We had a wonderful stay in this cozy house. The house is beautifully decorated with stylish and trendy furniture. The living room and bedrooms and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of appliances as well as the basics ingredients for cooking. With views to the golf course and a large garden with several nice areas, we enjoyed our time outdoors as well as indoors. Our host was extremely nice, polite and flexible. He surprised us with welcome drinks in the fridge. We plan to return for sure!

A very nice house in perfect location. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Clean, cosy, nothing to complain. We’ll definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly's villa. Two families each with young children, the added touches of games/toys and pool floats already available when you arrive really helped you settle in quickly! It is very well equipped, with the additional thought of a welcome basket giving you some essentials before you can reach a supermarket which is less than 10 mins walk away. Sun on the pool all day (which is already lovely and warm) an added bonus. Kelly is always on hand before and during your stay and replies extremely quickly to any queries. Thanks for a great stay!

We returned from Lisa & Daniels beautiful villa last week. Had an amazing stay, its so quiet & peaceful. The villa is stunning with everything to create a real home from home. Would definatley recommend to anyone to stay here & i am already looking into booking again for next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Such a fabulous villa. Arriving late at night Suzanne was incredible and so flexible with delayed flights. So friendly and will 100% recommend and stay here again if needed.

From the start, Joana was fantastic to communicate with. While Joana has little English and I have little Spanish, I was slightly concerned, but Joana was especially keen to communicate clearly and be as helpful as possible. She communicated perfectly via messaging and translation apps. I can only commend Joana and her home, it was a dream from start to finish. Joana went above and beyond to facilitate our group, allow early check in, make recommendations and check in to see how we were getting on during our stay. She also visited on the last day to seek our feedback and say goodbye. Joana was a pleasure to meet and I would recommend her beautiful home which was extremely clean and comfortable. The house is extremely spacious, comfortable and finished to a very high standard. Everything was perfect. Thank you Joana and I wish to return again in the future.

Wij waren met 11 vrienden een lang weekend op het verblijf van Evelyn. Wij kwamen op donderdagavond laat aan, Evelyn stond op ons te wachten en had zelfs aangeboden om boodschappen te halen. Fantastisch geregeld. De ruimte was veel groter dan de foto's lieten blijken. De bedjes waren allemaal eenpersoons en niet heel groot, dat was voor deze paar dagen niet erg maar bij langer verblijf kan ik me voorstellen dat het minder comfortabel is. Het strand met restaurants was op loop afstand en taxi's staan binnen 20 minuten voor de deur om je naar Alicante te brengen. Let goed op dat het stil is aan het einde van de dag want de omgeving galmt enorm waardoor omwonenden goed mee kunnen genieten van de gezelligheid van deze accommodatie. Tot slot: deze plek is een absolute aanrader.

Een mooi huis met heerlijk zwembad. Genoeg ruimte en het is netjes en gezellig in huis. Alles is aanwezig. Het is dichtbij het vliegveld, maar je bent ook snel in Alicante. 👌👍

Villa to recommend to all who want to relax in peace, quiet & luxury. The house is beautiful. Very modern, glazed with lots of light. Super comfortable for a group of 8 people. A large table for eating meals together & playing cards. Large terrace on which you sit, read & drink Prosecco basking in the sun. Beautiful pool, only the water as for me too cold but it is a matter of individual feelings. The host super helpful. He was waiting for us at home, despite the late arrival time. He bought for us basic groceries because it was too late for shopping. Appreciated. He recommended local attractions, restaurants and places worth visiting. He was helpful throughout our stay and prepared a delicious surprise at the end. I highly recommend staying at the villa owned by Pronemusa.

Carly’s home is absolutely stunning, a real home from home. Furniture all brand new, spotlessly clean! The space is open and welcoming, effortlessly beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy and relax! The most important feedback is how responsive, kind and understanding Carly has been. Couldn’t have asked for more from a host, thank you Carly!

A wonderful villa and wonderful hosts. Full exclusive use,very secure and all the mod cons. All amenities as listed and the pool/ garden area is a lovely private place to enjoy the family holiday, even better than the photos. We were 2 families of 4, loads of space and 5 minute walk to the beach and lovely little chiringuitos. Other towns such as the lovely Puerto de Mazarrón just a short drive/taxi away, sad to come home to reality, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us

Una casa como en las fotos, la piscina genial y limpia, se puede hacer barbacoas , el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Estuvimos en familia con niños y fue genial una estancia tranquila y muy recomendable. Aleksei responde muy rápido si hay alguna incidencia. Unas vacaciones muy agradables.

Villa très agréable et fonctionnelle, grande piscine privative avec plusieurs coins détente et repas, joli jardin dans un quartier calme proche du golf. Villa bien climatisée appréciable surtout en ces fortes chaleurs. Hôte très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Benko est un hôte très serviable, agréable et réactif. Tout était très clair pour notre arrivée. La villa est très agréable à vivre. Nous étions 10 en famille et tout était parfaitement fonctionnel. La literie est propre et confortable. Les extérieurs sont top. Les jeunes ont apprécié le babyfoot mis à disposition. Le sauna était très agréable aussi. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour, vacances en famille ou entre amis. Merci encore à Benko pour sa sympathie et son accueil.

Wir waren im Juni 2024 für zwei Wochen zu Gast. In dieser Zeit haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Fragen oder Anliegen wurden von der zuständigen Verwaltung umgehend, freundlich und zuverlässig beantwortet und erledigt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wurde in einem sauberen Zustand an uns übergeben. Der Pool wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub in diesem schönen und geräumigen Haus verbringen.

We enjoyed a great stay at Casa Chinos (family of 7). Plenty of room, great layout and we had everything we needed during our stay. Robert and Alex were very responsive throughout. 2 minute walk to the Playa with some nice places to eat, kids play parks etc. pool table, table tennis and pool toys to keep the kids entertained. This place was absolutely perfect for us. Great location close to lots of amenities and resteraunts, bars etc. The villa was lovely. Everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. We sat out in the garden every evening in January! what a beautiful way to spend what is normally a cold/wet miserable existence! 😂 The nights when the the temp dropped, we sat in front of the glorious wood burning fire, it was simply perfect. When we left some items behind, the host kindly retrieved them for me. The beds are soooo comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. I cannot recommend this Villa enough.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Apartment is much nicer in person than on the photos, it’s very spacious and clean. Great communication from host. There was plenty of towels, Glad we picked this villa! A great find
