Nos gusto mucho la estadía y el lugar es igual como en las fotos sin duda volveríamos!

El lugar tiene excelente ubicación: Oxxo, restoranes, farmacias, bares, tiendas de ropa, etc. La vista desde el departamento muy bonita hacia el mar, el jardin y las palmeras.

Es un departamento súper bonito cuenta con todo para pasar unos días tranquilos tiene una alberca hermosa y el señor Jorge es muy amable nos dejó ingresar antes por que estábamos un poco cansados

The place is located within 1-2 minutes walk to the beach, if the beach is what you come to Perula for. The entrance is off the main street in Perula. It has a parking spot behind the gate that you can lock; the parking is in the shade most of the day. There is a tiny back deck with a jacuzzi, which we did not use. While the place is not big, the very high ceilings make you feel like you are in a bigger space. There were no wine glasses – if you are into wine, you may want to bring your own wine and glasses.

Casa Nido Contendo was perfect and just steps away from the the beach. The views from the 2nd and 3rd floors were spectacular. The 2nd fl became our favourite gathering spot for morning coffee with the sun streaming through. It was also nice in the late afternoon for games while the ocean breeze flowed through. The pool was a big hit. The beds were very comfortable and we found the ceiling fan was sufficient to keep us cool at bedtime. The kitchen was fully stocked with food staples and a variety of cookware. The bedding and towels were laundered weekly along with a thorough house cleaning from top to bottom. Overall it was a great experience for our first visit to Melaque. It only took 15 min to walk to the the main square where there was always lots going on; with numerous restaurants nearby. There is a beautiful malecon for strolling and the weekly market is only 2 blocks away. Our host was very responsive & we felt totally at home in her beautiful casa.

Guy has been a great host. The place was beautiful and we all had an amazing time. We will definitely come back again and again.

Sandra's home is beautiful and offers amazing views of the bay. Very bright, spacious, and comfortable. Our housekeeper, Sol was a delight. Sandra was very attentive to our minor concerns. We were very grateful for the pool after long hikes on the beach. If the "Hippy Palace" is also occupied, privacy is compromised. Guests must walk through the outdoor space and in front of the large patio doors to access their space. Not a big deal except the large windows and open concept impact privacy. Fortunately, we shared this outdoor space with respectful guests and we became friends. Sandra's home is 1 km from the beach and town. You need to be fit and mobile to walk into town. The road is steep Cabs are usually available. C$7-8.00 each way. If you plan on driving here best to ensure there is parking available. When you book try to determine if there is a rodeo in town during your stay. The Plaza del Toro is in very close and a Mexican rodeo is a very loud event lasting till 2-3:00 am.

Nos agradó mucho la estancia en el alojamiento. La manzanilla es un joya y la casa se encuentra al inicio de la playa. La cocina está muy equipada, la zona de alberca muy cómoda, se agradece bastante lavadora y secadora. Un detalle que nos agradó bastante fue que Josefina nos apoyó en conseguir un asador auxiliar para nuestra cena de año nuevo. Seguramente regresaremos. Muchas gracias Josefina!

We absolutely loved the place. It’s very modern, extremely well stocked with all the appliances you’d need. Amy was super fast at responding and answered all the questions I had. The pool was amazing and it was cleaned twice while we were there. We used the bikes provided every day we were there. Zack the property manager was very easy to deal with and was really friendly and helpful as well. We would absolutely stay there again.

Excelente lugar. muy acogedor sinceramente lo único que recomendaría es poner una rampa completa con cemento en el escalón donde sube el carro para ingresar a la cochera. ya que los 2 bloques que hay se mueven ademas que es complicado atinarles con ambas llantas por que la calle es muy angosta, y entonces pega el auto si no lo centras bien. fuera de ese detalle externo. considero que todo en el interior estaba 10/10 si me pongo ya muy exigente solo que el comedor hiciera juego con los bonitos acabados de madera de la cocina y las puertas. la ventilación súper bien. Fernanda muy amable regresaría sin dudarlo en cada vez que vaya de vacaciones. ya que considero el mejor de los 4 airb-b que he visitado de san patricio.

This was our third stay at Joyce's place, and we simply love visiting Boca de Iguanas. The condo is beautiful and spacious, with a terrace overlooking the sea that’s perfect for meals. The kitchen is super well-equipped, ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking. The beach is stunning—peaceful, relaxing, and spacious. Whether you want to swim, take a walk, or simply soak up the sun, it’s a fantastic spot. Joyce's property also features a gorgeous garden surrounded by the end of a river, home to a variety of birds and iguanas—an absolute delight to admire. Just a heads-up: there’s only a small store nearby where you can find basics like ice and beer for the beach. I recommend bringing your own food so you can focus on nothing but relaxing. Nely is always there to take care of anything you might need regarding the condo, and Joyce is very responsive and helpful if you need her as well.

Darrell’s place is the perfect amount of privacy with walkable area. Everything we needed and wanted in Barra was easy to get to. The condo was everything we wanted and more. Darrell gave excellent suggestions that made our trip very special.

Had a lovely stay at the condo, the grounds were immaculate, pool was very enjoyable for a dip during the hot part of the day! Would stay again, in fact we did end up extending our time there by 4 days! ! :-)

Excellent location at Playa Grande, morning sun on the outdoor deck was wonderful and shade for the afternoon was appreciated. Lots of room -great size. Patio furniture needs updating (one chair un-useable). Shower pressure needs upgrading. Lots of dishes, cooking utensils, food wrap and assorted spices etc. from past renters. Need to purchase laundry soap and paper towels if nothing was left over from former renters. Lots of towels, bedding etc. Very good room sizes. Having access to the well stocked store on site and swim up bar was great. Releasing turtles before supper was an exciting moment for our grandchildren!! So many unique areas within close distance to drive to and swim/surf in the warm ocean. We would highly recommend Julie’s condo!!!
