Costa del Azahar : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement était facile à trouver dans une zone résidentielle certes un peu excentrée mais calme et typique. Le centre ville est aisément accessible en transport en moins de 20 minutes. La cité des arts et des sciences est à proximité. L’hôte était très réactif et nous a donné des recommandations. Les instructions d’arrivée et de départ étaient très clairs. L’appartement était propre, circulation et salle de bain /douche accessibles pour les PMR. L’appartement est également très bien équipé. Nous avons eu également la surprise d’avoir des boissons d’accueil. Merci Carl !

The communication was great, with clear instructions about each step. The accommodation is close to the metro, hence makes intra-city travel very convenient.All amenities are as listed.

We really enjoyed our family vacation at Ambrosios place! The apartment is perfect for children as it has a crib, chair and baby bath and has space to run around. The bed was also big and comfortable and there is two bathrooms and all the amenities needed. If you come by car, it also has a garage. We really enjoyed the balcony and the neighborhood - there is play area in front great for children. We would recommend this and come again for sure!

Super Apartment, mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie Kommunikation ist perfekt, hilfreich, schnell und immer erreichbar. Kleine Probleme und Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und gelöst! Das Apartment am Strand ist eine tolle Abwechslung zur Stadt und eine Erholung für Augen und Seele. Es kann laut werden am Wochenende aufgrund der Disko in der Nähe. Muss aber nicht. Straßenbahn und Bus sind direkt in der Nähe und man kommt gut überall hin. Sehr gerne wieder!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top Lage für einen City Trip in Valencia. Bahnhof, Metro und Bus um die Ecke. Supermarkt 3 Gehminuten, wenige Minuten zu Shops, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Netter und flexibler Vermieter!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing experience at Gionata's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the metro station making it easy to explore the area. Gionata was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great recommendations and ensuring I had a smooth check-in. The little touches, like mention anything special made our stay enjoyable.

I had a great stay at Jaime’ s apartment. It was very comfortable with everything I needed. It was easy to walk to most places in Valencia and easy to get cabs if needed.

Great place to stay for a few nights, right next to the water and a nice little park! Elisabeth was an amazing host and super proactive!

La mejor casa en la que he estado nunca. Una casa con todas las comodidades para grupos grandes y detalles para los mas pequeños que sin duda la hace especial. La cocina con una equipación impresionante, las camas ideales para descansar, un espacio exterior precioso y el interior con espacios amplios para pasar ratos agradables con los amigos. La casa es muy grande y luminosa y la climatización perfecta teniendo en cuenta que hemos estado en enero. El anfitrión siempre atento a todo. Sin duda repetiremos.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Der Garagenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. Sobald wir Hilfe benötigten oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend von Bernardo und Carolina geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus 112 in die Stadt Valencia, welcher auch häufig fährt. Ein Consum ist in der Nähe 10-20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ab ca. 5-10 min besuchbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alle wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, welche man gänig braucht.

It was a great stay in Valencia, the Airbnb was lovely and pristine, with easy and quick communication from the hosts who catered to our flight times for arrival and departure.

Alejandro was fantastic. So helpful and attentive. The house is really spacious and clean in a wonderful location. I couldn't recommend this house and our interactions with him any higher

La casa es tal y como se describe en las fotos, totalmente reformada y habitaciones súper espaciosas y cómodas. Además, al tener 3 baños completos, para nosotras que éramos 10 chicas nos facilitó mucho la vida. La casa está súper equipada, cosa que agradecimos un montón pues te evitas comprar los básicos (aceite, sal, azúcar, café, papel wc, servilletas, gel...) para estar un par de días. El único "pero" que podría poner es que si sois 10 personas, el salón-comedor queda muy justo, hay que comer o estar en el sofá por turnos, aunque fue totalmente llevadero pues en nuestro caso estuvimos prácticamente todo el día fuera de casa. La calle es peatonal por lo que es muy muy tranquila aunque esté en pleno centro y el propietario contesta a cualquier duda rápidamente, cosa que también es de agradecer. En definitiva, una estancia genial y repetiremos sin dudarlo.

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

Absolutely an amazing Airbnbs . More beautiful than the photos—warm, welcoming, and truly felt like a home. It had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to an incredible backyard perfect for relaxing or spending time as a family. Communication was excellent—super responsive and quick to help with anything. Clear instructions made check-in and the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped home away from home. We’d absolutely stay again!

Exactly what we wanted. A very quiet street, within easy reach of lots of bars and restaurants (5 minutes' walk), and striking distance of the city centre (30 minutes' walk or 10 minutes by bus). We'd choose this area again. It's handy for the City of Arts and Sciences (20 minutes' walk). Several supermarkets within 10 minutes' walk. This ground floor flat has a simple layout, with the smallish double bedroom at the road end (no problem with noise for all five nights, inc Friday), then bathroom (good shower), dressing and luggage area with useful table, then we'll stocked kitchen with it's own dining table, then sitting area with good sofa and TV, then sliding glass door to the patio with table and armchairs. Everything well decorated, well designed, well equipped. Plenty of room for 2 people. Any issues we had or queries, Pilar was very responsive.

What a view! Great for walkers, hikers, & runners. From the bottom of the stairs, turn left for walk or run to castle and old town, restaurants or flat and lovely long promenade. Turn right for trails, Calanques/ calas, wild beaches, and hills. For runners & cyclists, step out of apartment and cross Serra d’Irta and back to reach Alcossebre, 2 different castles, medieval towers, and old chapel. Views are fantastic and I’m sure 1 orange from the orchards is ok. Walkers? The chapel and medieval towers, Calanques and views over-looking the Sierra and sea are within reach. Prefer sand, narrow streets, medieval castle and a sunset drink from the old town walls? Head down to town. That promenade goes all the way to Benicarlo! Water was warm enough for a swim even in Feb. Buses to Barcelona, Madrid, & Valencia are 6-minute walk away. You can see stop from the apartment! 3 large size grocery stores are 10, 12, and 20-minute walk away. Hosts are great and AppleTV compatible was bonus ✅

Highly recommended, one of the best if not the best Airbnb in Valencia, easy access to beach and city center, very clean and we felt right at home. Ismael is a great host who met us in person to make sure we had everything we needed.

El apartamento es exactamente igual a cómo se describe y se ve en las fotos. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido ágil y resolvió rápidamente un problema que tuvimos a la hora de poner en marcha la calefacción. Se agradece que deje café, azúcar, papel de cocina, jabón de lavadora y lavavajillas, etc. También nos facilitó todos los artículos para el bebé. La única pega ha sido que la ventana de la segunda habitación no ajustaba bien y por la noche se oía mucho el ruido del viento (pero se lo comunicamos y estoy segura de que lo resolverán para los próximos inquilinos).

We had a lovely stay at Gianina's apartment. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the host had provided some additional touches to make our stay easy and comfortable. There were welcome drinks of beer and prosecco in the fridge and some coffee. The soft cosy towels were an additional bonus and there was plenty of hot water to enjoy a good shower. The covered balcony was a good size and we enjoyed our breakfast here most mornings overlooking the pretty port. As the weather wasn't the best during our stay (more rain than we had expected) it was a nice place to return to and relax with the impressive entertainment system in the apartment. The apartment is in a good location with a supermarket and various restaurants on the door step. We chose to use the public transport which again is nearby. One bus will take you into Valencia with a 10 min walk into the old part of the city. This is a great place to stay for adults, away from the city. Would definitely recommend.
