Costa Cálida : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

El apartamento esta muy bien, prolijo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Nos dejaron muy lindos detalles como un vinito, agua, cookies, cafecito. La vista del apartamento es impresionante, mi lugar favorito era en el sillón al lado de la ventana. El color del agua. La tranquilidad. Fuimos en marzo, asique habia muy poca gente. A 500 metros habia lugares para comer y supermercados. No nos queriamos ir.

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

Hemos estado como en casa en el apartamento de Tomas! La urbanización es una maravilla y la ubicación es genial para bajar andando a la playa, nosotros hemos agradecido mucho no contar con el coche a diario. El patio tiene un tamaño perfecto y por la orientación no es demasiado soleado y corre un airecito muy bueno. Sabes que el sitio es el correcto cuando echas poco de menos algo de tu casa! Nosotros hemos estado fenomenal y seguro que repetimos. Tomas ha estado pendiente de nosotros tratando de poner facilidades. Fue flexible tanto con la entrada como con la salida. Los dias que hemos pasado alli han sido maravillosos! Gracias por todo!

Genial apartamento, buenísima ubicación. Algo de ruido de la calle y vecinos. Piso muy cómodo. Para repetir!

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

Estancia fenomenal, estuvimos como en nuestra casa. El apartamento muy bien decorado, amplio, cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación muy céntrica, al lado de la playa, restaurantes… y el aparcamiento es una ventaja tenerlo . Nos lo guardamos para futuras ocasiones.

Fantastisch moo en luxei appartement aan de rand van Torrevieja zo'n 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. Aan alles is hier gedacht, tot in de kleine details is alles aanwezig. Alles op elkaar afgestemd.

Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Alles ist so wie beschrieben, Viktoria ist eine brilliante Gastgeberin. Noch einmal Urlaub in diesem Haus zu machen ist eine Option für uns.

I stayed at Delias house from 12th to 19th March and I can highly recommend it. The house is in a fabulous location near the strip and beach but private as well . The house was spotless and have everything we could need in it . Delia was very friendly and a great host and anything we asked or wanted was received straight away and I would definitely want to return again in the future

Ich möchte mich noch einmal für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch bedanken. Die Organisation war super – alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Ein echtes Highlight war die Nähe zum Strand! Es war unglaublich schön, morgens schnell am Meer zu sein und die frische Brise zu genießen. Das hat unseren Urlaub wirklich perfekt gemacht. Great apartment straight at the beachside front of Cabo Roig. Apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. Garden with pool was immaculate. Includes private parking.

Tom’s place is perfect for a family holiday. It’s spacious with nice sitting areas both outside and inside. The kids loved the pool and the sunbeds around was perfect for the grown ups. The beautiful beach is just a short walk away. We highly recommend this holiday home in Torre with a super host that answer very friendly and quickly.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Lage ist ideal – mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Denis war super freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Great location, very nice neighbourhood, everything is at the door step, including 2 national parks. There are plenty to do in the surrounding. The house itself is a home, it is evident it is pride and joy of the host and his family. The house is warm during the winter, not at all cold as I would expect. Love to visit again really soon. Chema and his parents are excellent hosts, quick to response and very personable.

Eine herrliche Woche in einem traumhaften Haus direkt am Strand! Die Gegend bietet auch im Winter viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten und geöffnete Restaurants. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos, bestens ausgestattet (viele Bettwaren, Decken, Handtücher, Strandtücher, Geschirr und Kochutensilien) und sauber. Die obere Terrasse ist absolut traumhaft und auch der untere Außenbereich ist anprechend, da er windgeschützt und ruhig ist. Kleine liebevolle Details wie Lichterketten abends in Sträuchern machen es besonders. Francisco ist sehr freundlicher, bemühter Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist bei Fragen und uns ein Gefühl von Zuhause gegeben hat in seinem Haus. Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen!

L'atout majeur pour cet appartement, c'est qu'il bénéficie d'une vue superbe sur la mar Menor, la méditerranée et le port avec en prime de magnifiques couchers de soleil. L'arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité. Oscar est très accueillant, agréable et vous reçoit avec des petits présents. Nous y avons séjourné pendant la période hivernale; La Manga est quelque peu désertée en cette saison. Globalement, nous avons été satisfaits.

Bra leilighet med store solrike terrasser i et meget rolig område.Gangavstand til det meste restauranter butikker etc. Bussholdeplass er veldig nærme.Kommer gjerne tilbake

Nice stay, the apartment looks just like on the photos. The location so close to the beach is just perfect. Natalia was very proactive and helpful in her communication. When we had a question she responded almost immediately even if it was already late.

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos et est parfait pour un couple. La place de parking dans la résidence et le supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied sont de réels atouts. La terrasse était également très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Asunto oli tosi siisti ja tilava, kaksi makuuhuonetta kolmella kylpyhuoneella. Näkymät aavalle merelle melkein oman ison parvekkeen alla, johon aurinko paistoi aamusta alkaen pitkälle iltapäivään. Sijainti hyvä rauhallisella Los Logos -rannalla, pienen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta.

В квартире продумано все: удобные кровати и мягкие диваны, современная техника, кухня оснащена всем необходимым. Отдельный плюс – наличие паркинга, что в таком оживленном месте очень ценно. Хозяин невероятно внимателен к деталям, всегда на связи и готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Это действительно одно из лучших мест, где нам довелось останавливаться. We were extremely satisfied with Miriam's apartment. It was welcoming, peaceful, and had a stunning view.
