Costa del Silencio : locations de vacances en appartement

Just back from a very relaxing week at Maria's place. Was exactly what we wanted and expected, homely and private with a really good pool area. We made most use of the patio and garden at the rear which offered sun, shade and a great place to relax. Maria was a fabulous host and went above and beyond.

First time I’ve stayed in Amarillo Golf , it’s very quiet and peaceful, loved the apartment and the host Simone was always there on hand and very helpful, the Apartment has two balconies which are a very good size , you get the sun all day which is lovely, I will definitely be booking this place again. Just spent a fantastic 16 days at Marc's apartment. The listing is as described and more. There are plenty of things to do in the local area and Club Atlantis is right at the Centre. Can't wait to find an opening on Marc's calendar and return again. I'd recommend it to all.

A beautiful apartment spotlessly clean. Home from home everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Fab restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Luigi was warm and welcoming, the apartment was clean and spacious. There’s a small basket with local things to go and visit. Lovely peaceful location only 20mins from Los Cristianos. The price was the correct amount. Not too much not too little. Costa Del Silencio strip was always full of lovely bars Thank you Luigi

Very responsive host. Stayed for one night before getting an early morning flight. Was exactly as expected, lovely and clean, near to the beach and bars/restuarants.

Ik heb dit appartement geboekt voor mijn ouders toen ze 25 jaar getrouwd waren. De zoon van Roberto ( Davide ) nam het ontvangst onder leiding. Het contact met Davide was buitengewoon goed. Hij reageerde elk moment super snel en was super flexibel en vriendelijk. Hij bood zelfs aan aan ons om de ruimte te versieren met ballonnen en slingers omdat mijn ouders 25 jaar getrouwd waren. Dit had hij super netjes geregeld en mijn ouders vonden het fantastisch. Mijn ouders zeiden dat het appartement echt perfect was en precies zo was als op de foto’s is beschreven. Ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat dit een perfecte plek is om je vakantie hier te besteden. Ik heb nog nooit zo’n fijn en vriendelijk contact gehad met een host en daarnaast was de plek zelf ook nog fantastisch. Ik zou het aan iedereen aanraden en wil via deze weg Davide en zijn vader Roberto bedanken voor dit ongelofelijke mooie cadeau aan mijn ouders en hun fijne verblijf! Dankjewel!

The place was ideal for our little family of four. Clean, practical and beautiful. We can highly recommend it!

we (gezin met twee kinderen van 4 en 1 jaar) hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Palm Mar. De accomodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, ook voor de kinderen een kinderstoel, bedje, beddengoed, zelfs schepjes voor op het strand. Locatie was perfect en goed om met de auto overal te komen. 100 sterren voor Yves en graag tot ziens!

Alessia was great during our stay. She met us on arrival even though we were delayed and showed us to the apartment, she did the same on our departure even though it was early on a Saturday morning. The apartment has everything you could need and is well equipped, it's a stones throw away from the pool and has a small children's play park directly outside. The area is quiet but has supermarkets, bars and restaurants readily available. There's also a local bus that drops in Playa de Las Americas. We had a great stay for the week and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway! Thanks Alessia!

We had a brilliant week in Los Gigantes at Carmen Rosa's apartment. The views from the balcony were stunning. Everything was as described and the apartment had everything we needed including some treats on arrival which was a lovely touch. Carmen Rosa was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was easy to walk to the beach and to the restaurants in town. We hired a car which was useful to get to the Teide national park. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to stay again if we are back in Tenerife.

Casa pulita, tenuta bene, collocata in una zona strategica e vicina a tutti i servizi. Ci si può tranquillamente muovere a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia ed il centro di las americas. Alexandra è molto gentile e disponibile, grazie per aver reso la nostra vacanza meravigliosa.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in El Medano und in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft bietet genau das, was sie verspricht. Durch den Innenhof zog regelmäßig Zigarettenrauch durch offene Fenster, sodass wir bei geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen haben. Dafür können die Vermieter natürlich nichts.

A great apartment just by the sea, perfect for a family with small children. Peaceful and quiet, but also close to the town centre. A very nice experience!

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Flo was so helpful from the 1st day we booked to the day we checked out. She sent us a 15 page document which told us everything we needed to know about the property as well as all the information we needed to get around the island, buying groceries and restaurant tips. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests. The property is in wonderful condition and has been well taken care of. We were surprised to find such high quality appliances and pots and pans. There was an abundance of everything. It is a very nice area and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the heart of El Medano. There you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars right on the water. It is much quieter area than others which suited us fine. We cannot recommend her apartment enough. You will not be disappointed!

Sonia was a perfect host. Informative and quick to respond. The room was great for the short time we were there and the time of year we went, it wasn’t too hot so the fact there wasn’t AC did not matter. Abit of noise from the Irish bar in front of the apartment complex and late night noise but this was minor again for how long we were there. Many thanks to Sonia!!

When we arrived at the apartment, Fabio was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely and bright with a great terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly by Fabio. He speaks very good English and responds quickly to text messages. When leaving, Fabio arranged our taxi for us and also allowed us leave our luggage in the apartment until it was time to go (evening flight). The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, etc. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. Thanks Fabio for all your help.

Le séjour dans cet appartement était parfait ! La vue est magnifique, très beau coucher de soleil ! Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue ou dans le parking de la résidence. Le logement est à proximité d'un supermarché et également de nombreux restaurants, pharmacie etc. L'hôte a été très réactive afin de nous fournir l'emplacement exact de l'appartement. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés !

We had the help of Stefano checking us in and he was amazing. Isabels place is perfectly located in torviscas, there are two pools available for use on the complex which are just down the stairs. There is also a water machine to fill water bottles up on site which is super cheap and well worth the money. Couldn’t rate this place higher and would 100% return. We were lucky enough to check in early and have an additional hour on check out which aligned with our travel plans perfectly. The apartment was really clean, had everything you could need and more. It was lovely to have our own space and it’s super close to the beach too. Thanks so much!

Questo alloggio è ideale per una famiglia anche di 5 persone, gli spazi esterni dove mangiare sono fantastici, la piscina comunicante con l'appartamento direttamente dal giardino. Inizialmente mancavano ,lenzuolo per il divano letto, materiale per pulizia, acqua calda, ma il tutto si é risolto entro un ora grazie alla prontezza dell'host. Molto comodi i servizi tutto a 5 minuti a piedi.Sicuramente ci ritornerei
