smaakvol ingericht wat een huiselijk gevoel geeft. Er is gelet op kleine details wat een comfortabel en gastvrij effect heeft. De woonomgeving is erg rustig en stil waardoor je helemaal tot rust komt. Ook onze hond had het prima naar zijn zin en hij kon vrij en veilig in de tuin rondlopen omdat het helemaal afgezet is. Veel dank aan Barbara dat ze dit huis beschikbaar heeft gesteld. We voelden ons helemaal welkom. Barbara is heel vriendelijk en gericht op een goede en snelle communicatie wat een professionele indruk achterlaat. Hopelijk tot ziens Villa Sunshine :) ! Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

La estancia ha sido muy buena, Maria Dolores muy atenta, responde rápido cuando se le escribe, el alojamiento tal y como lo describe en el anuncio, 100 % recomendable, buena comunicación, cerca de la playa, que por cierto muy buena, nos sentimos como en casa, si que repetiría la experiencia fantástica, muy limpio todo.

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

What a fantastic place to stay for our visit to Cartagena! Carlos’s house was beautifully furnished, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The house felt very airy and light which was great for us. The kitchen was a perfect size for our needs and the dining area and lounge were great for relaxing. The bathrooms were just right, with good space and very clean and tidy. The bedroom was a relaxing place to rest and sleep at the end of a busy day visiting sites, restaurants etc. The roof terrace was fantastic, so good to be able to sit up there and enjoy a coffee and glass of wine. Right from the initial communications Carlos gave us all the information we needed to get to the house as well as information about places to eat and things to see / do. Engaging with Carlos was great he was friendly, professional and polite. I also appreciated that he didn’t bombard us with messages, he just gave us exactly what we needed. A great place to stay, a fantastic host, thank you so much ☺

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Aus unserer Sicht jedoch eher für eine Familie mit einer jüngeren Tochter geeignet, da im 2. Schlafzimmer nur ein schmales Bett steht und wie ein Spielzimmer für kleine Mädchen gestaltet ist. Der Geschirrspüler ist sehr klein und schwer zu befüllen. Alles andere hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

The property is amazing and Thomas was such a wonderful and attentive host. Although our stay was short it was perfect and felt like a home from home so we were fully able to relax and unwind. The attention to detail was spot on, nothing was missed so if we are ever back in the area I would not hesitate to book again.

Benko est un hôte très serviable, agréable et réactif. Tout était très clair pour notre arrivée. La villa est très agréable à vivre. Nous étions 10 en famille et tout était parfaitement fonctionnel. La literie est propre et confortable. Les extérieurs sont top. Les jeunes ont apprécié le babyfoot mis à disposition. Le sauna était très agréable aussi. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour, vacances en famille ou entre amis. Merci encore à Benko pour sa sympathie et son accueil.

The phots do not do this place justice, it’s a lovely little house in an amazing location, the views are incredible. Very comfortable, cosy bed, well equipped, secure for our dog. Teresa and Phil are lovely. Velez- Blanco is worth a visit, good bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Pasamos un fin de semana espectacular en la casa de Carlos. Fui con un grupo de amigos y nos quedamos todo el fin de semana dentro de la casa. Disfrutando la piscina, cocinando y de sobremesa en sobremesa. La casa es espaciosa y tiene varios ambientes en los que compartir en grupo. Sin duda repetiremos. es una belleza.

Alexander's place was perfect! We felt right at home. The house has everything you need for cooking, nice large TV, patio for outdoor dining, it's very close to a really lovely beach and all amenities, supermarkets etc...overall a fantastic stay. highly recommended....thankyou!

Loved the Villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for me and my guests. Loved the location, easy walk to La Zenia beach, Paddy's point area, Cabo Roig beach and Cabo Roig strip. Could also easily walk to La Zenia mall. Villa was clean and pool was fab. Quiet neighbourhood with parking right outside the villa gate. Would recommend!

Ruben was a great host, although he did not speak English and I did not speak Spanish we used what’s app to communicate very effectively. The apartment was exactly as it looked in photos, parking secure and underground and the complex required a key to get in and out so again very secure. Pool was nice however too cold so I only visited it the once during my stay, I imagine it would be very nice in the warmer months! The beach is across the road and along a wooden walkway then you are on the sand, lovely beach and very nice to walk along, I took my dog so walked him along the beach also although in the busier summer months I don’t think this is allowed. The only downside for me is that because it was the off season there was not a lot open with 20 mins walking distance, the area is very hilly and as I am struggling with a knee injury at the moment sometimes it was a little much. I would definitely return although I also think for feb/march it was a little pricey for what was around.

Perfect for our dog with a safe enclosed garden. Small and cosy as the photos show. Great for two people.

Très bon emplacement logement ex Piscine . Super le séjour s’est bien passé. Le voisinage très sympa l’agence super gentil est très à l’écoute à nos demandes.

Aufgrund von Problemen mit dem Mietwagen kam ich erst deutlich verspätet an. Dennoch wurde ich freundlich empfangen. Die von Adrian vorab zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen haben alles sehr gut beschrieben, sodaß ich mich einfach zurechtfinden konnte. Obwohl ich aufgrund der Jahreszeit fast alleine in der Anlage war, habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte selbst im November die Sonne auf der Terrasse genießen!

Considering that my last stay with Lydia and Pascal has been by far, the most rewarding and valuable Air B&b staying experience ever, I decided to book again, and again I consistently received all attentiveness, unmatched kindness, professionalism, attention to detail and genuine warm disposition to make my stay unforgettable and smooth. The renting unit is tastefully decorated, extremely well equipped and supplied im a prime location by a vibrant area of Vera Beach, full of restaurants, a supermarket, and other convenient businesses for any need one could have, at truly walking distance to the beach. Located in a quiet, appealing and well designed naturist urbanization (very conducive to a quiet, night sleep), the beautiful second story town house features a small balcony, living room, well equipped and well stocked kitchen and bathroom and an a leonine bedroom with the most comfortable bed I have experienced so far. I was installed with brand New bed ware, feather quilt and a very comfortable bed. Every detail was proactively planned and the cozy town house was fully equipped with more appliances and convenient items than I could need during my stay. This home was clean to impossible standards, pristine and extremely well equipped. The quiet, clean and beautiful urbanization features two pools, outdoor and indoor heated pool, which makes swimming in the cold months very enjoyable. Lydia, a trained massage therapist offers her excellent profesional therapeutic practice in her massage studio and Pascal, an antique car enthusiast owns two vintage Citroëns which are available to hire as your transportation to Cabo de Gata National Park and other turístic destinations. I highly recommend and rate them a clear 5/5 to Lydia and Pascal as the best AirB&B super hosts and overall experience I had by far!!!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Amber. Ein sehr schönes Apartment, alles sauber und ordentlich. Sehr ruhige Gegend, 200 Meter zum tollen Strand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
