We had a perfect stay in Barcelona! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth thanks to their helpful assistant. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great view, sat in an ideal location between most things around the area. The terrace is great in the afternoon sun. Multiple restaurants easily walkable. The apartment is well looked after and comfortable to relax in after a long day walking around.

Nous avons passé une tres belle semaine dans un logement bien situé, agréable et calme. La proximité de la plage et des commerces est très appréciée. Hors saison il est très facile de se garer a proximité. La décoration du logement est réussie. La présence de deux balcons est un vrai plus. Maria a été très arrangeante pour nos horaires d arrivée et de depart. Nous recommandons ce logement avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Alberto è un host attento e disponibile! L' appartamento è bellissimo, vista splendida. Zona residenziale molto bella. Serve l' auto per potersi spostare per fare la spesa e andare al mare, il parcheggio è sempre disponibile sotto casa. È stato molto bello essere ospitati in questo appartamento.

L’alloggio è bellissimo, mi è sembrato di stare nella mia casa, molto spazioso. Cucina grandissima, bagno luminoso, letto e armadio molto grandi. Fa un po’ freschino ma per fortuna c’è il condizionatore. Inoltre è vicinissimo alla stazione che sta ad 1 minuti a piedi. Joaquin è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e rispondeva subito in maniera gentile ed educata. Tutto perfetto !

l'appartement est très propre et bine décoré. les meubles sont de qualité. terrasse très appréciable même si elle est enclavee entre 2 bâtiments. l'accueil est très sympathique et l'emplacement idéal à 8 min de la gare et proche du centre ville.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war großartig! Alles war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Lage war perfekt, und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Roger is very friendly and communicative. Even before we landed in Barcelona he reached out and asked if we had any questions or concerns and was very prompt to reply. He was very flexible with our check-in, as our flight arrived late, and we had to deal with some misplaced luggage. He kindly waited for us while we sorted everything out. The apartment is wonderfuly situated on Av. Diagonal, right near La Rambla Del Poblenou; Countless grocery stores, bars, and restaurants are just a few steps from the front door. The southeast facing windows allow an abundance of natural to flood all of the rooms, especially the living room. The warm ambience of a spring sunrise is the perfect compliment to a morning cup of coffee. The bedrooms provide ample space for any manner of activity and all of the amenities featured in the apartment are clean and in good working order. I will definitely try to book this place again, the next time we plan a trip to Barcelona.

Great apartment, matches the photos perfectly. The private terrace is an awesome bonus! Beaches are within 10min of walking. Last but not least, Florenza is a very kind host!

We loved the apartment. Perfect layout for my boys of 20 and 14 and me as we each needed our own bedrooms. It was very nice & stylishly decorated & furnished. In a fantastic location also, with everything we needed only minutes away or less. It was also absolutely spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and good quality bedding and linens. We would love to stay there again and I will definitely recommend to family & friends. Thank you Bellart!

Accueil impeccable aussi bien par Alberto que par sa maman ! ( PS: Merci encore pour les tomates du jardin !!!) logement propre et très chaleureux. Le quartier est paisible alors que le centre dynamique de Platja d’Aro est à seulement 6 minutes à pieds (en descente) et 8-10 min pour revenir (en côte). Nous avons apprécié cette ville où il y a toujours une bonne balade à faire le soir. De plus, Alberto demande souvent des nouvelles si il y a besoin de quelque chose, c’est adorable. Très bon séjour de passé merci. Et un énorme bisous à Jeep qui rend la maison encore plus accueillante dès qu’on revient de notre journée.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Someone was there to greet us once we arrived. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Had a great ten days enjoying the local area and central Barcelona. The flat was modern and perfect for our needs. The garden area was amazing and the jacuzzi a highlight of the trip. Great local restaurants and bars and we enjoyed Vilanova beach. I’d recommend the place.

Very comfortable and well maintained apartment in a perfect location in central Barcelona. It’s very easy to explore this beautiful city on foot or using public transport using this apartment as a base. Highly recommended.

Jodi met with a smile. We had a quick walkthrough of the place. He also made some recommendations of his favorite place to eat and visit. He stayed in contact and was there when we needed him. This place is above a supermarket, across the street from a pharmacy and very close to the train station. What I like best is that it’s not right down town so after 9:00 is pretty quiet. If you want a good place to stay and have easy access to the city, this is it. And Jodi has one of those big, warm personalities that just makes you feel welcome.

Great location to all bars restaraunts, the beach, and the main districts of Barcelona. Host is great and friendly, and the apartment provides lots of great amenities eg beach towels and equipment. Would recommend!

This apartment was great for our group. Easy check-in, very comfortable, and clean. Keeping 5 kids quiet was a challenge since the building houses many older people. However, we managed to keep the noise down as best possible. I want to thank Angela for her hospitality and we appreciate you hosting our family for a great time in the beautiful city of Barcelona. 5 stars! Thank you!
